Je suis absolument enchanté par mon expérience avec Rippling. Grâce à cette plateforme, je gère efficacement toutes mes opérations liées aux ressources humaines. Je peux enregistrer mes heures de travail en temps réel, suivre mes avantages sociaux et même demander des congés en un seul endroit. La simplicité de la gestion des tâches et des données de paie m'impressionne. Rippling a rendu ma gestion des ressources humaines bien plus fluide et efficace."

Inconvénients

En explorant Rippling, j'ai noté quelques aspects moins favorables. Au départ, j'ai trouvé la configuration complexe et les coûts un peu élevés pour mes besoins. Parfois, j'ai rencontré des défis avec le service client et j'ai souhaité avoir plus d'options de personnalisation. Cependant, je suis déterminé à surmonter la courbe d'apprentissage et à tirer le meilleur parti de Rippling malgré les intégrations limitées.

Avantages

Très simple et efficace d'utilisation, Rippling permet le suivi des performances et j'aime le plus sa façon de gérer les tâches des nouveaux employés.

Inconvénients

C'est un logiciel qui n'est pas disponible en version gratuite et ne propose pas d'essai gratuit.

Avantages

J'aime la façon dont Rippling consolide la gestion des RH et de l'informatique en une seule plateforme. J'apprécie le processus d'intégration facile pour les nouveaux employés, ce qui m'a beaucoup simplifié la vie.

Inconvénients

J'ai rencontré quelques problèmes mineurs dans le système, mais l'équipe de support n'a pas tardé à les résoudre.

I wish on the Time & Attendance, that on the graph, the duration section would track the overtime differently. It is time consuming for me to add up my daily hours to see if I am going to go into overtime at the end of the week.

1. It has access to not only payroll documents but also others like uploading my important documents, checking my holidays and requesting days off, have access to company directory and many more other features
2. It has 2 step authentication which makes the app secured and safe
3. Easy to use: not complicated and very straight forward and great user interface

Inconvénients

1.Support delay: their customer support is not that impressive
2. There alot of bugs which needs to be fixed as this at times causes lacking in the App.
3. They do not have any video tutorials for new users
4. All the documents do not show up in the mobile app version and need to use my desktop to gather documents like my tax slips which at times can be a bit tricky to find.

Avantages

Rippling has allowed our company to be much more efficient with our onboarding and offboarding processes. We now have workflows set up in Rippling that assign tasks to different team members as part of the onboarding and offboarding process. This has helped keep our team more organized and allowed them to be more efficient.

We have also been able to eliminate a lot of paper processes by moving onto Rippling. All of our onboarding documents are now completed electronically, which includes the I-9. In addition, all time off requests are submitted through Rippling as opposed to a paper time off requests with our previous system.

We also recently went made an investment in the Rippling spend app. We are very pleased with how well this has worked out for our company. Our administrative time has decreased significantly and we have better visibility into credit card transactions that are made by our card holders.

Overall, Rippling has been a great investment. It has allowed us to move towards a fully remote work environment. Our documentation is much stronger and stored in one central repository.

I really can't speak to any specific areas of Rippling that have been problematic for our team.

Avantages

I love that everything I need to know about payroll, health benefits, training, activities within my office, birthdays, anniversaries, time off requests, etc. are included in one product.

Inconvénients

There isn't much to dislike. There was a learning curve coming from other software, but once I got the hang of it, I realized how easy it was to navigate all the tabs to find the information you need.

Avantages

The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle.

Inconvénients

Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a rippling link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided.

Avantages

Rippling has given us the ability to automate many of the mundane HR tasks so that we are freed up to be strategic partners with our organization.

Incredible customer service. Easy user end experience.

A few features within the system are somewhat limited; however, Rippling has been very responsive to suggestions and is working on implementing them

What I liked most about Rippling is the ability to set up my payroll to my liking. I changed my payroll deposit account in just a few minutes, they even made a small deposit into the new account to verify that everything was okay. Best of all, they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Transparent and timely communication is key for me.

I am waiting for a brand new AI Assistant

Inconvénients

Not a big deal, but in the app, there's no option to see the Payment Tracker. I either have to go to my phone's browser or check it on my PC.

Avantages

Rippling is always adapting and enhancing their products. They have a full suite of solutions and a support team available to offer guidance. I have been very impressed with their tooling and how their products have scaled with us as our business has grown from 100 employees to over 400.

Inconvénients

Rippling has many integrations; however, most third parties are only one-way, which creates some limitations. Additionally, one vendor that we wish Rippling would build an API with is Sparrow - this has been on the wish list for several years. It appears adding new integrations is not high on Rippling's roadmap at this time. As such, be sure to confirm what integrations are available and if they are 360 or 180 connections, before purchasing so that you have the right expectations going into it.

Wish it was a little cheaper for a Rippling member to help set up rather than paying for help vs free for on your own

Our team is fully remote and has both employees on a payroll, and international contractors. With Rippling, we're able to every contract and payment in one single platform.
Setup is quite quick, more or less 1 hour, and the customer care rep who guided us made it very simple and clear.
They have a great customer care team, always available to help with doubts (which you'll have, especially if you don't use it daily. There's a lot of features)
Cost is very competitive, it was cheaper than other international hiring platforms. Do negotiate.

Inconvénients

The setup is not the easiest, I'd have struggled to do it alone. But the guided onboarding is great and the reps very helpful and available.
International payment has a quite high fee for each payment $-$, which is 20$ for each payment.

To start off - Rippling is beautifully designed!
It is super user intituitive, navigation between different tabs is very easy. Which makes self-service in the platform very conveneint.

My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform.

I love logging into Rippling almost everyday.

Inconvénients

Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time.

Avantages

Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.

Inconvénients

The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

The overall ease of use within the whole program it's self.

There is nothing I don't like about rippling.

Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.

I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.

User friendly interface, comprehensive HR management features, ability to automate processes, centralized platform for payroll, hiring, and benefits, and its strong global payroll capabilities, making it easy to manage employees across different locations; all while providing a smooth and intuitive experience for both administrators and employees.

Sometimes it has poor customer support, a complex onboarding process, limited third-party integrations, a slow mobile app, issues with bugs that can expose sensitive information like employee compensation, aggressive sales tactics, and concerns about the platform not always functioning as expected, particularly when it comes to complex HR needs

Rippling automates workflow such as employee management, human resources, payroll, IT provisioning and benefits administration in one place.

The problem is me since I have not yet explored all the features on Rippling.
