Survey Anyplace is the perfect survey solution, has more features than Survey Monkey or Typeform combined, the user interface is very easy to understand and navigate and help is always available in multiple forms. The possibility of downloading a custom PDF report for our respondents after taking a questionnaire is a gem that you can't find anywhere else in the survey software/assessment software space.

Inconvénients

I haven't had any particular problems with the product yet, unlike with buggy competitors, survey anyplace seems to have their product well maintained.

Avantages

We have been thoroughly impressed with pointer pros platform and nimble features. We reviewed several other well-known platforms and none could deliver both with robust, calculating abilities and options for creating aesthetic reports. It was the aesthetic options that very much separated pointer pro from the rest. In addition, we were very impressed with pointer pros on boarding process and support of our ideas, helping create a pathway for our success which was crucial.

Inconvénients

Some customer service representatives in the chat lines are either ignorant or lazy. At times, we have been told answers that have been incorrect. This does not apply to [sensitive content hidden] who have been really helpful.

What went wrong?? It would be much easier to say what went right because the list would be virtually nil while the list of what went wrong would be a dissertation. Thanks to Pointerpro and their incompetence in both software programming and customer service, our company took a significant hit reputation-wise and subsequently financially. Over the last 3 years, Pointerpro consistently produced software that did not function as it was supposed to and promised and consistently denied responsibility or accountability. Our firm is a small one or we would have taken them to court and sued them for their incompetence and damages. It is beyond my comprehension how others who have rated them could have had a positive experience unless their programming was so simple and straightforward that a second year college student could have done it. We have customers who have dropped us and their comments were basically this: "As long as you are working with Pointerpro, we will not do business with you despite the quality of your products". Our product is something that is done online and requires functional programming. I would strongly encourage anyone who has anything beyond a simple software solution to go elsewhere.

Compared to competitors, it has a great user interface, the ability to brand to meet the need, flexibility in pricing models and reliable customer service.

Inconvénients

Nothing in particular. It was a bit complicated changing the settings to feature multiple questions on one page, but once I learnt how it is done, it made sense to me.

I really appreciate the thoughtful onboarding process and value-added insights [sensitive content hidden] shared as she coached me through the implementation and testing of our first assessment and automated user report.

Inconvénients

The basics can be achieved without much custom code, however, to maximize the professionalism and align the brand image, it required some special code that I would not have been able to do without the Pointerpro team's help.

Avantages

It's super intuitive, and has so many types of questions you can build your Surveys with, it's just amazingly complete. On top of that, you can build your own look 'n feel and sharing it with a QR code is a breeze.

Bit pricey. A tier below of the one I had where you can work with 500 responses would be fine for me too.

It was easy to implement and get started, and I was able to get what I wanted pretty quickly.The report builder is really great, as well as the results dashboard. The customization options can be tricky but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are huge.Customer service and support is top-notch!

Inconvénients

The survey builder has a couple things that could be improved, not in terms of functionalities, but in terms of UX. Same with the report builder. The support centre could have a more furnished "Advanced" library for users who really want to get the best out of the customization options.

Pointerpro's assessment feature is incredibly versatile. I've used it to assess employee skills, customer satisfaction, and even my own personal development. Additonally, Pointerpro's customer support is excellent.

The clarity on where the data is stored and how it is structured. Takes forever to get answers and information back to us. Our data from assessments is still faulty 2 months later.

Wow! I can't believe how easy my job has become thanks to this platform, but what I like the most is its ability to generate custom reports after each evaluation. Previously, you had to spend hours manually reviewing and analyzing test results, but now it's all done automatically.

Inconvénients

The fact that the platform doesn't offer as many design customization options is overwhelming at first but I would also like to have the option to further customize the appearance of my reviews to better fit my brand.

What I like most is the report function. In particular, the relaunch of this function is very intuitive to use. In addition, an extremely large amount is possible, especially through the use of variables. The great depth of functionality combined with the simplicity of the application convince me a lot.In addition, the support is quick to respond and has always been able to help me very well. In connection with this, the "library" of tips and tricks is also really helpful. If you search a bit here, you will find good guides on all topics that instruct you on how to do what.

What bothers me is that the website often hangs or takes a long time to load, which is most likely not due to my PC or internet connection.

I love the speed. Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, between the pages of the questions. The modern look & feel is excellent. A large variety of question types.

Inconvénients

If I have created a question and subsequently change the question format, you have to recreate all of the answers because they disappear when you change the format. For instance, if you change from a check box to a pull down, the choices disappear and you have to reenter them. Also, if you add a question, and then want to reorder the the questions, you have to redo all of your logic. As I recall, the former product we used required redoing the skip logic, but only to the preceding question.

PointerPro is a powerful research and learning tool for our organization. It is fully customizable for our purposes, to a level that I have not found in other tools of its kind.

The most challenging aspect of PointerPro is the learning curve. The high level of customizability also means there is much to learn in order to maximize its capabilities.

Fantastic customer service, right from sales through to support. Integrated functions, good range of templates. Lots of online guides and responsive service people (once they wake up in Belgium, which isn't amazing if you have a question in the morning in Asia timezones), but that aside, so nice to find a product that looks professional, is powerful enough, and is oriented towards users taking control of the whole report for themselves.

Inconvénients

Certain fields are tied together, so cannot be customised separately. Very limited numbers of fonts / font sizes / positioning of fields and text on the page / low res for inserted graphics. Confusing (ie not easy to follow for dummies like me) coding for changing certain functions. Feels like these are 'works in progress' ie they will change this stuff over time...at least I really hope so bc the foundation of the product is v good.

Ease of use. Speed between the questions. Selection of question types. Formatting flexibility. It supports photo uploads; our previous platform did not.

Inconvénients

Tech support is not offered 24/7. Yet, they are quite responsive. It's usually something that isn't urgent. If you reorder questions, you need to redo your skip logic. The phone number field does not meet the North American Standard so it's a little kludge. We've had a few issues with photo uploads.

Easy to use, intuitive set up. The question logic is what makes this tool so worth it!

Survey Anyplace truly states their purpose. Their surveys are so easy to access & respond to from anywhere. We've seem massive success so far & plan to expand our mobile survey initiative.

At first we were worried that Survey Anyplace might not be right for us but we've quickly learned our users love using them & we've seen an increase in participation. Additionally, their customer service is phenomenal & it's very clear they're always looking for ways to make the experience better.

Beautiful end result - but I have not managed to achieve it yet.

Inconvénients

I've spent over $3000 and not managed to get a single survey out. It does not do 360 as advertised, not without spending $2000 more. Setting up questions is relatively easy but everything else - including simply collecting responses - is fairly complex. Producing a full report is VERY complex. Overnight response rate is very frustrating when you are trying to get the product up and running. I've complained about this, and was told my only option is to spend more money.

Reportr is the feature that met our need to provide potential clients with immediate reward for their information. The UX for the potential client is excellent and very professional. It makes us look like a professional business 10 time larger than we are.

It's a steep learning curve to build the forms and reports. This complexity was challenging the first time we built out a survey/report but gets easier with practice.

Pointerpro provided great support during the implementation of the software. They provided promo solution-oriented responses.

We are still learning to customize the software. I hope with time, we will become faster in customization.

Avantages

SurveyAnyplace gives you the flexibility and power to control just about every aspect of creating an assessment AND the report that participants receive. I needed to include lots of individualized data, along with written descriptions, to participants that are based on their responses to multiple questions. I'm providing an exponentially better experience now to my clients who are receiving greater value from my coaching and consulting.

Inconvénients

Because it is so powerful and can do so much, it can take a while to figure out how to make the survey and reports do exactly what I needed. But they have an extensive database of training blogs and videos, so I've been able to figure everything out with a little research, trial and error.

It is fairly easy and intuitive to set up surveys.

The reporting of data is a little cumbersome and less clean than I would like.
