Bien, mais service client DEPLORABLE
Je perds du temps à essayer de paramétrer le logiciel depuis des mois. Les vidéos tutoriel et de l'académie sont génial, mais de mon côté, il m'est impossible de les mettre en oeuvre car cela ne marche pas. JE SUIS TRES MECONTENTE !
Avantages
Logiciel facile à mettre en place. Bien pensé et pratique pour de nombreux secteurs.
Inconvénients
Le service client est deplorable. Des tickets ouverts pendant des semaines, aucune réactivité. Ils me répètent que tout est réglé, cela n'est JAMAIS le cas. C'est interminable...Mon entreprise paye des fonctionnalités pro auxquelles nous n'avons pas accès... C'est n'importe quoi ! Le logiciel est bien quand il n'y a pas de problème. Pipedrive est là pour facturer, pas pour ses clients.

Pipedrive customer service is so bad, that it ruins the product
not good, I have spent a long time using it, and for example I had accidentally set up an account that i did not use, and it was obivous, and they would not refund me even though they could see that I had an account I was using under the same email.
Avantages
pipedrive has a lot of features and is easy to use
Inconvénients
pipedrive customer service is utter garbage, I have been locked out of my primary account for days. They will not call you and if you cant log in then you cannot chat. and their AI support is idiotic at best.

Scripted service. Not customer friendly
After our original Administrator left the company, Pipedrive made it impossible for us to change the Administrator on our account, yet they continued to charge our credit card. Repeat attempts to get their assistance, to get them to stop charging us, were met with scripted responses explaining how they can't help me and the only way to resolve this was by getting our credit card company involved. After 10 months and an escalation to the CEO, CFO and COO, with a final "sorry, we can't help you", we figured out a way to stop them.
Avantages
Absolutely nothing. We weren't able to use it for the past 10 months.

The service - from the top down;
Pipedrive needs to take a hard look at its service. There is no question that your approach is not a customer centric one. Instead, you implement policies, procedures, and scripted responses that work to ensure your staff and the company as a whole will not succeed in today's environment which requires both critical thinking and a common sense approach.

Uitermate slechte service en slecht probleem oplossend vermogen.
Niet erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Maar als je de structuur begrijpt werkt het wel redelijk. Behalve als er sprake is van een "bug", dan heb je pech en zijn de problemen na weken nog niet opgelost. Daarom is dez§e software

Goed inzicht in de verkoop funnel. Alles in één scherm in beeld.
Inconvénients
Bij het niet goed functioneren van de software ben je in de aap gelogeerd.
Je kunt pipedrive alleen via de chat bereiken. Als je daar iets opzet, ontvang je een antwoord na uren of zelfs dagen. Zij komen dan niet met een oplossing slechts met excuses. Zo kan ik bijvoorbeeld nu al 14 dagen niet meer factureren vanuit pipedrive. Als je een serieus bedrijf hebt, doe dan geen zaken met deze club!

Es gibt Alternativen mit mehr Benutzerfreundlichkeit
Ich bin seit über zwei Jahren bei Pipedrive Kunde und benutze es täglich, jedoch wird sich das zukünftig ändern.
Hier mein Gesamteindruck zu Pipedrive:
Der allgemeine Support verschlechtert sich zunehmend, zeitweise ist der Button um einen Ansprechpartner zu bekommen (per Messenger, nicht am Telefon!) abgestellt/abgeschaltet.
Dazu ist die Plattform zunehmend sehr langsam. Der Pipedrive Support schiebt solche Dinge sehr gerne auf den Endnutzer (Cookies, Browser und Skripte) aber auch wenn diese alle behoben und ein Videobeweis geschickt wird, ändert sich nichts an der Schnelligkeit - es liegt wohl an den Servern, aber zugeben tun sie das ungern.
Jedoch was bei mir jetzt das Fass zum Überlaufen gebrahct hat, ist die Tatsache, dass ich Pipedrive verschiedenen Geschäftspartnern und Nutzern empfohlen habe und daraus resultierend mir "eigentlich" über 1.000$ an Amazon-Gutscheinen über das Affilate-Programm versprochen wurden (und auch online angezeigt werden) aber Pipedrive sich jetzt weigert, diese auszubezahlen.
Zusammengefasst:
- Pipedrive ist zunehmend langsam
- Der Support wird zeitweise abgestellt und ist dazu noch schwer erreichbar und würgt einen gerne ab
- Pipedrive ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich, gerade auch nicht denen die sie weiterempfohlen haben, klingt irrational, oder? Ist es auch
PS: Ein freche Kleinigkeit on top: Was sie dafür eingeführt haben ohne Einverständnis sind Affilate-Links in der eigenen Signatur "Gesendet von Pipedrive" mit dem eigenen Affilate-Link darin... um noch mehr Werbung zu erhalten, aber wie gesagt, ausbezahlt werden sie im Anschluss nicht.
Avantages
Der Aufbau der Pipelines hat Pipedrive sehr schön gelöst. Auch an sich der einfache und simple Aufbau.
Inconvénients
Der Kundensupport ist nicht zu empfehlen, genauso wenig die Schnelligkeit von Pipedrive. Es finden sehr oft lange Wartezeiten statt, bis sich etwas öffnet (auch im Inkognito-Modus, anderen Browsern etc.) und Pipedrive unterbindet zeitweise den Support - sie lassen dann lediglich den Selfhelp-Chatbot laufen.
Wenn man Support erhält, ist dieser oft überfragt bzw. "muss nachfragen" und wenn er dies getan hat, erhält man Antworten auf die der Support nicht weiterhelfen kann.

If you're looking for a CRM that requires you to REFRESH the page after VIRTUALLY EVERY ACTION, you've found the right CRM!
TRY reaching them on live chat... yeah, you'll wait at least 90 mins.
AVOID these people at all costs - a complete rip off.

Nothing. Poorly designed without the ability to customize default fields.

Pathetic Customer Support
CRM platform is good but lack of good and active customer support, you can run your show for longer and waste your money.
Avantages
The most economical CRM platform. Good and handy tool. One can segregate the list by creating unique label, field and filter to it. Also, very easy to keep track of the activities. Wonderful features.
Inconvénients
Customer Support, CRM's customer support is of no use. When you explain your problems to them, they keep on asking 1000 question more, share print screen more, but unable to solve the problem. I requested them again and again to come online and support me, but they are unable to do it.

Pipedrive has the worst support and poorest automations.
I really can't see any pros. I'm feeling scammed by paid youtube reviews. Pipedrive pay for people to say good things about their CRM, but when you start to using it, the reality is completely diferent.

I don't see any pros, and I deeply regret to let my company use it.
Inconvénients
A lot of cons, as I'll describe bellow. The support is definetly one of the cons. Automations are the other cons. Terrible automation options/usability. Another. Even as the owner of the company, you can't see other users email messages, which is weird. There must be no privacy between users emails and the management, just because we need to MANAGE THEM, we need to see if the email they're sending are propper emails.

Pipedrive lost over 6 years' worth of my client notes and data
The good is not worth it if they fail at doing the one thing you need them to do... maintain my client data.
Avantages
It was my CRM of choice to maintain my client notes until they lost my data, admitted it, but only offered to cover 50% of 1 year of service for the invaluable loss of 6 years of my data.
Inconvénients
Pipedrive lost over 6 years' worth of my client notes 😡. This data included likes, dislikes, kids' and spouses' names, and all manner of information that are invaluable to business relationships. I have in writing from them that they are responsible, but they claim that as other functions were working, all they are willing to do is refund me HALF of one year's worth of my subscription. Being a CRM, I reminded them that their ONE job is to safeguard my clients' data. They'll likely delete this post, but I would like everyone to know how they safeguard your data and the lousy extent to which they will step up.Thank you for your time,An extremely displeased customer

Avoid this software unless you like terrible support + constant problems with features.
The fact is, there are SERIOUS issues with this software, their support do NOT know what they are doing at all... if you report an issue, their 'engineering' team will tell you its 'supposed' to work like that instead of fixing the issue (for example, you can select a calendar in google calendars, it then doesn't work right, and they will blame how the calendar was created, but there is no guide on how to create a calendar properly, you can select the calendar that is of a wrong time, and there is no warning that it wont work correctly to scheduler people until you start getting double booked.)
As an experience development agency owner of 15+ years, these guys need to seriously learn what customer centric design is, and train their engineering team as they seem to live in some kind of 'programmers' bubble. Their first tier support staff need serious training as they cant do anything troubleshooting wise and expect you to spend hours upon hours to troubleshoot the issue for them even if they can replicate the issue.
Customers would be VERY UPSET to know the issues we've uncovered that were never announced, like MASS email delivery issues... in a sales environment that would cost company's thousands, its cost us at LEAST 10's of thousands in sales before we realised and now send important sales emails via another method

The pipeline management is good in this tool, it has a good base feature set, the problem is however, that many core things are MISSING or dont work right out the box.

From the outset, this product looks good value, which is likely why it has so many great reviews, however, the more you use it and the moment you need to contact support, you realise the trouble you've got yourself into. If you are a team greater than one, then DO NOT use this software (remember, you might want to grow in future too).

We choose Pipedrive because of its pricing at the time, and its base feature set was enough for us to grow into, however, during this time we've grown to a large team and uncovered dozens of massive issues, to switch would cost us a considerable investment time and money wise, we feel stuck and cheated as this company is too busy spending money on flashy new features that don't work properly to fix major issues with their workflow and existing feature set.

Don't Expect Any Service or Support From Pipedrive
We've been on Pipedrive for a month now and it's evident we made a huge mistake by selecting this CRM.
I'll start by saying that we're not rookies when it comes to CRM systems. We were an ACT user from 1999-2015, then switched to Infusionsoft which was a great solution until they lost their footing. Earlier this year we started investigating new solutions and liked the featured of Pipedrive compared to their competitive set. While we still like the features, their onboarding and client support is absolutely HORRENDOUS.
If you need any degree of assistance in onboarding your team, this is NOT the solution for you.
Case in point: we were assigned a Customer Success Manager upon onboarding. His experience is all of 4 months with the company and barely knows his way around the system, much less being able to train a sales team that needs this to help them do their jobs. We've had two "training sessions" with that we abysmal. He can't answer basic questions about how companies and sales people should use the software and at one point I literally had to take over the screen share.
We went to our sales rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] asking for a new trainer and he ghosted us - not once, but twice.
They do have online support, but it's less than helpful. Simple things like how to connect Gmail they have to elevate to "engineers" and still aren't fixed. We've had multiple issues with data imports and their merge features. All of which require intervention and should be simple fixes.
What's sad
Avantages
Deal pipeline is a nice feature that allows you to move deals through.
Inconvénients
After the sale, there is no service. You're on your own to onboard your team on the product, customer service is non-existent.

My experience with Pipedrive
I have been using Pipedrive for years now mainly in the beginning phases of my business. I am a certified Zapier Expert by the way, which is how I was able to truly add MUCH NEEDED POWER to Pipedrive because alone it is very basic and does not offer THAT MUCH VALUE. The workflows that Pipedrive allows don’t offer much at all and you are better off using a different CRM if you want more internal integrations or workflow automations. That, or you can hire someone to vamp up your Pipedrive CRM using Zapier and other applications to link them up, however that will incur additional cost that other CRMs don’t need. Ontraport for example is one of the many CRMs that offer so much more when it comes to built in workflows and provides a wider set of options, and if you incorporate some Zapier into a CRM like Ontraport, you would be left asking "Pipedrive who?"
I am a business developer and have helped many start up companies with their growing pains and have always set up their CRMs. I ONLY RECOMMEND PIPEDRIVE to the people who are early in the beginning phases of their company. Mainly because of the price point, but if any client is willing to pay for a more powerful CRM and a CRM that will provide more value now and in the future, I stray away from mentioning Pipedrive at all! You just have to know what you pay for and after my years of experience, I could just not recommend such a limited platform to my clients!
Also the customer service side of things at Pipedrive could be better

It is extremely limited unless you implement ZAPIER, but even then you can find other CRMS who have built in automation to avoid incurring the $100s zapier may cost you.

Billing scammers
Avantages
The software is easy to use and doesn't require much training.
Inconvénients
Their support is beyond horrible. They recently introduced a policy where once a subscription starts, you cannot reuse the credits for other users, even if you paid for 365 days and only used for 1 day. One day is pro-rata, the other day things are completely different and they don't even notify you. Out of nowhere they will do these unexpected things. Their platform goes offline every month or so, or it's a bit slow, or they calling system stops to work. They don't care and won't accept any blame. In the end you are trusting your data to a company that won't care about your data. Be aware.

Don't Do It!! Horrible Customer Experience!
Would have worked well for our small team - we each work for ourselves and pay our own expenses - we will find something else was can each pay for - very disappointed. Leaving a bad review every single place I can! Getting my moneys worth for being charged for 4 people when currently they are not even set up - just got the invite!

I will like most the day I cancel! I have one month to transfer everything to a new system.

Poor customer support in resolving a billing issue. I was charged for all my coworkers after inviting them to use the software and customer support refuses to refund the money. Now None of the salespeople are going to use it and I'm canceling. I hope you reading this will choose something else.

Run Away.
Bad. The final straw just happened when they refused to refund seats that were changed on the day of renewal. I had four companies using this product...but I am now pulling them all out.
Avantages
The sales pipeline visual view is nice. That is about all.
Inconvénients
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible. I had to switch. I used it for 5+ years and the updates that they made to improve the software made it more complicated. Any upgrade that was something that you may want, they tried to add on a charge...sometimes without proper advertisement of charges.

Pipedrive destroys calendar time zones and forces all times to UTC+0
The software works well for the sales pipeline but not much else. The support is responsive but unable to resolve major problems that violate good practice and general industry standards. The timezone issue is one they appear unconcerned about to the point they say that is what the connector too they use (Nylas) is what causes that. The changing of time formats to drop the time zone is irresponsible and if calendar integration and correct times in your Google or Microsoft O365 calendar are important do not use this product; it changes your ENTIRE calendar when connected and it cannot be undone, requiring manual edits of all data to fix this. AVOID PIPEDRIVE.
Avantages
The usability of the software is good with a few standouts, particularly the deal management and sales pipeline.
Inconvénients
The software has too many shortcomings to offset their excellent sales pipeline management: (1) the calendar integration CHANGES the time in your calendar to UTC+0 and does not maintain time one management, relying on YOUR calendar to do that correctly and setting the local time zone. This includes doing this to Google and Microsoft O365 calendars. (2) the e-mail integration is horrible and ends up overly cluttered - this had to be turned off and use the bcc address to bring in data due to this. (3) contact management is too slow to be useful. When you are editing a deal it is good, but the contact list is far too slow to use regularly.

Pipedrive Customer Service Failure
If you can't get good customer service, no product is worth it.
Avantages
Attractive interface. Ease of setting up stages for each part of the sales cycle. However, as noted below, when even the smallest issue arises there is no support that is truly helpful.
Inconvénients
The customer service is horrific! When you enter a chat, it can take several minutes for someone to answer and several minutes or longer in between responses. The customer service reps are not knowledgeable and can hardly ever address the concern

Terrible Customer Experience
Wasted 15-18 hours of my life attempting to configure their so-called CRM. Do yourself a favor and check out other vendors.

Nothing - it's a poorly designed legacy piece of software.
Inconvénients
If you're looking for a CRM that doesn't provide support, has an outdated UI that loads about as fast as painting drying on the wall - you've found the right vendor.
Pipedrive is an unprofessional company that is focused solely on itself and refuses to provide live training. AVOID them at all costs and check out their competitors.

Not very good for sales management

The only good thing that I came up is that it has a lot of integrations with 3rd party.
Inconvénients
The price is too abusive for the product they offer. They always try to convince you that you need to upgrade, which means pay more. Not very good customer support.

Easy to use CRM, but lacks the customizations necessary

It is easy to quickly grasp how Pipedrive works. Its pipeline management and contact management are simple and straight to the point
Inconvénients
The system was easy to get started, but when our processes did not exactly align with the Pipedrive way of managing the pipeline, the system broke. They expected my company to change our process and align to their way of thinking. Unfortunately, this was a deal-breaker.

Experience with the sofware
the software though good at tracking activity is really more inclined towards people without much to do except enter data. For organisations with hundreds of customers the functions I have seen so far are not appealing. turns you into a mere data capturer

Looks appealing. The order is appealing to the eyes.
Inconvénients
Does not integrate with other apps and crm software, not easy to use, desires a lot of manual input. takes up most of your time in data capturing and no actual selling. Software not automated, a lot of manual intervention and input. tedious, monotonous, time consuming

Not impressed, replicates a system I use in excel which is free.

just not cutting it
I need to segment my lists into 4-5 categories and be able to jump in and see each one, not one giant pool

Horrible. I've asked you to stop billing me but you are continuing to do so. Will contact...
Inconvénients
Not good for a small staff who are just starting out. Pipedive doesn't respond to questions or how to get out of paying for the subscription even though I have asked twice in an email to unsubscribe me. Just got another recurring bill for July!
