Easy to use for customers

Edwin is easy to use for customers & looks good, it's simply laid out & intuitive. The control panel is very straightforward & makes the whole process simple. Any time I need help the online chat is immediate & my questions have always been answered.

Your rock - but could rock more

Love everything about you guys. I would suggest creating a feature that will allow your customers to be able to automatically contact "left cart" customers. We have to do this manually right now and that is very time consuming. Food for thought.

Great software

This so easy to use and set up. Buy 1 get 1 and shipping integration would be nice but overall great!

Good quality storefront

The software is very customizable. Easy interface with cc processor. No complaints. Its a great alternative to Shopify which is getting pretty pricey. It would be great to see some better options for wholesale businesses like myself.

CPSA has been using Ecwid for a while now and we are very happy with the product. The only thing I would like is a little bit more customization on how the page shows up on our website. Other than that we haven't had any issues.

I've done several ecwid stores covering many different types. Easy to use and very easy to integrate into a site. Support is spot on anytime, and the store is quite a bit more customizable than you think.

Excellent Product

Ecwid is a great product for money. It is one of the easiest online stores to set up. There are a couple of functions that we would like to see added, but we can get by with the way ecwid is set up.

Pretty good

Need more options on sales. Like by category. Need more choice on sales results by date. Like an option for "yesterday" since most people want to see the previous days sales. NEED SALES REPORTS.

THOUGHTS ON ECWID

Mostly ecwid does what we want, there are a few exceptions but we have to pay more to get these and we are a small company so it becomes difficult to pay more.
