I likd the ease of use and the features of GoTo Webinar, especially the dashboard that you get when you start conferences with the chat. I was the admin who helped choose this product for my company to use, but it ended up being too expensive when compared to similar products.

When you host your event, all organiser controls are easily accessible. The right hand column contains everything, allowing you to switch between boxes to do any necessary function. Future events are now simpler to see at a glance thanks to the newly designed dashboard. An event may be easily created, and our email management system was seamlessly integrated. Another less worrying aspect of our webinar registration procedure is the automatic confirmation emails that are issued to registrants.

The cheapest package only permits for 100 participants, and there are no free versions available. One of the more annoying drawbacks is that a participant must be added as a host in order to share video. I've occasionally had problems with the scheduling tool as well.

I initially started with GoToMeeting for online learning seminars. We quickly had an audience that needed more "seats" so GoToWebinar was a natural choice. The platform is easy to use and navigate behind the scenes, but it still looks nice for the attendees.

We were testing this as an alternative to what we were currently using to remotely support customers to set up their hardware and one very useful feature was sharing their phone camera so we can see what the customer is seeing. This helped tremendously to troubleshoot remotely.

Favorite thing about the Go-To Meeting Experience is that I'm able to share a Powerpoint presentation with the sales team from every State Farm office nationwide on the video conference. This means I don't have to do 10 separate meetings with every sales team and it saves me so much time!!

Over time I have learnt to pay a little extra for convenience and trust me the conveniency and flexibility we get from GoTo Webinar is unmatched. We can join meetings from anywhere. It gives us similar experience as those of physical conferences because it accommodates a large number of attendees and many panelist as well. Also the attendees can engage with panelist on realtime for clarifications through chats and even when using presentation tools. Also the livestreams are recorded for later references. GoTo Webinar is a real deal for all our virtual conferences needs

Audience polling and Q& A feature is the best, especially when you are looking for feedback after an online meeting or training session. The CRM intergrations and reporting and analytics tools helps us in engaging the clients more to know more about them and areas that needs improvement to serve them better. No set up fee is so thoughtful, I appreciate that. Audio’s quality is high. Its compatible with most browsers eg chrome firefox, safari etc. Easy to download, siwtch between desktop and mobile app. The form registration process is smooth and am able customize registration pages without a problem. Accomodated a large number of participants without lagging or having bad quality video and audio. Session recording is very good and easy to share

Setting up webinars and meetings is pretty easy and the good thing is that participants do not need to install anything, they can use the web version which is straight to the point. Its compatible from any device eg smartphone, laptop, desktop name them, this means you can access from anywhere at anytime. GoTo Webinar is favourable especially when you have a big audience, we use it for our AG meetings , trainings etc. I love how interactive it is, panelists can ask questions and even conduct polls among the participants. GoTo Webinat stores the session recordings which are available for download, this acts as backup.

GoToWebinar's registration confirmation emails frequently go to spam, and this issue causes me additional work. Pre-event, I have to reach out separately to attendees to confirm they received their link, and if not, manually copy/paste their webinar link and email it directly. I also frequently have to field calls and emails during the beginning of the webinar for registrants that don't have their link to join.

Il software permette una gestione pressoché totale delle aule virtuali. Io lo uso per lavoro gestendo un centro di formazione mi risulta particolarmente comodo per affidabilità ed uso. Non c'è bisogno di particolari installazioni si integra molto bene con i vari browser ed anche la APP è leggera e comoda. Sono ormai tre anni che abbiamo, dove lavoro, ben 10 licenze dunque possiamo ritenerci più che soddisfatti.
