Zoho, cumbersome and tedious
I stopped using Zoho when I was working with the company that forced me to use it because I found Zoho to slow down my productivity instead of speeding it up.
Avantages
This product is not laid out in what I would consider as a very user-friendly way. I found it to be cumbersome and tedious in its operation for my particular application. I found better web-based software that works way better.
Inconvénients
It has a layout that is not as efficient as it could be. I found myself spending more time trying to make the software work for me than I did actually making the contacts I was supposed to make. Software is supposed to be EASY so that is SPEEDS up your productivity, not slow you down.

Reliable, Flexible CRM
Zoho's main strength is that it's great value for the money. It's a SaaS solution that offers a lot of functionality, and a number of different pricing tiers to meet the needs of your business.
Avantages
Zoho CRM offers fantastic flexibility and features for small and medium-sized businesses. The ability to customize the system with third party integrations as needed is as good as any CRM on the market.
Inconvénients
Workflow automation is only available at the professional tier. This is fine for larger organizations, but can put some financial strain on smaller companies, especially startups, who this CRM is generally targeting.

Zoho of the past
Soho was used to manage client data, notes on communication with clients, project information, and keeping track of payments made.
Avantages
Zoho CRM first came out over 10 years ago. It was very cost effective and easy to use for the most part. Data was kept on a cloud which made data secure and would never be lost after saving information. It is good for basic use.
Inconvénients
If you did not save your information and your computer froze, you have to enter it again. While it is not expensive, there are other programs that are better to use. Now we use Salesforce which is amazing and can be used with other programs.

Conductivity of Zoho CRM
I am solving better communication with Zoho CRM and have realized better navigation functions using it.
Avantages
The product was easy to use and integration was successful when used. I liked most the email management.
Inconvénients
I liked least that there were to many click options for other features besides the email management. It could have been more compact.

Great for emails
My overall experience with Zoho has been pleasant. It gets the job done with no fuss.
Avantages
My favorite feature from Zoho is the emails. They are super easy to send and receive. Plus, I can do it from my phone or laptop, super convenient!
Inconvénients
What I like least about Zoho is the interface. It’s not the prettiest. Could definitely use a little updating.

Zoho is a Great Basic CRM for Smaller Businesses, but Not So Great for Larger Companies
We were a relatively small business looking for a low-cost CRM solution, so we tried out Zoho CRM. It worked pretty well for us to start, but as we grew and wanted more robust features, we found that it was better to go with a more comprehensive CRM solution and decided to transition to SalesForce after about a year and a half.
Avantages
Zoho is an excellent choice for companies that only need a very basic CRM to keep track of their customers and business contacts. It's much cheaper than most competitors, and is easy to use, even as a novice with no prior experience with CRM's. They offer multiple pricing levels with increased functionality, which is good because you don't have to pay for features that you may not have a need for.
Inconvénients
Some of the features are lackluster, and don't work well unless you pay additional fees for a higher priced plan. It doesn't offer some of the more robust features and customization options that are available with higher-priced and more comprehensive CRM's like SalesForce.

Zoho - It's less expensive in money and bit more expensive in time
Most of the time, you can get the job done, but it ends up being a bit harder at times. So if you're on shoestring budget and you're looking for a robust yet inexpensive solution, Zoho is the way to go.
Avantages
Zoho has built great products at a low cost. I would almost call them the "IKEA" of software suites = it's cheaper to use, and some assembly required.
Inconvénients
So the thing about this software is that to me, it feels a bit harder to use from an accessibility or UX standpoint. I like software to be very intuitive and easy to use, and sometimes I find Zoho takes a bit of figuring out.

Great CRM Software for any size business
Overall the software is easy and fun to use. The integration capabilities and the number of other Zoho services available make this idea for all businesses.
Avantages
The fact that the cost and capabilities are perfectly aligned is amazing. We have used Zoho CRM for every different size company you could think of. Integration with websites and customization capabilities make this software the best for everyone!
Inconvénients
There is a learning curve and it does require some upfront configuration to ensure long term use. You may need to get an expert to setup and configure the account but once it is ready there is not much more needed to get going long term.

Zoho is a great alternative to Salesforce
My client realized significant cost savings when switching from Salesforce to Zoho.
Avantages
I helped a client implement Zoho. Zoho is easy to deploy out of the box and you can be up and running fairly quickly.
Inconvénients
The feature set is complex and it requires some time to learn and customize the platform. Data migration can be a pain as well.

Ease and confgiurable CRM for SMBs...
It has been good. While we ended up moving to a more specific tool suitable for nonprofits, Zoho has kept the backlog of the constituents during transition
Avantages
Overall a practical solution to keep contact management and lead tracking under control on small organizations.
Inconvénients
Initially setup can be a bit trick and formats to import the data are rather difficult at first, but once the data is there, it's a breeze

Zoho CRM - good for small business
Zoho CRM is certainly winning on the cost side. It's simple and easy for small business to start with an CRM solution. However, once the business grows bigger, a more powerful and professional solution might be needed intead.
Avantages
Zoho CRM is good for small business and business who just need to start with a simple CRM product. It's cheap and get the job done. It has enough features if you don't want to break your bank. Interface is also simple and easy to natviagate.
Inconvénients
Simple interface can be good or bad. It make life easy by restricting any customization, which can be a bad thing for some business.
Also, while the lower prices tiers give business an easy entry to CRM software, features are hence limited
Also, Zoho CRM is weak on documentation. Also, being not a major player like Salesforce, it's also hard to seek external support other the vendor's own support.

If you can think it, you can do it.
Avantages
We used ZOHO CRM and it's add on components to build out a custom CRM for a company that quickly grew from a modest 10 users, to 1500 users. ZOHO was able to scale with us the whole way and at a fraction of the cost of Sales Force.
Inconvénients
Really can't think of any major cons at the moment. Back when we used it the only thing I recall having an issue with was the way emails were sent from the system. We did not like that we could not send from our domain, but hopefully this is an issue of the past.

I have to use this for a client and the UX is...meh
It's nice to have a way to communicate with my client, and their clients, when we partner on a writing project but uf, this UX can be a bit of a hassle. I know that it is meant to keep conversations together (so they don't get lost in email) but they still manage to create such long threads I am not sure just how much of a benefit that is. I'm meh about it, I wouldn't use it for my own clients because it's not a clean interface but I do see how it can be helpful to connect with multiple team members without having to have everyone's emails. It's helpful, but ugly.
Avantages
One of my clients uses Zoho so I get stuck using it. I like that it makes it easy for me to interface with their clients, see what my next project is, and find info when I need it.
Inconvénients
It's so ugly. The UX is a mess, and can be a little wonky to navigate. I think that is part of why it's so hard for my client to get their clients to use it with them rather than email, altho I get that it helps them manage all those conversations. Stuff gets lost and it's only as clean as how it's used, the threads can get LONG on some projects and you have to dig through to find what you're looking for.

Low Budget CRM
My experience has been pleasant though having used Salesforce.com I have been spoiled. Depending on how you want to use your CRM platform Zoho may be the best platform out there for you. If you are a larger organization and need more you will find Salesforce.com is a better option.
Avantages
Zoho is a great product for those on a limited budget that need a CRM to mamage their business.
Inconvénients
If you are desiring to customize ZOHO the cost to do so could potentially rival the total cost you would pay for some out of the box solutions with less down time.

Great Alternative CRM +
Some design feature face lift would be appreciated but the overall quality and performance of the tool has been great to date
Avantages
Zoho CRM is often under the radar, we found it to be alternative to client starting their business or first digital campaign. When Paired with Zoho Campaign it is a great alternative to other Email and Marketing CRM out there ... and it's free
Inconvénients
Simply put it's a great tool for the price of "Free" some integrations i.e. embedded video or GIF in email campaign etc could be improved to be on par with the competition - just a little more!

Horrible interface
I would not recommend this program to businesses unless they are under 10 employees as it is a great low cost option but in practice is not great for larger businesses. It is merely a stepping stone on the way up.
Avantages
I think the overall concept of this product is amazing. It allows access to a wide variety of information for business contacts and tools.
Inconvénients
The ease of use of this product is terrible. To edit and make changes to information there are too many convoluted steps to take and for certain information you have to change it in multiple places to make the changes take place. The customer service is slow and unreliable.

Simple and easy to use and set up
Avantages
We have been using this software for about 2 years and it is super easy to navigate and keep track of our customers. Setting up tasks and reminders is a great feature and much needed so you don't miss out on opportunities.
Inconvénients
The only issue I have had is not being able to merge deals. Everything else works great!

Would not recommend, there are much better CRMs in market at similar price points.

Full-featured CRM
We use this to store the info for all of our prospects, clients, and more. We are able to perfectly customize the databases to our needs, and update them with Zoho forms, connect it to Subscriptions and Invoices, etc. The Zoho Suite is a wonderful toolset for a business like ours.
Avantages
Everything you would want in a CRM is here, with the added connectivity of all of the host of apps in the Zoho Suite. The CRM is great in and of itself, but the added value given by the other apps is immeasurable.
Inconvénients
This is a wonderful CRM, and I was able to customize it as much as needed without any problems coming to the surface.

Really good software but they "add-on" you to death
While using them, they kept my business very organized and on track to optimize my business model.

Really great CRM system. The ease of use and keeping track of clients/ customers was great! when it comes to customer management, they are hard to beat, especially for the price
Inconvénients
I didn't like the fact that they charged you an arm and a leg just for addons, especially when it came to their phone system. Because of that i ended up going a different direction.

It's very cost effective for users and with all the features included, it's a really handy tool that provides you with all the essentials that you need.
Inconvénients
It's a *little* clunky compared to Salesforce. It's still good but when you compare with them, you can feel the difference. I wish it was a little more intuitive but again, you get what you pay for. It's still very very good.

Zoho CRM the right fit
It has been the Great CRM tool. It gives effective services with the ease of use.
Avantages
Zoho CRM is an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program that provides me with features for managing my sales, marketing & support in one platform. It works well despite of if you're a small business, an industrialist, or large enterprise.
Inconvénients
I cannot see my screen of clients at a glance as it only shows few at a time. There is need to add quick option for adding custom made reports, more easily by links in dashboards for easy and quick access.
