L'ensemble des fonctions est bien conforme à mes besoins

Inconvénients

Le manque de gestion des coûts qui n'ont pas à être affichés au Client (par exemple, une commission d'apporteur d'affaires).
La partie inventaire n'est pas du tout pratique

trop de complexité dans les rédactions d'articles et trop souvent un besoin d'alterner entre les fenêtres pour changer des contenus

Rentman est très complet et couvre un grand champ d'action. La gestion du parc matériel est l'aspect qui nous a en premier séduit mais il offre tellement plus

Inconvénients

Il y a tellement de choses qu'on peut un peu s'y perdre, mais c'est aussi lié à la multitude de fonctionnalités, donc difficile de dire que ce soit vraiment un inconvénient. Une solution serait d'offrir à l'utilisateur le pouvoir de limiter visuellement l'application à certains usages et de ne pas afficher le reste.

Avantages

Le logiciel est intuitif et facile d'utilisation.
La support d'aide est très accessible, toujours disponible et très agréable.

Inconvénients

Il faudrait améliorer les relances automatiques pour la gestion des impayés.

Le coté ludique et efficace, on se retrouve tres rapidement à travailler efficacement avec.

Inconvénients

Pour les assurances, il n’est pas possible de l'indexer sur le total non remisé, ce qui pose un problème pour les clients. Ils ne comprennent pas pourquoi le montant de l’assurance ne correspond pas au pourcentage de la somme à payer.

Veuillez vraiment nous donner la possibilité d’appliquer l’assurance sur la somme remisée. C’est très important.

L'organisation et la mise en page du logiciel est plutôt bien faite.

Il y a certaine procédure que je trouve pas très pratique, en tout cas pour notre société

La difficulté à créer des indicateurs (chiffre d’affaire spécifique, nombre de location,…) pour les faire, il faut faire un export. Le top serait de pouvoir gérer la comptabilité sous un module dédié et non sous un autre logiciel

crew planner by far is the best i have seen.

equipment module is good but not having the ability to receive new stock or generate PO for new equipment purchases means using another system for assets tracking. also the equipment image field needs to be present on the app and picking of projects. kind of pointless with out this i think.
need a second app or new function with in the app for crew planner on the go.

Overall logic on the software is very fluent and easy to follow. I never read much of the tips and tricks section, but after couple of hours use I was able to figure out the key functions. I like the amount of time it saves me in quotations and planning for resources.

Especially I like the Crew Planner.. That helps a lot when booking people to gigs. Our freelancers are also happy with the Rentman App for phone.

Web based service is also a very good thing for smaller business when the need for own server base and maintenance is eliminated.

Inconvénients

I tried to think this quite a lot, actually. The only thing that really bugs me is the section of documents which takes in data from tabs (customer name, location, project number..)

For me, and probably many other, who do not understand that much about coding,(think the section is using css?) that there would be a simpler way to edit the general data of the document.
I also happen to know that what I just wrote, corrupts the very idea for the software to fetch the data on the section automatically.

Document templates are a bit annoying to get "just right", but well worth it in the long run.

One does need a specialist within the organization who is very "into" the software and wants to learn more, and train others, in order to make things run smoothly. It is not that simple, for most of the users.

I love the customer service. They get back to you as soon as they can. They have plenty of warning if their team is not available. They act fast in emergencies. most importantly, they listen. We have come to them with ideas of features that should be added only to see an update the next month with our recommendations/implementations.

Inconvénients

The learning curve and functionality. The learning curve was difficult although [sensitive content hidden] and the plenty of resources they had made it go by fast. You really just need to learn the terminology and then you can almost use it however you please. It is very customizable in the sense that there are multiple ways to complete a task. IE schedule, book equipment, take inventory, check gear in and out, truck pack weight/power requirements. Just once you get 3-4 layers deep like editing a document template, or creating your own QR tags. It gets a little buggy, without hesitation you use it because you know the Rentman team is there to help once a problem arises.

having one app to catalog inventory and create invoices while being a calendar planning tool is awesome.

Inconvénients

time tracking system feels more difficult than it needs to be. As an admin not being able to punch in my end time 5 minutes before is frustrating. as well as not having the option for tagging that time to a PO#/ Job # without first creating it as an action item. seems like an unnecessary step.

Avantages

De grootste pluspunten zijn dat Rentman in de cloud draait en dus op elke computer te openen is. Voor degene die huiverig is voor cloud diensten kan dat juist een nadeel zijn maar Rentman is zelden offline.
Dat al onze medewerkers en freelancers direct bij hun informatie kunnen via de app is geweldig.

Inconvénients

Wij werken met kickback fees bij het offreren naar klanten van klanten (en het vervolgens factureren naar klanten direct). Daar kan Rentman helaas (nog) niet mee om gaan.

Uitgebreid platform dat als hart voor onze organisatie dient. Handige tools voor projectmanagement en materiaalbeheer.

Er missen wat cruciale tools of tools zijn niet goed genoeg uitgewerkt (urenregistratie bijvoorbeeld)
