The think that I liked about Iubenda is that you can simply check and uncheck the service that you use on your website and it will generate automatically all the files that you need.

Maybe that the pro plan is linked to a privacy policy and not to the account which is not good because deleting a privacy policy (as i have done) you cannot create another one with a pro plan until you contact the support team.

Il problema è stato risolto da Leonardo Tamion, che è stato molto disponibile e competente. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarlo anche qua per il suo intervento e per aver risposto a tutte le mie domande. Una nota di merito anche per il sito di Iubenda, davvero molto intuitivo.

Ho conosciuto Iubenda leggendo molte recensioni positive, effettivamente si tratta di un team di avvocati internazionali molto competenti in materia di protezione dei dati personali; ho utilizzato la versione gratuita del loro software è stato molto facile creare e integrare su un sito web la Cookie e Privacy Policy.

Purtroppo l'account gratuito consente di integrare nella Cookie Policy soltanto quattro clausole, mi sarebbe piaciuto se ce ne fosse stata qualcuna in più, ma d'altronde era solo la versione gratuita e quindi va bene così.

I like that it handles all the legal jargan and requirements so we can focus on the site itself. While the price is high, you are also paying for the legal team of iubenda to write the text that makes you compliant. It gives great peace of mind to have this on your site - especially with the ever changing laws regarding privacy and info collecting!
