Cannot recommend Iplicit enough. Have not looked back since leaving Sage.
I cannot fault the experience with Iplicit. Anyone using Sage (expecially 200) should contact them and see what they can do
Avantages
It's easy of use, speed, features, support, fantastic implementaion and training.
Inconvénients
Cloud base system and not local data leaves us feel a little exposed, not solution has been offer by Iplicit to date. Dispite having had discussions.

Such an improvement!
Very good. Training and set up was excellent and thorough. Ongoing support for post-go-live changes has been very good. We have had issues with the migration of transactions and opening balances from our previous system, however this was linked to our old system rather than iplicit.
Avantages
The ease with which reports and MI can be exported from the system.
The drill down facility to link different areas of the system.
The self service model available for budget holders to view their income and expenditure directly.
The bank reconciliation process which enables quick, easy input of cash transactions.
Very thorough training before the go-live date
Inconvénients
The list of access/security settings for users is endless which makes it difficult to know what access is being given.
Similarly, reports and enquiries aren't always named intuitively so it can be difficult to find what you need.

Supportive, innovative, highly recommended
We have had a very positive experience with iplicit. There were some teething problems along the way as we needed more than a 'straight out of the box' solution, but we have all worked together to come up with something that we now use daily. No doubt there will be more improvements as we continue to work with this exciting company. It has made our day to day processing so much more efficient and transparent.
Avantages
The system is very logical and user friendly once you know how. The support team are speedy and helpful and the development team take on board suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve functionality.
Inconvénients
Our system needed some complex, bespoke elements and the dev team created some great custom attributes and reports. Unfortunately, these are not always compatible with some hard wired functions but, iplicit are always coming up with new ideas and work arounds.

Great! We achieved our very ambitious go live date and almost everything went smoothly.
Avantages
The software is super clever and easy to use. A worthy competitor to other big players in the market.
Inconvénients
Project management side needs a little improvement. But I guess they are growing and developing so I am sure they will sort it out.

Iplicit new system
Comparing to our previous system set up, iplicit is by far the best experience, they have been very patient with our staff who have learned the system at different speeds which has helped immensely
Avantages
simplicity of moving throughout the system, downloading of information is easy and a excellent reporting tool.
Inconvénients
the set up has problematic at times, but the excellent service clears the problem in a speedy and effective manner

It has been a bumpy road to begging with but overall we have happy we made the decision and looking forward to get to the point where we use the system to full capabilities.

Good platform!
Overall, it's a good platform especially as it is cloud based.

UI and level of customisation. Data import checking is also great.

Excellent support and professionalism
I think Iplicit is brilliant, so easy to use and the support team is very responsive.
Avantages
I like the Excel functions that pull data directly from Iplicit. We have saved so much time on a day-to day basis, which we now use to focus on other tasks.
Inconvénients
Any issues that we raised during implementation and after were dealt with so I can't think of anything.

Training and implementation in nearly all areas has been thorough and easy to transition to. The product clearly has got the area of expertise (the accountants) in the same room as the IT teams. In many products this synergy isn't always evident in the ergonomics of the system.
Avantages
The customisation options with an in depth training and setup period has enabled clean implementation into the busiest part of our year.
Inconvénients
The Sandbox can have a conflict when more than one ticket is being worked on at once. For example one area will reset the sandbox to try and fix their issue and in the process will wipe the work of another areas testing. It seems that there needs to be some way to lock an area from being wiped in the sandbox so that multiple issues can be worked on at once.

Excellent. Really happy we went with this package.

The management information, the easy access to audit trails, the currency management, the ease to automate to so all the right information is instantly available, after service support, tailoring to our needs.
Inconvénients
Not much. It can do everything we want. And it can be adapted to anything we need.

Overall the experience with iPlicit has been very successful. If you currently support / develop or manage a legacy bespoke accounting system then certainly look to iPlicit as the platform for your migration.
Avantages
Although not a user of all the financial aspects the migration from an on-premise legacy system was made relativley straightforward by the support and assistance from the project teams. Bespoke elements of the on premise system were developed and reflected in iPlicit making the transition pretty painless. All the feedback I have heard from the finance teams using it has all been positive.
Inconvénients
The expense module isn't very user friendly but neither was the previous supplier so maybe it isn't something that is as important as other financial processes.

Can't fault Iplicit, on the whole a great product that I would highly recommend
Avantages
Its ease of use, a massive help with time saving through automation. Great customer service and quick problem solvers through a great helpdesk.
Inconvénients
The only minor con is as a relatively new product there are areas to be developed but the continual progression has been speedy and without any detriment to the core product.

Getting there!
Now I'm more familiar with it, and because my interactions are relatively limited, things are moving fairly smoothly now. I'm hesitant to do much more as the barrier to entry on new areas feels a little higher than I'd like!
Avantages
The ability to copy previous expense records is a godsend and makes life so much easier when costs are predictable and fixed. I interact with this more than any other area of the site.
Inconvénients
It *looks* a bit unintuitive and takes a while to get used to the feel of the product.

Iplicit for not for profit organisations
Our grant management is far more thorough and transparent now we are using iplicit.
Avantages
It has really helped with our grant management and cost tracking against individual projects and grant. I love the drill down capability and how all relevant documents can be attached to transactions in iplicit. I really like the online expenses which has been well received by all staff. Having the app, taking a photo of the receipts and submitting a claim for authorisation and paying couldn't be easier now, especially as all the hard work on coding of expense products was done in the set up.
Inconvénients
The set up to get it working in the right way for our organisation has been a lot of hard work but if you put the work in at the outset, it does mean the outputs are better when using the system. Iplicit support are always ready to help and very responsive with any problems.

Completing expenses just got easier with iplicit....
We have previously used other platforms, however iplicit is so user friendly.
Avantages
Easy to navigate and so simple to attach receipts.
Completing my expenses just got a whole lot easier and quicker.
Inconvénients
As with all new platforms getting your head around a new system. However, this was short lived as

New User in the last few months
Very good in general, the support team are great and [sensitive content hidden] who managed and trained us was aboslutely amazing.

Iplicit has been a game changer
Avantages
The simple user interface combined with intuitive solutions have allowed implementation and going live to be a seamless exercise.Our decisions to move from Sage was driven by the need for a true cloud solution. Within the first 30 minutes of seeing the product, we knew it would cover all our basic needs along with solving long lasting pains such as multi-entity accounting.The implementation of Iplicit has reduced cost, improved operational efficiency (in some cases, saving days) and allowed for better decision making due to the multi-dimensional reporting capabilities.
Inconvénients
As its early in our adoption, its hard to point a finger at any issues with the system.I Hope it stays that way!

Well managed implementation with great interaction and support from the team. It's making a big difference to the way we work now and we have more scope to improve further.
Avantages
The ease of navigation and being able to have several screens open at once to move between. The views of P&L's, Balance Sheet etc. that are so easy to access and extract information from.
Inconvénients
I found configuring the approval workflows a bit tricky but that could just be me.

Great finance system, great support
Very smooth implementation and ALL team members love it. Support is timely and very good.
Avantages
Love management accounts within system, that allow drill down to invoice with review. Love pivot table analogy enabling management report to be shown with different dimensions.
Inconvénients
Would love to be able to adapt reports ourselves to deal with minor changes rather than needing development

Iplicit is so easy to use
It has been a great experience - the implementation was well supported and the go live was less stressful than anticipated. We went more or less paperless overnight!
Avantages
Iplicit is so intuitive and easy to use. The Finance team have really taken to it and are enjoying using it. It is so easy to import data from other systems we use. We have just had our interim audit and the auditors commented on how easy it was for them to interrogate the transactions and review the "paperwork." If you have a problem the support team is very quick at getting back to you to resolve the issue.
Inconvénients
As it is a newish system we do have to ask for new reports or ways of doing things, but the Support team are so quick at getting back to you with a solution it is really not an issue.We made a good decision when we chose Iplicit!
