Really user-friendly with great support!

My business has increased fairly substantially over the past years and it became obvious that I need a more sophisticated database and booking system to keep control of the scheduling and invoicing. I joined membermeister a couple of years ago and I have to say it has transformed how we do things.  
The database alone is fantastic and the ability to track enrollments and scheduling is such a benefit. I would thoroughly recommend membermeister to any small to medium organization who are looking to handle their clients details in a more sophisticated but simple system.
A good database is essential to any business moving forward and this feature alone has contributed a lot to our growth.

Very pleased

Membermeister is far more efficient than multiple spreadsheets and google docs. Easy to use with my iPad and iPhone. The invoicing is the best, especially monitoring their status and issuing receipts.

Avantages

Class attendance monitor. Invoicing and receipts. Messaging to multiple addressees. Student details

Inconvénients

No templates for messages. Increased security sometimes means several log ins

Great communication and great programme.

Avantages

My staff and I find the programme relatively easy to use and it has been simple enough to implement.

Inconvénients

The programme is internet based. This isn't a huge problem, only I had to get a phone line installed and Wifi to be able to use it.

This membermeister is completely amazing

Avantages

The software is easy to navigate, the look is clean and professional. It has transformed my dance business.

Inconvénients

There isn't anything that I don't like. However I would love an add on; if for each class you could add on the hall expenditure and teachers rates. This would enable budget more effectively

Great platform with excellent support and always here to help!

I am new to Membermeister but am already seeing the potential benefits of this product. Not taken us long to understand the platform and become comfortable navigating around the CMS. More features are on the way and developers are open to suggestions, ideas and feedback which is a great sign. Support is excellent with a personal feel... always happy to help.

Customer register form online. Partly done but currently enters as parent. Could save me hours!

DD payment status from gocardless. In progress I believe. Again timesaving!

Performing Arts

Avantages

Easy to use, minimal need for training a so user friendly. Our teachers love how quick and responsive it is.

Inconvénients

Overall the software is great, we would benefit from having a waitlist option which for us is the only thing missing.

Very helpful customer service. Easy to use.

Avantages

Ease of use and the general functions are useful and allow me to do my job efficiently. It is easy to find your way around the system.

Inconvénients

Occasionally there may be an aspect that hasn't been included which would be helpful for my particular needs.

Review of Membermeister

Stefan and Paul are always at the end of the phone if I get stuck or can't remember how to do something. They were so helpful setting everything up and talking me through how to do my first set of invoices. This new programme has literally saved me hours and hours of work, as all my pupils take multiple classes no two invoices are the same. For someone who wants to teach dance and not be bogged down by all the paperwork this is brilliant.

Avantages

Easy to follow and quite logical. For someone who is a bit of a computer phobic , it is easy to learn .

Inconvénients

When sending emails you can't use bold type or colour. If its a long email about events going on it is good to be able to highlight things.

Dance Studio

After doing lots of research into a variety of companies offering similar packages Membermeister by far came out on top!

Outstanding customer service for a product that has enabled me to grow by Dance Studio

Being the one man band it's always hard to find time to do every job....especially the Admin jobs. My love is for Dance and teaching dance, not chasing payments and following invoices.

Paul and the super helpful team from Member Meister spent so much time showing me how I can improve the admin side of my Studio and most importantly save time so I can focus on doing what I love!

Really couldn't say enough good things. GET THIS! And get back to Dancing!

Ideal software for our business

We needed a much more streamlined system for holding our records and to aid the general efficiency of our dance and theatre school businesses. The guys are so helpful and cannot do enough for you; particularly during setup but also throughout.

Avantages

That it seems to have everything we'd need all in one place.

Inconvénients

A couple of tiny issues with figuring out where/how to do a particular task but help is always close by.

Making Life Easier with Membermeister

We have been using Membermeister for 6 months now and after moving from using excel we have found the process of invoicing 10000 times easier. The customer service is second to none. They are always on the end of the line. They are constantly looking for new features and we can't wait to see what the future holds.

Membermeister has made my admin work so much easier - giving me more time to run the business.

Any problem Stefan and Paul are always at hand to help, quickly and efficiently.
I really like the online payment system and the automatic reconciliation.
I have recommended Membermeister to other dance teachers I know .

Fantastic software. Wish I had started to use it years ago.

The software has made it so much easier to run the invoicing side of my dance school. Membermeister offer excellent customer service, and are always available to help at any time. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend this software, and would not be able to manage without it now.

Excellent

The guys are so so helpful. This software would make a massive difference to the smooth running of any dance school/ studio. You really have to give it a go ! Attendance, invoices, reminders .... never get muddled over who owes you and who's paid. So simple and like I said the guys are so helpful .

Excellent Service by Membermeister

Anytime I need help or advice all I need to do is send an email and within a few hours help is at hand.

Avantages

For someone like me who is not good with computers the video guides that are sent advising me what to do are simple and straight forward to follow. I always get calls back on the same day if I need help. This system keeps me much more organised and helps me manage my client base

Great!

I manage a small leisure center in my area and this planner has worked well with my staff, especially those that are fitness instructors. We don't use it for payments but our staff now know when and where they should be without the extra stress. Great piece of kit!

We use this service to send invoices, keep registers for all our classes

Fantastic system, so easy to use and accessible on the go. Different levels of access for staff too, perfect for what we need. Can't recommend highly enough!

Quick and easy to use and saves a great deal of time spent in the Office.

Avantages

With a few clicks you change student Information and all the information is clearly organised. I have a great overview now of all my classes and numbers of students. The invoicing is very simple and quick!

Inconvénients

A few customers have complained that their e-mails/invoices have landed in spam/Junk mail folders.

It's just awesome!

I love using this tool for just about everything in my work life. I use it mostly from my iPad cause I'm always out and about and is super affordable! I love it and recommend it to everyone!

For a dance teacher it is easy to navigate and use .
Stefan was approachable and patient in showing me how to use it.

Inconvénients

Nothing as yet . It is early days and I'm new to using softaware for the dance school . Possibly add in payments to staff and calculate all business profit and loss ?

Great service and very helpful staff

The software was easy to use and navigate around. The trial was extended due to current situation which was great.

Inconvénients

The only thing we couldn't do was pick the dates for our monthly programme. They were different days each month but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped out and set this up for us.

The Data base works really well for us, lots of notifications that help us manage our club.
