Customer service is the best I have experienced. They are patient, respectful and they try their best to sort out any issue asked. I value that more than anything else.

Great online sales option for the money

It seems that no software is ever going to do it all, but Ecwid does a good part of what I need. I love how easy it is to list items for sale. I appreciate the edit orders--add a new order feature, this is an indispensable addition. ( Hoping that in the near future, when I type items in here that a drop down menu of inventory items could be added!) More reports would be lovely too, and a way to help customers when they forget their password... but overall this has made my online sales possible and successful.
Not sure why Ecwid is advertising ease of use with WordPress again, as I left WordPress in May for lack of this exact connection!!! Maybe that all works now.

I have looked and nothing else compares to what Ecwid has to offer! And pricing is awesome!

Ease of adding my products to my site was the biggest benefit I got from this software! Also, the ability to add the items was easy and I'm able to quickly add the items that are closely related.

An Easy-to-use E-commerce System

Having suffered several other solutions over the years we were delighted to find an e-commerce system that could slot right into our existing website with little fuss. The main benefit though was that all the maintenance (updates etc.) is taken care of by Ecwid. Initially on the free plan, we upgraded as extra features became available. Customers generally find it easy to place orders. All we lack on our plan is the ability to edit existing orders which is available on a more expensive plan.

Not bad not great

Difficulties for customers to navigate around the webstore, search apps failed miserably, font choices weren't great either. Np matter what we tried, everything looked amateurish.

ECWID Growth Services

ECWID service is great ... simple easy to use and understand and the ability to generate sales reports is awesome ... one issue is that ECWID is a 'one user' system which means that our NPO cannot have a dual control on the sales account ... this may force us to have to move to another service. We really do not want to that but we also need a multi-user interface for the account. We hope ECWID can make this happen in the near future.

I've been using Ecwid for over a year now. I love how simple it is for me to publish my store using the starter site, although I did struggle with getting the store to look how I wanted when I added it to my existing website. The starter store was so easy though that I didn't mind. I love how all of my orders are now in one place, organized and ready to go. There are some features I'd love to see added, but all in all I'm very happy!

We use free account

We were an early adapter of Ecwid. We have been very pleased using this as a store for our not for profit. The spreadsheet downloads are decent, but the options sort a little odd. Also, we can't connect our shipping account to our Ecwid account unless we pay to upgrade our account. Which as we operate with a very minimal budget...it is not beneficial for us to spend funds for it and have to import the orders into shipping the hard way.

Great Software, Reasonably Priced

Having a small business, easy to use and reasonably priced checkout software was important to us. Using Ecwid I have all the tools I need to make checkout easy for my customers. I love it!

I am very pleased with ecwid and its features! I receive positive feedback on the look and ease of operation within my website. The only thing I would add is that it be made compatible with Australian postage services e.g Australia Post, Fastway Couriers as I have had to customise items via weight and link that with post codes as some items I ship nationally and others are restricted by area.

The store is easy to get started up and is very reliable once everything gets going! Offers a bunch of features but getting your storefront customized takes a little code writing! (Comes with a stock layout but you can find pre written code in a few places on the web.)

Just exactly what we need!

Since the first day of using ECWID, I am happy with it. Especially the option to offer automatically delivered Downloads suited us very well and distinguished ECWID from the previous Shopsystems I have used. Also there customersupport is really friendly and they are more flexible to help solve indivicual issues, than other companies I encountered! Overall, I really can recommend them.

Great & Easy to Use

I've been using ECWID for the last six months and have had a pretty good experience with them, the system is highly functional with zero downtime. Integrates with the most popular payment providers and has some great extra features. Only issue has been entering in the shipping pricing structure for multiple postcodes but it's not critical. Overall, easy, efficient and really like it!

Low Cost and Easy to Use

We converted to Ecwid from ProStores several years ago. Ecwid is much easier to use and is lower cost since they do not charge final value fees. We have been very happy other than a few quirky issues they are top notch.

I use Ecwid to help my cheer team with fundraisers and junior cheer camps we have throughout the year. While I don't necessarily think that the site is very user friendly, the customer service is fantastic! I really appreciate how quick they are to respond and how hard they work to help me solve any issues I may be having.

Ecwid has allowed our company to easily manage and sell 400+ items as we have an extensive catalog. The ability to add apps has also improved the functionality of our website and has allowed us to be transparent to our customers. Get a webshop up and running in a few minutes

I've been using Ecwid shop for about a year. It's a great webshop solution that does the job. Well integrated with most used payment gateways etc. and you will have a fully functional webshop up and running in no time. Works perfectly as a stand-alone webshop and as a "shop"-tab on your Facebook page.

Ecwid you rock

We have 4 Ecwid based websites.
Love how easy it is to work with them. Just wish there was a way to "tie" the four platforms together so that when we add or change something to the one site, it would change all four sites.
Also if you own multiple ecwid platforms, where is a multi-user discount.

EASY to use

This software is easy to user and the functions are intuitive. We have processed hundreds of sales without issue! Consumers find it simple to register and it works seamlessly with our payment processing system (PayPal). A great product! Thank you - from both the seller (me) and our buyers!

Very good eshop interface

Great platform!

We use Ecwid to sell souvenirs, apparel and gift cards for our hotel and this platform is great. It's user friendly and easy to navigate. I've used the chat support for questions I've had, otherwise I can find other answers in the forums. Highly recommend, especially for the low cost.

For the service and price it's unbeatable!

I run and operate my own site online and use Ecwid. Hands down the easiest most cost effective storefront you can get. The features are good and they are open to suggestions which I really like. Easy Wordpress plugin and design. My business wouldn't be able to function without it.

Good Product, Good Value

We have used Ecwid for some 3 years now and chose it because it met our criteria of being able to be embed in our website. We have absolutely no regrets and happily recommend it to anyone who asks. One of the best things is the support which is quick and responsive. We use both the phone app as well as the desktop versions and integrating with Zapier has allowed to record sales directly into our accounting packaging saving time and ensuring accuracy. this app is Solid B+!

Ecwid is super easy and great software I highly recommended for anyone. The reason it's solid B+ not A is because of lack of Analytic feature. It will be great to keep truck on the sales amount, how long the person spend on sales page etc. But thanks for the great work!

Good Value, Integration with Clover

We use ECWID for online sales for our restaurant. It has a pretty good integration with the Clover POS, which is key for us. Sales are updated in real time and we don't have to maintain a separate accounting system for online sales vs. in-store sales.
