I'm particularly impressed with the AI text-to-speech feature and the ability to upload our own voices for campaigns. These features allow us to create varied and realistic voice phishing scenarios in multiple languages, which has been key in training our employees to detect and report suspicious calls effectively.

While there’s not much to dislike, an enhancement that would make Keepnet even more useful would be the ability to generate instant deep fake voices. This addition would streamline the process of creating diverse scenarios and further enhance the realism of our training exercises.

What stands out the most to me about Keepnet is its all-in-one approach. It’s the only platform I’ve found that offers such a wide range of phishing simulators—Vishing, Smishing, Quishing, Email Phishing, Callback Phishing, and MFA Phishing—all in one spot. This variety means we can prepare our employees for virtually any phishing tactic they might encounter, which is pretty impressive.

Inconvénients

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. Keepnet has exceeded our expectations in almost every way. However, if they could add a wireless phishing simulation, that would be the cherry on top. It's a minor point, but including this could help cover an even broader spectrum of phishing strategies.

Keepnet is one of, if not the only vendor, that has a smashing (SMS/text) simulator. They also just released a QR code simulator which I think is the next evolution of simulation markets.

They need automated delivery of their training content.

The standout feature for me has to be the AI-based phishing template creation. This innovative tool allows us to design realistic and effective phishing emails that are tailored to the specific vulnerabilities and characteristics of our targets. Combined with the ability to capture plain text passwords, these features empower us to conduct thorough and impactful security tests across multiple client accounts, all thanks to the multi-tenancy capability.

Inconvénients

Everything about Keepnet’s platform has generally exceeded our expectations. However, an added functionality for directly purchasing and managing domains through providers like GoDaddy or Cloudflare would be a huge plus. This integration would streamline our campaign setups and provide a smoother workflow.

The features we found most useful were sending phishing simulation emails without needing to whitelist, smart sandbox detection to remove false clicks when reporting, and SSL-supported custom subdomain and path builders.

Inconvénients

We don't have any complaints, and the platform doesn't restrict us from using Evilginx2 and Metasploit integration. However, it would be nice if these were built-in features.

We love the reinforcement content library! It includes posters, infographics, screensavers, and more, which are essential for promoting new secure behaviors that need to be repeated to become habits. The platform allows us to download these materials through its interface, offering extensive libraries in many languages, each tailored to specific cultural needs. A big plus is that the materials are editable, letting us customize them to fit our brand perfectly. This is great for our company culture, as we regularly use screensavers, posters, and infographics.

Inconvénients

We can’t find anything to dislike. Overall, the experience has been excellent.

We faced phone fraud, with scammers targeting our employees to reveal sensitive information or install malware on their computers. Keepnet's Voice Phishing Simulator enabled us to simulate similar attacks to raise awareness. The Vishing Simulator tool, combined with security awareness training, allowed us to train our employees immediately during the voice phishing simulation. Additionally, we provided specific training on "voice scams" after the simulation. The metrics from the vishing simulation report are valuable, as we use them to score our employees based on users and departments.

Inconvénients

We wanted to obtain phone numbers from China, but due to the Chinese government's policy, it wasn't possible. While this isn’t a product limitation, it would be beneficial to have Caller ID Spoofing to mimic a Chinese phone number.

Avantages

The best feature is its built-in phone numbers from different regions, allowing us to create realistic smishing scenarios without the risk of spam. This, combined with the ability to create, edit, and replicate real-world smishing attacks, has greatly improved our employees' awareness. The integration with our security training program and the detailed metrics and reports have been invaluable in assessing and enhancing our readiness against such threats.

Inconvénients

I loved what Keepnet offered for Smishing Simulation. However, we faced limitations in simulating smishing attacks from certain global regions due to international regulations. While understandable, this sometimes restricted our simulation exercises.

Avantages

The marketplace is the key feature of Keepnet. It offers a variety of training providers with different formats. We were stressed about choosing the right vendor, but now we have unlimited access to a diverse training library.

Inconvénients

Keepnet’s original training content is fully customizable! However, some third-party vendors on the platform don’t allow customization or charge extra for it. This isn't Keepnet's fault, but third-party providers should offer more customization options.

Avantages

People started reporting suspicious emails 86% more in just half a year. That means we’re catching a lot more bad emails! Keepnet uses over 1 million Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) from all its users to spot bad emails before they can cause harm, making our emails much safer.

Inconvénients

I like the Incident Responder and Threat Sharing products a lot. However, the Threat Intelligence feature, which helps find compromised passwords, could provide more detailed reports.

Keepnet is always punctual, ensuring that we can start sessions on time. Its notification functions are excellent, reminding users to complete assignments promptly. The platform’s ability to be customized to our specific needs is an added bonus. I also appreciate its reporting features, as well as the exceptional service and customer support.

We love the multi-language courses in a single training campaign. The ability to schedule training delivery according to each employee’s time zone is fantastic—everyone receives their training at 10 am in their own time zone. The reminder and certification features after completing the training were also great!

I love that this product integrates with multiple analysis services. If one service misses a malicious email, another will catch it. Reducing the incident response time to 2 minutes was also a significant benefit.

We wanted to install the Phishing Reporter tool on our employees' phones, but we couldn't install it on the email app for employees using iPhones. We did manage to find a different solution for this issue.
