Les administrateurs peuvent programmer des visites sur un calendrier et créer des listes de contrôle ou des formulaires d'inspection personnalisables pour collecter des données à partir de sites et y ajouter des pièces jointes à titre de référence.
Les principales fonctionnalités de Bindy incluent la gestion des audits, l'analyse des causes profondes, la visualisation des données, la gestion des tâches, la collaboration, etc. Le logiciel permet aux gestionnaires de générer automatiquement des plans d'action à l'aide d'éléments non conformes identifiés et de désigner des utilisateurs pour chaque tâche afin de rationaliser les processus de résolution des problèmes. Un outil qui nous permet d'augmenter l'excellence opérationnelle de notre réseau de magasins
Nous utilisons Bindy depuis 2016 et apprécions les développements faits tout au long de ces années pour rendre l'outil toujours plus efficace. Le support est également à souligner.
Avantages
L'outil permet une autonomie complète de ses administrateurs. Les formulaires sont créés facilement et sont paramétrables pour ne cibler que certains profils ou pour s'activer et se désactiver à une date précise. Bindy propose de nombreux rapports permettant une analyse et facilitant la prise de décisions. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent en comparaison d'outils similaires. Le support est très présent et très réactif.
Inconvénients
Notre entreprise utilise exclusivement les outils 'Google Suite' et l'outil Bindy utilise largement MS Excel demandant quelques manipulations à l'administrateur lors des chargements de masse ou lors de la génération de rapports. Cet inconvénient est cependant invisible pour l'utilisateur. L'utilisation de l'outil est possible offline, mais demande une manipulation (trop) complexe pour l'utilisateur.

When modifying a submitted calibration, it would be good if new submitted calibration was auto sent to appropriate parties

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. With regards to updates to an existing calibration, changes are not sent automatically. You can however manually send them using the built-in inspection email function and selecting the applicable recipients from the list of site affiliated users. This gives the sender granular control. Note that user new user comments, including action plan comments, are sent automatically. Again, we appreciate your feedback.

An Invaluable Tool
We have had a very positive experience with the Bindy platform, and with the service and support we have required from time to time.
Avantages
With a network approaching 400 units nationwide, Bindy is an invaluable resource. The archiving of reports, photos, and more provide us the historical data we need to effectively manage and support our Franchisees.
Inconvénients
My complaint isn't an issue with Bindy, but with the personnel who submit the reports. Inconsistency in the collection of information is a human challenge we are still working to address.

Many customers now utilize the “Mandatory photos” and/or “Mandatory videos” feature of Bindy to provide photographic evidence that the standard was met. However, there is always the challenge. Most Effective Compliance Platform!
Avantages
The Bindy platform has been amazing for our company. Bindy makes everything easy, from setting up compliance forms, conducting location visits, and exporting visit data. Everything I need is just a click away. Every time I have a question and reach out to the support team, their response is prompt and thorough. There is nothing more I could ask of a compliance platform.
Inconvénients
There is nothing. Anything I have had an issue with the Bindy team has helped rectify the issue.

Bindy Review
We use Bindy to take photos, notes, and gather data at our sites. It has really helped us to be more efficient and to review the data that is collected with other colleagues. We can easily look up locations and data, and analyze the data gathered to develop action plans.
Avantages
Data Collection, ease of use, its very customizable and the ability to use it from my mobile device.
Inconvénients
There was nothing I didn't like about the Bindy platform.

Bindy works

I like that we are able to customize the inspections and run various reports. I also like that you can view Inspections side by side.
Inconvénients
I wish you could narrow a report before running it and not have to insert a filter.

Multi-Store Business Succeeding with Bindy
Bindy certainly enables us to manage a large and complex environment with shift priorities. Everything we need for data-driven decisions is at hand. It's a great tool to make our experience better.
Avantages
Bindy is easy to use as an Admin and for end users. Setting up compliance and forms is straightforward. The online data-base of inspections is important for QA in our business.

The app is user-friendly with a simple interface that makes navigation easy, even for beginners. The features are accessible and intuitive. It’s quick to switch between different sections, making it efficient and enjoyable to use.
Inconvénients
The report format could be improved, and the variety of report types currently available is quite limited.

While we have 27+ built-in reports, including trends, best and worst, summaries and raw data, and countless other charts, graphs, and visualization, we understand that some customers may need to go over and above or generate very specific reports. For those cases, we recommend using the API. This allows you to extract the data from Bindy automatically and load it into an enterprise data warehouse or analytics package where it can be correlated and visualized according to very specific needs. Great Auditing Tool for our Company
Avantages
Ease of use to start and continue an audit. Improvements on saving audits mid session. Ease of updating users and adding users to multiple locations via Forms.
Inconvénients
Wish audit/form creation was more drag and drop, versus having to go into each question and change the question number order

My Bindy Experience
Great- It is a complex system that offers many business solutions- yet easy to use.
The team a Bindy is helpful and takes pride in their work. It has been obvious in my interactions that they want me to use the system and be happy with it.
Avantages
It is intuitive- I am not a "read the manual" type of person- I like that next steps are logical.
Inconvénients
Setting up forms and permissions can be overwhelming and I still don't feel that I have that right
