Avantages
I appreciated how simple ZoomInfo OperationsOS was to use and navigate as well as how quickly it could provide me with the information I required. I also discovered that the platform was very user-friendly and helpful for quickly and easily gathering data about my contacts and prospects.
Inconvénients
I discovered ZoomInfo OperationsOS to be unintuitive to use and to lack a user-friendly interface. In addition, I discovered that the system was challenging to navigate and took a long time to load.

When it comes to data, ZoomInfo is your to-go!
Avantages
The UI is intuitive and user-friendly. Clear mapping and quick link to environment. Data count of accounts and contacts are mostly within my satisfactory outcome. Filtering is quick and precise.
Inconvénients
Expensive and ZoomInfo will still charge you credits if you download a list that has already been previously downloaded.

Ringlead Review
Ringlead can do some of the more nuanced matching that is necessary for checking large lists against our existing Salesforce records. We use it to improve data Quality, mass list uploads, nightly automated cleanses, and record deduplication.
We've scheduled nightly deduplication jobs to keep our data clean. Lead to account matching and conversion is a particularly helpful project to reduce duplicate accounts sales reps may create when hastily converting leads to contacts. Account matching criteria is especially important to do thoughtfully, and Ringlead has extensive matching criteria available right out of the box.
Avantages
Ringlead is very useful for maintaining data integrity. We run automated cleanups every night to merge duplicate records based on criteria we've determined to be strong indicators. They have matching rules available out of the box as well.
Inconvénients
Unable to create accounts and then associate them to campaigns within the same upload, similar to the functionality available for leads and contacts.

Functionality is fine, but contacts are often incorrect and no direct integration with...
Avantages
It is easy to press the capture button within a product like LinkedIn SalesNavigator and have the contacts pop up in a separate window. The contacts then remain populated if you need to find them at a later date.
Inconvénients
The information is typically very outdated or incorrect altogether and often takes a long time to return results. It pulls from old contacts, sometimes many years old. In addition, there is no way to directly integrate with Salesforce, so contacts have to be added manually, which is time consuming.

Ringlead - providing quality programs for years
We are solving our growing need to gather information on people in certain industries at a large rate, all while doing it efficiently.
Avantages
We were looking around and shopping the market, testing different email capture softwares and websites after using older programs for years, and landed at Capture. Capture gathers all the data we need to nurture leads for sales and marketing.
Inconvénients
The interface can be a bit bland, software can be a bit confusing.

Quality tool and the best support
Even if it is a complex tool for me to understand all the implications RL has over our systems, I always had good and fast support from the team. It is without any dough a powerfull and very usefull platform, well thought-out and with good constant developments (Group Filters lover here). I am proud to be RL's administrator in my company.
Avantages
The uniqueness in the market. No tool can help as much as RL does.
Inconvénients
The helo center has very well explained resources, but I needed much more to really understand how RL wolud affect our systems.

Nice tool. Needs to improve name fields for French and Spanish
It's a good experience, data quality can be improved.
Avantages
It's easy to use, syncs directly to Salesforce, it tells you if the contact is already in your CRM.
Inconvénients
The name fields are not adapted to French and Spanish markets. In Spain people generally have two last names, and two names. When capturing this is not recognised and has to be changed manually. For France there are similar problems.

Ring Lead is a Great Tool
Avantages
Anyone can jump into the sofware and learn how to use it. There is a low learning curve and the customer success was excellent
Inconvénients
I didn't notice any cons as it was well integrated

It is helping us to not only remove duplicates but also to maintain good data hygiene.

I appreciate the systematic approach to data cleansing, and the support has been great.

We needed live support initially to understand the real power, rather than being able to figure it out on our own.
