Over het algemeen maakt iubenda een goed indruk en heb nadat ik mijn eerste website had toegevoegd, ook mijn tweede website toegevoegd.
Avantages
Makkelijk te implementeren vanuit Google Analytics. Gewoon de stappen doorlopen en je website laten scannen. Daarna alles controleren en publiceren.
Inconvénients
De lay-out editor werkt niet altijd even soepel, kan nog wel verbeterd worden. Interface over het algemeen is goed, maar kan zeker verbeterd worden.

Lo utilizziamo per i nostri siti e per quelli dei nostri clienti, oltre che su alcuni servizi online che proponiamo. Una volta compreso per bene il modo di aggiungere tutte le voci per la privacy policy e i termini e condizioni, è molto semplice configurare il tutto.
Inconvénients
Il servizio è completo e di facile utilizzo non ho nulla da segnalare.

Iubenda Gestisce dinamicamente i cambiamenti che avvengono sul sito, adattando e rimodulando di conseguenza la privacy policies e la gestione dei cookies. La soluzione migliore per essere in regola, praticamente azzerando la possibilità di sbagliare procedendo in autonomia scoppiazzando qua e la.
Inconvénients
I costi non sono bassissimi, ma sicuramente più convenienti rispetto alla soluzione di farsi scrivere la privacy policies da un legale.

Con le attuali leggi in vigore può essere difficile mettersi in pari e regolarizzare il proprio sito web sul team privacy. Grazie a Iubenda le procedure legate a questo argomento sono diventate molto più facili e veloci da gestire. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato particolarmente è il sistema di avvisi che ti segnala la dove ci sia da fare qualche correzione alla propria privacy policy ed evitare brutte sorprese (ovvero sanzioni).
Inconvénients
L'unica cosa che a mio avviso è un pò da migliorare è l'usabilità del sito per quanto riguarda la creazione delle privacy e cookie policy. Chi non è proprio esperto potrebbe riscontrare qualche difficoltà o confondersi.

Sto utilizzando il servizio di Iubenda da alcuni mesi mentre prima mi avvalevo di un widget. Il design è intuitivo e può essere utilizzato da tutti, anche da chi non sa bene come muoversi in questo contesto così complesso.
Avantages
Anche se si ha un semplice blog, l'applicazione di Iubenda dona un tono professionale. Si possono inserire i documenti richiesti dalla legge, ovvero la Cookies e la Privacy Policy e le altre polizze richieste per gli e-commerce. La versione free è perfetta per i piccoli blog mentre la versione premium offre un servizio di personalizzazione e altri funzioni che forse servono anche ai piccoli blog.
Inconvénients
La mancata possibilità di inserire il monitoraggio di Google Analytics 4 se non nella versione a pagamento.

If you, like me, are part of a smart team and can't afford to pay legal fees to update your privacy policy every time you add some code to your site, or you just hate having to manage that process, then iubenda is for you. It's ridiculously affordable, and super easy to use. Essentially, you just tell it what you do or what third party services you use, and it will generate the proper legal wording in your Privacy Policy for you. Not only that, but they keep their wording up to date and have tons of popular services in their library, such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick, AdRoll, and thousands more. Even better, they have a "simplified" version of this policy that you can place anywhere that's free of legalese and makes it easy for the every day user to understand. This simple version can then be expanded to a detailed version that is still easy to understand. They also have great support and resources available to further educate you about compliance and current issues in the privacy and data protection world.
Inconvénients
The only negative I can think of is that they don't have verbiage for absolutely everything pre-written, although you can request services that they don't currently have in their library right inside the platform.

Worst customer service ever
We have been a client for 2 years. We had an issue with the cookie solution in one of our Wordpress sites and the team never responded despite several messages as that was critical for us. We needed to purchase another solution (so we ended up paying for two). As we are not renewing the yearly commitment we have just received a call. So sales department is up and running, not sure yet there is any customer support at all. Very bad experience for us.

It is fairly easy to use and comprehensive.

We had a problem with the cookie solution and despite many requests we never received any support.

Per la privacy policy mancano alcune clausole per servizi piuttosto comuni; nonostante dicano sul forum ufficiale che alcuni servizi verranno implementati, sono anni che li attendiamo, dovendo ancora "fare a mano".Per il cookie banner sono poche personalizzazioni di layout disponibili, se non si conosce il codice: migliorabile.Talvolta mi sono imbattuto in bug.Plugin per Wordpress pessimo.

Servizio a dir poco fantastico, soprattutto se avete bisogno del loro supporto tecnico. Negli anni abbiamo acquistato circa 40 licenze senza mai un problema su diversi account. Abbiamo avuto poi la necessità di migrare tutte le licenze su un unico nuovo account e il loro supporto tecnico è stato a dir poco fantastico come velocità, competenze e disponibilità. Stra consigliato se volete adeguare il vostro sito ( o quello dei vostri clienti) alla normativa GDPR e dormire sonni tranquilli!

Servizio semplice da usare per adeguare in modo perfetto il vostro sito web (o quello dei vostri clienti) alla normativa GDPR. Con un unico servizio potete creare le policy, cookie banner, consenso preventivo e avere la possibilità di registrare il consenso (ora obbligatorio) con la loro consent solution. Il loro supporto tecnico è a dir poco favoloso e disponibilissimo. Insomma, stra consigliato!

Nessuno! E se avete problemi nella configurazione il supporto tecnico è disponibilissimo e velocissimo nell'aiutarvi a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema!

That I license covers an app or website and cannot be easily made to cover an entire organisation for example take a business that might have a mobile app, dashboard, and website. It would be great if Iubenda made it so one license covers the various applications even though yes they may have different data processing matters.

Molto positiva. Tempo fa ho avuto un problema, o meglio ero io che non riuscivo a capire una cosa, ho contattato l'assistenza e abbiamo subito chiarito tutto. Gentilissimi.

I vantaggi nell'usare Iubenda sono tanti, prima di tutto, come dico nel titolo della recensione, io mi sento molto più tranquilla, perché so che dall'altro lato ci sono dei professionisti specializzati che si occupano di queste cose al posto mio. Ho provato in passato a fare "da me", ma l'impiego di tempo nel fare le ricerche dovute, la paura di sbagliare e la continua ansia di non aver fatto tutto a dovere erano troppo pesanti. Tutto questo è sparito da quando ho acquistato iubenda. E se qualcosa viene aggiornato, lato legale, loro mi avvisano, e finora non ho mai dovuto mettere mano io, perché hanno di conseguenza aggiornato la mia privacy policy e la consent solution per me.

A full-featured pruvacy & cookie policy solution
Iubenda is an unbeatable companion to manage my client's privacy policies: they are small businesses or professionals and they don't have a legal office who writes down their policies. Iubenda offers a valid solution to be compliant with EU, CalOPPA and APP.
Avantages
First of all, I'd like to mention the support: they always answer in a timely manner and their help is always effective. The software is the most complete tool to generate and maintain privacy and cookie policies and to gather cookie consent.
Inconvénients
Managing cookie consent is a little more tricky, as you have to set up more features. I guess that the GDPR rules don't help, though...

Essential!
Absolutely essential, I've been a super early adopter and it's the solution to a problem: the legal management of Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A must have.
Avantages
Easy to use, easy to install, also for dummies. Fast and super useful!
Inconvénients
Just one thing: the Consent Solution is, currently, hard to manage due to the fact that it requires development knowledge and doesn't have a dashboard to manage the consent certificates generated when users allow to navigate a website.

GDPR made easy
GDPR is tedious; I'm a web designer but suddenly I'm supposed to be a lawyer too. Iubenda takes that problem away and gives me peace of mind.
Avantages
It's easy to set up and can be implemented on a Wordpress site with a simple plugin.
Inconvénients
I prefer to pay per site, and Iubenda is 'one size fits all'. Whether it's a simple one page site or a complex multi page site, the price is the same. More flexible pricing would be good or, better still, more availability of the free version for small projects.

It is an easy to implement/complete solution for the Cookie Law and GDPR, offering a IAB-compliant CMP solution, a need for medium/big editors.
It offers several plugins for the most common CMS to automate the integration process.
I needed a customized installation, and the support team helped me a lot.
Inconvénients
I really wanted a complete reference of the javascript API: I spent some time trying to find all the technical details in the docs, while I usually read just the reference to understand every possibility offered by the software.

Was good while it lasted, but had to replace eventually. Maybe would use again on a quick build ecommerce site.
Avantages
Was easy to build forms and cookie policies using templates and wizard. Many shortcodes and intergration for form building. A good choice of styling options and abilty to use via imbed, or plug-in.
Inconvénients
I would say for the most part, that the solution is expensive in comparison to other services offering fully compliant web forms and/or policies. If you know a thing or two about HTML/CSS, the styling and embed does not really matter all that much.

Saves me from chasing Attorneys
Their service, product and customer service have all made the price worth it. You should at least consider trying this out, you will see the savings in the long run, especially if you're running a high volume site (and not just a hobby site).
Avantages
It does a lot of work for you. Takes care of document structure and makes sure you don't forget a critical section. I also really like how it scans my website and lets me know what I should consider including in my policies.
Inconvénients
It is a bit pricey, you pay per site. But when you think about how much time and energy this saves in finding an attorney to help with this, it is worth it.
