We are a startup with a great product and we want to be able to show this to our users. Product Fruits helps us greatly in terms of onboarding, activity tracking and many other aspects. PF makes us look good to our own customers which is extremely important for us.

Inconvénients

Understandably we come across a few issues here and there... But customer support is great and they kill those issues and they entertain our enhancement ideas.

How well structured it is and super simple to set up!

That it can get a little confusing at times.

It doesn't track more data than you want it to (we have very strict data privacy controls).
It has the crucial elements we need at a price we are happy to pay. We aren't forced to over-purchase for our current needs. We looked at competitors like Pendo, which cost way too much because they are trying to include everything.

Their employees, especially the support staff, are quick and extremely nice when helping you. 10 out of 10 for the people. Its one of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable going with Product Fruits.

I also like how transparent they are with their pricing. I hate when you have to talk to sales to understand what something will cost.

Inconvénients

Ideally, there would be more styling controls for all elements.

I would like to integrate with Jira Service Management for support and Confluence for the knowledge base. They have a great built-in knowledge base, but we already have one. I'd like to be able to integrate with it.

This has less to do with the product and more with our situation, but we use it in an embedded app within other platforms. The fact that we're iframed in makes it complicated (but not impossible) to use the editor to target elements and build tours.

Avantages

Product Fruits offers a very wide range of functions compared to other providers and at a fair price for start-ups. While Pendo and co. are unaffordable.
I also had a very good experience with the customer support. The people are very responsive, competent and very friendly.

Inconvénients

Product Fruits offers many different functions. However, some of them are still a bit modest.
- I wish there were more integrations with other tools (e.g. GetResponse, FreshDesk)
- More analysis functions
- Some customizations require CSS knowledge

During the few months that I have been using Product Fruits, I have already seen many updates that I am happy about.

Avantages

How easy it is to use. Most of the features are pretty straightforward.

Inconvénients

Hit or miss if something actually publishes to our site. Additionally not having a just a preview environment that you can publish too without setting up segmentations etc. Its a bit tricky to understand and causes unwanted post to be public. Additionally not being able to link an already existing knowledge base to the account which then requires us to keep duplicate documentation in two places.

Avantages

I’m very pleased with Product Fruits’ ongoing improvements and the dedication of its customer support team. My experience has been genuinely enjoyable, and I appreciate how their support helps us elevate our product experience.

Additionally, I believe Product Fruits offers all the essential features to deliver a truly personalized product experience.

Inconvénients

I feel that Product Fruits could expand its UI and customization options further. However, given the competitive pricing and the offerings of other products on the market, this remains a minor inconvenience.

Product Fruits help guide new customers through features like loyalty programs, menu navigation, or special promotions.

Inconvénients

the cost of using Product Fruits may not justify the limited use cases for a food business.

Avantages

On the tour creating : Easy to use, the creating mode is simple and based on what you see is what you get.
easy to test too because of the preview

On the others features I haven't really create something with a specific aim so I can't tell for real.

Inconvénients

Not totally adapted to SaaS app, especially on our freetrial
Branding is complicated and you can't really create card template. Some part you still need to edit branding into the creating mode

Avantages

We're using Product Fruits as an onboarding tool for our site. Every time I have a question or am trying to figure out how to do something, the Product Fruits team has been readily available to help figure out and solve my problem.

There are some limitations with the functionality and aesthetics

The customer service is fenomenale. They help perfectly and know everything you want to know. They also offer everything I want to have in a onboarding platform

The implementation was a kind of a hassle, but that was mostly our fault. We blocked everything. And some developers knowledge is really handy when installing the software, but without you can also use this because of their fenomenale customer service.

1. Intuitive design - Easy to use. A tour was created with few clicks of a button.
2. Well thought Product - Has all the functionality that one needs to better help their users onboard to their platform.
3. Pricing is spot on and definitely helps start-ups like us.
4. Their customer support team did an amazing job with an objective to resolve our queries ASAP. They were fast and would deploy their changes in less than few hours.

Inconvénients

No cons as such. They are constantly pushing to improvise their solution.

Avantages

Product Fruits software is easy to pick up. What impress me is the outstanding customer service.

Inconvénients

I would say i struggle initally to use this software but this is because i have never used a product onboarding app before.
