Excellent company and system - highly recommend.

Very good. Always helpful. Lovely team. Wouldn't want to run my stage school without it.

Avantages

How well structured and easily organised it is to look at. It's very efficient and I love how easy the team are to get hold of if I have any issues or questions. Plus they always take suggestions and feedback on board and actually implement our ideas to improve the system to our needs.

Inconvénients

It is very expensive so I do have to justify paying for it over other software systems. I choose to pay for it as a luxury because I feel it really saves time and helps me but it is an expense I have to justify.

Membermiester Saves Time

Easy to set up to suit our groups. Support from Membermister exceptional. Easy to navigate and learn yourself.

Avantages

I can see all the invoices in one place and who has and who hasn't paid. It is easy to send reminders, easy to navigate and the support team are extremely helpful.

Inconvénients

There is nothing I do not like. I find it all very useful.

Fabulous software

Very positive experience with membermeister. The help desk team are very knowledgeable and quick at responding.

Avantages

Don’t have to download and install programmes as it’s cloud based meaning no time wasted doing updates. It’s a very user friendly dashboard

They need to have an app that can be downloaded on phones so that students can enter and pay more easily.

A user friendly system that can be managed by all

They are very quick to get back to you and very helpful, the other very well know and used systems I have used alongside Membermeister have not been so quick to help, particularly those with very complicated set ups. They say that they will talk you through it but all you get is a youtube link and a brief printed outline.

Avantages

I have tried various CRM systems for dance schools and some of them offer far more options than Membermeister, however you still cannot beat the simplicity of the system and anyone can use this system straight away. It is not complex to set up and you can be up and running in a matter of minuets, saving a great deal of time. I have run three CRM systems alongside Membermeister over the last couple of years and paying twice but it was important for me to get the right system for both myself and my staff., most importantly my staff. I work with computers and programmes all day long and know my way around software so I can use the more complicated systems but it is my staff who also have to use it daily and Membermesiter is the one they love the most.

Inconvénients

They do not have as many features as other CRM systems and they are not as cheap as others, but they seem to be adding more and more features on a regular basis without changing the way the front end looks so for my staff it is great for them.

Fantastic software and brilliant customer service!

Brilliant! The team are really quick to respond and very thorough with the step to step videos of how to work the software in the most efficient and easiest way. It saves me so much time each term when calculating all invoices and keeping an eye on all customers to keep them all upto with news and check in with my customers to ensure they are all happy with our services!

Avantages

I like how communicative the team are when dealing with questions, in a very quick and helpful manner. I would highly recommend using membermeister to organise your school, business, life!

I am really happy with the software and any requests that I have asked for have been put onto the system shortly after my feedback.

Perfect software tool - backed with excellent support

MM saves me heaps of time and keeps everything running smoothly for me - worth every penny.

Avantages

Seamless process to convert from basic excel spreadsheets - all taken care of by exceptional support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT].

Inconvénients

My 1 wish would be for the system to record credits for cancelled lessons and auto deduct from next invoice run.

Dance school management

Avantages

Easy to use software, helps keep track of outstanding invoicing and check cash flow. Good for monitoring student attendance.

Inconvénients

It would be helpful if the 'Items and Discounts' feature items could be alphabetised, as searching for certain items when invoicing can be time consuming when they are listed randomly.

Also, gender roles could be revised to add non binary to the list.

Great Software for Running a Dance Business

I have been using Membermeister for approximately 6 months since taking over a small dance school. My first invoice run when taking over the school took me several hours using standard spreadsheet software and was very stressful. My accountant suggested that I tried Membermeister as a way of saving time on my invoicing and keeping track of the finances. I first met with the support staff who showed me through the software's features. He was so helpful with answering all my questions and gave a slick presentation. Invoicing now is so easy, all I do is select which classes need an invoice and in a few clicks, the invoices are all prepared. It's very easy to keep track of who has paid and send reminders to those who haven't.

If I ever have any problems with the software or forget how to use any of the features the support staff is always quick to reply on the online chat. Suggestions on how to get the most out of the software are always given. If there are any features that aren't quite working for you or you have any suggestions for things that would make the software work better they are always open to hearing. I'm often finding messages in my inbox with news of updates based on customer suggestions.

A great piece of software that saves me so much time and helps me to keep on top of my business.

Avantages

Save me so much time when creating multiple invoices.

Inconvénients

I've had issues with the printable registers. I run classes from a church hall without wifi so am not able to use the online versions. The support staff, however, has been very helpful with coming up with ideas of how best to using the register functions of the software.

Getting started was incredibly easy. The experience since has been everything we wanted.

More accurate information about students attendance and invoicing.

Avantages

The simplicity of creating invoices and seeing who has not yet paid and sending them out reminders.
The ease of setting up and taking class registers.

Inconvénients

It is not designed for invoicing Pay As You Go students, but with customer representative's assistance we have found a very workable solution.
You need wifi access to take the registers, but you can easily create printable registers. They are working on an app that I hope will solve this one.

PERFECT PIECE OF SOFTWARE FOR MY DRAMA SCHOOL

It was definitely the right choice when my business grew and I was in search of software to manage my drama classes. Since using it, I have found I have so much more time on my hands to focus on pushing the business as the drudgery of admin and keeping class info up to date is so much easier. When you offset the cost of my time sorting manual invoicing, checking if people have paid into the account and chasing those who have not and ensuring children's details are always up to date then the cost is actually incredibly cheap.

Avantages

The ease of use, it takes a very little amount of time to get accustomed to the software. The support when you do need some help is extremely good and I am never stuck for long.
I also love the fact that my staff are able to access the data for contact and medical details for children very easily and so there is no need for paper lists or issues with security of data.

Inconvénients

Currently not able to automatically invoice each month, it is only manual but I believe this is in the pipeline.
I also find setting up a term and removing the half terms a little over complicated as I tend to forget how to do it each term as it is 3 months between set up and it isn't that obvious. Easy when you know how but I think it could be simpler and more obvious.

Everything in one place

Avantages

Everything is in one place. Membermeister enables us to keep track of the various elements of the day-to-day running of our business, and makes it incredibly easy to keep up to date with everything - all in one place! The ease of use is fantastic and the support offered is second to none. It is rare I come across any issues with how to use the software, but if ever I do, the customer service is great. CSR is always incredibly helpful and informative!

Inconvénients

I like that I am able to colour code each of class / terms, however, it would be even better if there was a way to only view specific colour groups!

Membermeister is fab!

Membermeister are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive - explaining things very clearly. Their responses are also incredibly fast - I've always managed to get help within an hour of needing it!

Avantages

Membermeister is very simple to use - it took very little time to 'learn' which meant I could get on with running my business almost immediately after switching software. This was brilliant and the team at Membermeister were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help me transfer my customer data and get set up.

Inconvénients

There is nothing I dislike - the team are constantly adding new features which is fantastic. Occasionally I think of a different way a certain feature could function, but know the Membermeister team are happy and willing to listen to suggestions and take them in board to further improve the software.

Very positive and would recommend to anyone who needs a programme that manages everything effectively for them!

Avantages

They’re a great team to work with and it has all the functions you could ask for! I can’t really fault this software as without it I would not be able to run my school as I do! It doesn’t everything you could want and is really easy to use.

This is hard as there’s not much I dislike! You do have to pay for it but in my eyes, it’s all totally worth it

The transition to Membermeister has been an easy and positive one!

Avantages

It is very simple to use, aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate your way around. I cannot rave enough about the customer representative and the help he has given us over the months we have been using it. We are a large and very busy school which has often meant turning to him for advise on how best to do things. He always then comes back with the support I require and leads me in the right direction.

I have found it much easier to print registers, find information, email pupils etc than with previous systems. I feel the system is also very user friendly when it comes to training new members of staff or even our teachers (without an admin background) who need to use it from time to time too.

Overall I am very happy with the move to Membermeister.

Inconvénients

My only thing I would say is that due to our large volume of data in the system it can run slow especially when loading large pages like our student or term overview. This is the only reason I deducted one star from the Functionality score.

Membermeister- saving us time, resources and bringing us into the 21st Century

We were still stuck using spread sheets for registers and databases for records- it was out dated, time consuming and meant it all had to be done by one person. Options we looked out were either way too expensive and would be painful in the transition. We were recommended Membermeister and the user friendly interface, the easy transition and value for money made it an obvious choice for us.
The team at Membermeister are efficient, adaptable and are constantly making improvements to the system so that you can get the most out of it. At our organisation everyone has remarked on how easy it is, we have saved so much time, our parents enjoy the electronic receipts and we are constantly learning how to use more functions on it.

We would highly recommend Membermeister to a similar organisation.

I would be lost without Membermeister! I can't remember how I even kept track of everything...

Avantages

I love the ability to check payments, class numbers and all admin info in one place. The medical box is extremely helpful and so is the ability to print registers if needed. Being able to connect to GoCardless makes payment easier for our students and families and ties everything together professionally. Using TAGS has been useful, especially to when students need to move up an age group or to list what numbers they are in in a show or even to see how many boys you have v girls!

Inconvénients

I would like to see totals at the end of some of the invoice/payment pages and on the front page when you hover on the bar chart. I would like to see the forecast revenue for each class reflect the actual amounts that include student discounts applied rather than the best possible cost.
Although the link to GoCardless is excellent, we would like to see payments made a little quicker to our bank.

Easy to use software, reduces time spent chasing payments,

Avantages

I like the fact that we can now take payments directly into the bank, they are recorded accurately and I can see exactly who owes money

Inconvénients

The only drawback is that have a complicated way of giving discount and the system doesn't quite allow for that, but it does allow to give discounts in other ways, I have just chose not to change at the moment.

I am the least techie person in the world, so if I can manage Membermeister then anyone can! If I do have a problem, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team answer - clearly and patiently- within an hour. I don't know how I would do without Membermeister now

Fantastic Product

Membermeister has transformed how efficient our business is and evolved with us as we have grown. It's so simple to use and enables us to easily track our students, class registers, timetables, invoices and messaging in one place. All our staff have their own username and different levels of access for security and we can use it on our mobile phones, tablets or laptop. Fantastic value for money and once we tried it we could never go back to how we used to manage.

Membermeister has made the running of our dance studio MUCH more straightforward.

It makes our admin much simpler and more efficient.

Avantages

The best thing about it is everything is in one place: student info, communications, invoices and so on, rather than having to hop between different bits of software. The fact that an enquiry can come through our website and go straight onto the Membermeister system is awesome, it saves a lot of time and labour.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it is a little clumsy or long-winded to have to come back to a main page to move on, ie it would be good to have "Next" buttons for students and classes. Also we hope that soon we can integrate our monthly gocardless direct debits too, alongside the invoiced gocardless payments.

Fantastic customer support

We have used a free trial before signing up, and I can only say positive things about the customer support we have received. We have a slightly more complicated set up than other organisations and have been running for 7 years using a variety of platforms for our administration, so finding a software that would include everything we need was always going to be a challenge. Membermeister have supported us all the way in making this transition as easy as possible, have been super helpful when we needed clarification and are always interested in working with us on finding the best solution possible.

Great software

Avantages

This software made invoices so much easier and saved me a lot of time with the class email feature

Fantastic service!

Fantastic! The team are prompt and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has made a complete headache of a service change (practical classes turning to online session) seamless by providing such excellent support. Highly recommend - they go above and beyond!

Membermeister is great!

Membermeister has saved me lots of time with its shared access to the registers for teachers which makes it easy to let them know of any extras or missing people in class withought me having to fill their inboxes. If you invoice then this is easy to do in bulk. A great bit of software to help Ballet schools!

Membermeister 100%

The team have been so helpful and supportive during our set up. Always available to help and iron out any issues or answer questions.
Really happy with it all so far.

Avantages

It's easy to get to grips with. Lots of ways to recover data to assist making decisions and working things out.

Inconvénients

Not easy to link students into families so ease invoices.
Occasionally emails don't get to all recipients.

It has made keeping on top of admin really easy

Avantages

The software is very easy to use and set up, I use it for keeping pupil information, registers and invoicing. It's great that you can invoice for planned terms and individual items such as examinations and uniform. Great support team who always talk you through everything its also great that there are help videos you can view. For someone who is not great with technology and software this is so used friendly.

Inconvénients

The only thing I haven't found yet is if you can prepare an invoice in advance and then arrange a set date/time for the invoice to send without you logging back in.

Membermeister saves me so much time

Avantages

Membermeister saves me so much admin time by making invoices in an instant. I can also track payments easily and send reminders meaning I never miss out on getting paid.

My registers and invoices are so much more professional than before, keeping my customers happy!

Customer service is exceptional, if ever I have any troubles using the software (which is rare as it is so user friendly) my questions are answered swiftly and completely.

I had always been hesitant about getting something like this in the past as I thought the transfer would be difficult and time consuming but my records were all transferred across for me and set up ready for me to use.

Easy to use

I was looking for a package that would allow me to organise and track my schools monthly attendance and allow monthly billing/invoicing
This was extremely easy to set up and the team were very helpful with all questions I had.

Avantages

Allows for organisation of my school. It is clear and easy to use.
It allows me the facility to send group emails and chase for payments etc.

Elite Dancers Academy - Membermeister experience

The support from the team is fantastic, anything that i have struggled with technically they have been a great help in demonstrating with videos and instructions.
I have a growing dance school business so it is great to have something to help organise my database and generate invoices.

Avantages

- The ability to email classes from a professional system
- The ability to log all the client information with ease
- invoice system is great to keep track of who has paid and who is due to pay

Inconvénients

- I still struggle with how i can invoice one parent for their two or three children who are in different classes

Highly recommend!

Great time saver!

This has made running my school so much easier and efficient! Personalized invoices, keeping track of class numbers and attendance couldn't be easier.
On the rare occasions I have needed help, support is fast and efficient.

Couldn't do without this ap!

I love having easy and instant access to my registers and outstanding invoices. Would not wish to go back to the days where everything was done manually. Much easier to use than aps I had previoisly used.

It was a big decision to change our school admin system, but I have no regrets.

Outstanding option for a dance school!

Outstanding. I have been looked after by the support team which is highly knowledgeable and has been very patient with the number of questions I have asked and requests I have made.

Avantages

I love the interface. The software does a lot but it is very easy to navigate and use. I have worked in schools using Schoobase and SIMS and I am very impressed with the design and feel the designers have an excellent understanding of how software can support a dance school.

I would like an app to support the software.

A fantastic system

We met these great guys at Move it last year and we've not looked back! The idea of having all your students registers and details organised and logged on a live system is amazing. We sent our registers to Stefan and Paul and they input the information into classes and then in September we were ready to go. It is so nice to have a system that does everything for you and all the teachers can use it. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Stefan and Paul for all your help.

MemberMeister New User!

This company are fantastic and I would reccomend them to any of our partners for use. Paul has been a great support from set up to minor queries. It has been a brilliant addition to my organisation to ensure data is kept upto date and so that all our teachers can easily be in charge of their own administration so we can keep an eye of statistics.

Avantages

Set up was fast and the programme is incredibly user friendly which is great when you have so many people in one organisation able to use it.

Inconvénients

The only thing for me as because I have 2000+ members my programme runs quite slow at times, but for a normal dance school of 100+ students you would not have that problem. I would reccommend anyone who is thinking of buying a system to keep an eye on registers and be able to produce invoicing this is for you!

Membermeister has changed my life!

I now have a lot more time to prepare classes rather than do administrative work and have everything at my fingertips- registers, medical info etc

Avantages

The software is fantastic and has changed my life! Sending invoices and keeping track of all my finances and students is extremely easy! I’m not the best with technology but have no problems working the programme.

Inconvénients

There isn’t anything I don’t like about the software.

From the very start their customer service is A*. In addition to their features for admin...

Much more stability and reassurance with chasing invoices.

Avantages

I enjoy being able to visually view our timetables and being able to deliver invoices directly to customers with the connections through GoCardless and Quickbooks. Having all our users in one space is amazing.

Inconvénients

Some more flexibility with invoice delivery I.e monthly payment invoices otherwise I have nothing to negative to say.
