SignUpGenius est un outil d'inscription en ligne pour l'organisation de bénévoles et la planification d'événements. Le service fournit aux organismes à but non lucratif, écoles, entreprises et groupes une alternative aux e-mails à réponses multiples, aux appels téléphoniques et aux formulaires d'inscription sur papier, il permet également aux visiteurs de s'inscrire à des tâches en ligne. SignUpGenius est destiné aux groupes, quels que soient leur taille ou leur budget d'exploitation.
Les créateurs de formulaires d'inscription peuvent choisir parmi des modèles de mise en page et personnaliser les formulaires d'inscription en ligne pour organiser les bénévoles, collecter des fonds, préparer des formations, etc. Dans le même temps, le reporting par e-mail permet de coordonner les événements en tenant les organisateurs au courant de la participation des volontaires et des modalités de l'événement.
L'éditeur propose un niveau Basic et Premium du site avec des niveaux adaptés à vos besoins et à votre budget. My sign up genius review.
I have had a great experience, i havent had any issues with sign up genius.
Avantages
Its easy to sign up for things for my children's classroom and also see who has signed up for what items so i know whats available.
Inconvénients
Theres nothing i dislike, i have had a great impression of the app.

End the Endless Emails for Signing Up for Meeting times
I've had mostly great experiences with the software. It has become more bogged down with ads and features have become somewhat harder to find, but generally, I've had a very positive experience.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to set up and deploy to staff who aren't exactly tech savvy. It also provides basic sign up features that no other software provides well.
Inconvénients
I wish that there were slightly more tools for signing up for a room, items to bring, or eliminating time slots more easily.

Great For Organizing Contributions to an Activity. Free Plan Could Use a Facelift
Avantages
It helps organize events for my kids' school's activities and helps everyone stay on the same page for donations and contributions to an activity
Inconvénients
The free plan view is simply an eyesore. I wish they could create a more user-friendly free template that did not feel as distracting and "busy". Other than that, I think it's a great tool!

Great For Simple Sign-Ups
Overall, it works well for sign-ups, however, it can be tricky to customize exactly how you want it.
Avantages
SignUpGenius is great to use because once you have your sign-up set up, it is fairly easy for people to navigate. If you're planning something with people who are not as fluent with technology, it can make things easy.
Inconvénients
While it can be easy to navigate once everything is set up, it can be a little tricky to navigate for initial setup. Once you have done it a few times it becomes easier. I also don't like the ads on the sign-up- it makes it look a little less legit when you send it out to someone.

Great for small organizations
We've used signupgenius for a few years and have enjoyed the product. Very basic and great for anyone who wants to just check a box, put in their name, and claim a spot!
Avantages
It is a great way to see who is signing up for what spot. Whether that is for a volunteer position, a potluck, or anything else, it's very simple!
Inconvénients
The website can be a little clunky. Very basic designs which isn't really a con it just isn't as customizable as some other products.

We use it for volunteers more than anything and it's helped streamline our process and manage our volunteers

Need Tech Support
I'm unable to use it and don't know why and don't know where to ask.
Avantages
It's a great tool for our Board to manage shifts at bowling tournaments. We have about 20 volunteers who sign up for different volunteer roles.
Inconvénients
For some reason when our manager emails SignUp Genius to our volunteers, I do not receive the email and am therefore unable to sign up for shifts. The person responsible for setting up the event in SignUp Genius has verified my email address but doesn't know where to go for technical support.

Sign-Up Genius for a County Political Party
I think it is a good product. Yes, it isn't very pretty but it does the job that you want it to do at a reasonable price.
Avantages
It did allow use to specify the time slots that we needed to fill with our volunteers and they were able to sign up. I haven't been able to find a similar app or product that can do it with the ease of SignUp Genius.
Inconvénients
The thing that could be improved is the look of it. It is not very customizable as far as how it looks to volunteers. It looks very old and sloppy. It needs a fresh clean remake.

Teacher Sign Up Genius
I love this fast efficient way to keep track of parent conferences .
Avantages
I like the ability to create an electrionic sign up sheet for my parent/teacher conferences.
Inconvénients
Some of the templates are only available with a basic account. Please consider providing the option of allowing a teacher account that would offer educational amenities within the signups.

It Gets the Job Done
It's helpful to have for signing-up purposes and not specific to a single type of signup (e.g. Meals, Transportation)
Avantages
I like the customizable features for appearance and that there are several options available. It is a well-known brand as well.
Inconvénients
That unused slots don't delete after the date scheduled passed automatically. It's frustrating to have to go back and delete unused slots.

When I need volunteers this is what I use!
I have never had an issue using SignUp Genius and every time it works exactly how it was intended to be used.
Avantages
I use SignUp Genius for a wide variety of uses. From birthday parties, to family gatherings, to school functions, and coaching responsibilities. The ease of creating a signup and the flexibility it has is amazing. There is not another signup I would use.
Inconvénients
The thing I like the least would be all the adds but I understand they have to make money and I understand I can pay to remove them. So I choose just to deal with them.

Convenience and Ease
Avantages
I like how easy it is for our personnel to designate specific needs, time slots, or volunteer opportunities for our organization. Our organization’s volunteer pool can select a time/slot that is convenient to them.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of any negatives with sign up genius. Sign ups are made easy through this platform!

A great software to have
I don’t see any cons to this product. It’s not difficult to use. I don’t know what I would do with it.

Simple volunteer management with SignUpGenius
We are taking a busy event and organizing the volunteer effort really needed to make it happen, which ensures the event goes off with minimal issue each year. We feel it’s a great example of when tech has really made our lives significantly easier.
Avantages
It’s been a great tool for keeping volunteers organized and is very intuitive, so even volunteers who aren’t particularly tech-savvy have been able to utilize it. I have used it from both my phone and laptop and find both options work well. I find it affordable and even began using the free version which I had no major complaints about. It took a very chaotic event (dance recital) and streamlined the volunteer event needed to make it happen.
Inconvénients
I’m not crazy about all the template options - wish there were better choices - but all in all, I don’t spend too much time on it so not a huge factor in whether or not I’ll continue using it.

SignUpGenius is the School and Nonprofit Go-To for Event Planning
SignUpGenius is used by the majority of the schools and nonprofit organizations that I deal with on a regular basis. I also use it on occasion and I love that there is a Free Plan option. I would also like to mention that the pricing options for upgrading options are very reasonable. The templates are nice and clear for the end user and super easy to customize for the creator.
Avantages
Free and reasonably priced upgrade option. Easy to edit and customize. There are a decent amount of templates for the free plan and even better ones for the upgraded plans.
Inconvénients
I don't really have any cons. It is a lovely little program that does what it says.
