Avantages

J'ai utilisé Copyleaks pour vérifier le plagiat dans plusieurs de mes articles et il met bien en évidence le plagiat et fournit un résumé complet des résultats ainsi que l'option PDF pour les télécharger. c'est assez praticque et j'ai bien apprécié la prise en charge des textes en anglais.

Inconvénients

Le détecteur de contenu AI. Au momnet de l'utilisation, ce n'était pas une fonction très fiable. J'ai rédigé plusieurs contenus par moi-même et la détection de l'IA a fonctionné, c'est quelque chose qu'ils doivent améliorer.

Avantages

It's completely interactive with font style and more. I like how the text editor resembles Microsoft Word Document.

Inconvénients

No problem with this software. I would like to see a percentage of plagiarism for each word.

Avantages

I've used Copyleaks while writing my master thesis and it has been an excellent experience.

Everything from signing up, payments and the actual literature comparison process worked as expected.

Having an AI checker in addition to traditional text cross-referencing definitely helped me to feel more confident with the results and in the end my thesis passed all reviews at the university.

Copyleaks supports the important and usual file types and does a very good job in parsing PDF files, which, in my opinion, is the most important feature. In my case, I analyzed a PDF generated from LaTeX, and I was happy with the results.

Inconvénients

At times, viewing the analysis results was a bit laggy on my quite powerful machine, which might be due to having a quite large document or due to the browser itself.

Another thing was that sometimes it seemed slightly finicky with whitespace handling.

Sometimes it reported very short fragments of general language as plagiarized. I do, however, prefer a higher false positive rate over possibly missed hits.

Avantages

What I enjoyed most about Copyleaks is how simple it is to use. The website is easy to use along with the tools that have been provided to the customer. When I tested whether my essays were written by an AI, the AI Content Detector did a great job.

Against AI-generated articles from tools such as ChatGPT and the latest model Bard, it can identify them accurately with more than 99% effectiveness. I also can appreciate the Plagiarism Checker tool since it is available in over one hundred languages with no problems.

The browser extension was super useful too—it allowed me detect whether an article on the internet or a facebook status was written by AI while using the browser. All in all, Copyleaks has that kind of usability that makes me think this is a professional tool I can employ easily as a student.

Inconvénients

There is one feature which I did not like as much: the price. As for the tools, they are excellent, though if you need to scan a lot of content, it is going to cost some money.

The most basic plan only allows for two users and any addition is going to cost you more. However, the credit system may be a bit confusing at the beginning: the user is to remember the number of words he/she is scanning to not to exceed the number of credits.

A small problem is that the 'Writing Assistant' little bit fails to identify all the grammatical errors, so I had to make sure on my own. But all of these are inconsequential when compared to the overall usefulness of the tools.

They lie about the accuracy. Read the details of how they feel justified in claiming 99% accuracy. They should be sued for false advertising.

This software can provide plagiarism service, with high quality, for multiple languages other than English.

Inconvénients

The API response is a bit slow. I understand it costs computer resources for plagiarism operation, but obviously it would be better if we can get several initial result within seconds.

It can find plagiarism, but it flags unintentional plagiarism as "AI generated" which is highly misleading.

Inconvénients

Copyleaks, lacks reliability and should not be marketed as an "AI" detector. When a story summary exhibits close similarities, Copyleaks erroneously labels it as "AI," whereas it more accurately falls within the realm of unintentional plagiarism. Claiming to be "reliable" and "trustworthy" is deceptive advertising, misrepresenting the tool's true capabilities and accuracy.

Avantages

In general, the tool is interesting to detect and avoid duplicates of website texts. I find the pricing OK.

Inconvénients

The tool is not stable at all and the duplicate sources are rarely detected. Basically, there are extremely many bugs in the tool. It is not worth spending money on it for productive use. There are equally good free tools to detect duplicate content.

Easy of use, fast and intuitive interface. It is easy to send results to students.

Inconvénients

The use of credits depending on the number of words is confusing.

Easy to use, inexpensive pricing. Highlights text that is of potential risk for duplicate content.

I like this software as it is quite easy to use. It helps me to detect any kind of plagiarism or similar words present in the document. It just takes a few minutes for checking a long text. As I am a writer, I found this site quite helpful for me. I can check mine as well as other people content within no time.

Inconvénients

I am a bit uncomfortable with the prices. I only use its free version, but I would love to use its paid version if the prices were pocket-friendly. Otherwise, this software is great to use.

I like this software so much. I am always writing and editing. I am always looking for new software to help me. When I work on ideas for my book or writing ideas. I love how simple this site is. You can type in your information in the dashboard and it searches to see if your words have been used or if there is anything similar to what you wrote. Simple and yet works fast. I also love how it doesn't take long to work this software.

Inconvénients

The only thing I like least about this software is how I wish the dashboard screen was different. I just wish it was a bit more updated. The appearance just needs to be updated.

It was easy to upload the document I needed to scan. It was also very easy to set up an account. The document was scanned quickly and I was able to share my results with my professor with no issues.

It saves the checked files...there is a need to take a permission to save or not...faculties are not able to save their manuscript anywhere.
