Avantages

It was easy to set up the webinar which was a recurring series and upload my slides before the webinar. The email marketing was useful too as previously, I would do this manually.

Inconvénients

The free plan was a little restrictive, but at least I was able to test it out to see how it would work when I get a paid plan.

Avantages

I like the ease of use. I do not need to download an app, nor have my clients or contacts do the same. I simply can give them a link and voila!

Inconvénients

It honestly has a steep learning curve. I'd love some demos and video walkthroughs of all of the features.

It has a lot ot features as custom URL, livestreaming, but the most relevant for us is the capacity to make a custom branding of the player.

1. The controls for starting, ending, changing layouts, should be assigned to owners or designated persons, currently the presenter role has full access to all panel control buttons, and this has caused us a bit of troubles with curious presenter who want to try the functionality

2. The livestreaming option is based in UE servers, therefore the delay from production to live viewers is too long

3. I believe that the webcam quality should improve to provide a crystal video, the bitrate of the basic recording is too low...

Avantages

Livewebinar is easy to setup - it's full featured, and can prepare templated rooms and presentations. I feel it's more secure than Zoom, and far more flexible, with many more functions.

Inconvénients

Sometimes new people/clients don't know how to use the interface. Bubbles showcasing where the chat and buttons to turn on/off camera/mics might be helpful.

Avantages

I like being able to upload multiple documents and have them in the storage ready to present. This makes it very easy to move between shared documents during presentation. In other systems, you have to 'stop share' and then 'start share' with a different file, which wastes a lot of time.

The animation in ppt is lost when the file is uploaded.

It works and it works well. Recently I had a client comment on the professional lay out and how easy it was to use LiveWebinar.

I'd like to have more ever-webinar slots than what comes with my license.

Avantages

I use LiveWebinar for nearly everything, it works better than some of the more named software out there. I really like it for my meetings, webinar, etc. I like that I can use this for almost everything.

Inconvénients

I know this started as a software for Webinars, and they've sort of fit in meetings within. I think meetings and webinars both work well, but I do wish they would focus a little bit more on the ease of meetings and repeat meetings, as well as making it more user friendly overall. It's always a little confusing, especially for people who I meet with who are new to it. I guess that's part of the issue with anything that does so much :).

Avantages

As a person who pays attention to time and money saving practices, I was amazed by the solutions offered by LiveWebinar. What I like the most is the possibility to divide a meeting into smaller conversations with breakout rooms and have control over each one as an administrator. From a marketing and sales perspective, I find also Call To Action very useful, as it helps me close deals and sell more during the webinars. I also like to prepare content in advance so an option of a library for videos, where I can save YouTube films and play them without switching the tabs is handy as well.

Inconvénients

Compared to those which I used before, I don't think I see anything that should be radically changed. I don't have problems with online meetings, not live webinar content.

As a Webinar tool for me one of the most important features is the stability and in my experience using different webinar SaaS Livewebinar has been a very stable and useful service. Another Key point is that my clients / Leads don't need to download any app or software that can end with issues delivering my message. Evergreen webinars and being able to embed in my website is a nice point to have always my own brand in front of my clients.

Inconvénients

It is a simple tool to use but some customisations require a bit of knowledge and learning curve to find out how to setup everything correctly, I think LW could improve the UI/UX a bit.

Avantages

I love how you do not have to download any additional software to use this conferencing software. It helps make it easy for people who are not tech savvy to join a call right away. I don't experience any lag or drops in video quality either. These are huge pain points for zoom.

Inconvénients

They have an option to customize the branding and it's very difficult to understand what you're changing. I wish there was a way to change a palette scheme to your company colors and call it a day.

The option of having a tool that allows us to connect with prospects and have a virtual meeting is what we like the most, due to the current health situation we are not able to meet in person so having this option is amazing, I think, as time pass, the option on having virtual meetings will increase as the first contact and we will continue to use live-webinar as our first option.

Inconvénients

I don't like some buttons that are too small because it causes confusion, especially when you are in a live meeting, those buttons are for sound and the option to let visitors talk. I also think you can make the screens a little bigger or let the option on customizing how we want it.

The audio quality and stability are awesome! I also love the ability to embed the app on my website thus helping to promote my brand.

Well, having the ability to select the speaker is one feature I wish they had. That way, I can use krisp, a noise cancelation software to block out noise from my audience. Right now, I can't and that's a pain!

I like the fact that you don't have to download anything and you can simply use the browser. It's cool to have the recordings of the webinars. The platform also has a lot of tools for polls, chat, etc... Last but not least it's GDPR compliant.

I had difficulty integrating with some marketing automation solutions but the support quickly provided me with the solution.
there is no possibility of creating landing pages but it is overcome with the integration of other applications that offer this solution.
there are aspects to be improved but overall it is a stable and fluid solution for back end and front end use
