Overall I am satisfied about the functionalities of GoTo Webinar, I haven't experienced any issues with this platform so far

Easy to set-up webinars for 100+ attendees, application is always working accordingly and has never caused any issues for training deliveries

Adding more functionalities that are easy to implement, for example one-touch options to add a survey to follow-up on a webinar and generate leads

Avantages
Goto Webinar is a pretty good system for delivering live training and webinars, I have successfully ran sessions to internal and external candidates. It is so easy and simple to set up. The system has really good features and everything you would need to deliver a training session. I was able to send links to all attendees which worked well. The dry run feature works well as on other platforms I have used when everybody logs in there are always issues with video and microphones. The polls are great for engagement.
Inconvénients
I did not really have any issues at all other than a couple of minor connectivity issues.

We use GoTo very often for calls with our manufacturers and vendors. They have always been great to work with.
Avantages
GoTo functions well, hosts high quality calls, and has little interruptions or tech failures.

It was able to record our meetings and have it saved as a file.
Inconvénients
Kind of complicated to set up meetings, wasn't easy to join and the interface wasn't that appealing. New users wouldnt know how to mute or unmute themselves.

I used Go To for a webinar at work hosted by others. Typically we use Teams however for this instance we used Go To and while it was simple enough to "join" the meeting.
Inconvénients
I had to download an app to my phone instead of being able to join with the web, which I would have preferred.

I've had an extremely positive and satisfying overall experience with GoToWebinar. It is very much user friendly, it provides many tools to use for engaging classes, meetings, or webinars. The offered settings are also quite helpful, and the audio and video quality are excellent from both ends.

The program is very easy to use, there are many tools to use and choose from. When screensharing, it works smoothly and perfectly. The audio and videos are very clear. Everything runs smoothly.
Inconvénients
There's a time when I started using the program, some users complaint about sound delay and blurry audio on their end. However it's not certain if the software is to blame, it might be due to poor internet connection.

It's easy to use and provided I have the link super easy to join webinar meetings. I can join from my computer, tablet, or phone with the click of a button/link

I'm not sure if this is the Webinar I join, the organization hosting the meeting, or my own personal device but having to enter in my name and email address and webinar not remembering who I am (autofill and whatnot) it's a tad tedious.

Overall, while I have not used this product extensively, it is a solid videoconferencing platform that works even better for webinars.

GoToWebinar is Reliable, Stable and Cost Effective
We use GoToWebinar at least once a week and sometimes more. As a non-profit, we watch our dollars and GoToWebinar, although not the cheapest, is reasonably priced and includes an unlimited video library and a license for GoToMeeting. We have been using it since 2018 and it definitely provides the capability we need to present online meetings and events to our membership and beyond.
Avantages
We chose GoToWebinar because it is a stable and secure platform. Webinars and events are easy to set up and it included GoToMeeting at no additional cost.
Inconvénients
Since the pandemic, Zoom has become the standard and most presenters are familiar with Zoom and less familiar with GoToWebinar, so practices are usually required to familiarize the presenters. Attendees are also used to having reaction emojis, which are not included in GoToWebinar and a third party software is needed to add a different background.

Overall this is a great software an it does what I need at home and out in the field. It easily lets me invite customers to a meeting with no issues.

The software was easy to install and setup. The application is easy to navigate and it makes one on one video meetings very easy to setup. It is very user friendly and makes it easy to setup without any help.

The only con I have is that sometimes it cut out when I am out in the field but that may be because of my internet connection.
