The interface is user friendly and controlls are very easay to find both for the host and audience. The dashboard shares a convenient overview of upcoming webinars and manage multiple events effectively. The audio and video quality is excellent thus enhancing the customer experience.

Inconvénients

social media integration feature would enhance the product. An interactive whiteboard would be a next required feature.

Favorite thing about the Go-To Meeting Experience is that I'm able to share a Powerpoint presentation with the sales team from every State Farm office nationwide on the video conference. This means I don't have to do 10 separate meetings with every sales team and it saves me so much time!!

The integration with Marketo, our marketing automation software, was easy and worked well, which is very important for us.
Using the platform to create an event is easy and the user interface is simple enough to take on quickly.

Inconvénients

The look and feel / design of the interface. Plus, the ocasional bugs and crashes during live webinars, and the difficulty to switch users from sharing screens in simple web conferences. A bit limited in what you can track /measure as well for participants.

For me, the most impactful about GoToWebinar are the webinars I attended since Megger Asia only uses GoToWebinar app.

So far, I find the app easy to use, so I don't have any discomfort using it.

One thing I do quite like is the separate space for questions. This leaves the chat free. Additionally, it is nice that I am typically placed in viewer only mode. I never have to worry about being unmuted, or accidentally turning my webcam on.

The automated voice at the beginning, which is always annoying. Additionally, the program always unmutes my computer as soon as I join, which typically gives me a jumpscare.

GoTo Webinar works well for hosted webinars and trainings similar to other platforms, like Zoom.

I don't really have any cons for GoTo Webinar. I think it works for what I need it for.

The application is super easy, I like the recording features for both audio and video recording

Kind of complicated to set up meetings, wasn't easy to join and the interface wasn't that appealing. New users wouldnt know how to mute or unmute themselves.
