Just Started Using, Won't Use Anything Else
Avantages
It makes it so easy for a team to communicate within a chat setting. Definitely a much better alternative than sending emails back and forth!
Inconvénients
It's just not super well-known yet and it takes a little time to get everything set up with your team.

I enjoy the app.
Avantages
Microsoft Teams allows you to collaborate in a smaller scale than SharePoint. It is based on smaller groups for chat, video, and file storage among other things. Teams can be organized like an address book and files can be collaborated on in real time. It is more involved than Skype and bridges the gap for great communication that ties everything together for great productivity.
Inconvénients
Sometimes a good old phone call can solve a problem, but this is the new way to collaborate. It will just take time for the world to adapt to a new process of organizing and communicating.

Alternative to Zoom with good compatibility for Microsoft users.
Avantages
I love that Teams is in the Microsoft ecosystem, making it easy to sign in and use it with Outlook or any Microsoft account. The video quality for large presentations is better than Zoom in my opinion.
Inconvénients
Similar to zoom but it is a little harder to understand the user interface.

This is perfect for team collaboration. the ability to have communication and file sharing will be extremely useful.
Inconvénients
i wish it was more custom friendly. i would like to see more settings and more control over the software. it seems like it is what it is and you just use it.

You are able to easily sync your files across various accounts, devices and on cloud storage.
Inconvénients
The software faces issues when with the integration between the Outlook Exchange server and Skype for Business as the chat history is not syncing to the Outlook Exchange server.

I really do prefer Zoom.

It works just fine, and has most of the features of Zoom.
Inconvénients
It's annoying to download on a Mac and it doesn't work as seamlessly as Zoom.

Good video conferencing and audio software.
My company will continue to use this software when conferencing with customers. It works well.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to join a meeting and boom, your'e on video with a customer or supplier. From my experience you have to create a meeting invitation via email and once the invite has been accepted you can join the meeting via video, audio or chat. In my audio meeting, we were able to use the chat function as well as document share.
Inconvénients
It was a little confusing to navigate the platform. When I pulled up my history, I was able to figure out how to get back to where I was previously.

My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been positive. I highly recommend it.
Avantages
I liked that I can take notes on different tasks and be organized. The interface is definitely user-friendly.

Not the first choice, by any means.
I do not use MS Teams as much as I do some of its competitors, but I still have to from time to time. When I do, I think there is a clear drop off in overall experience. MS Teams is more cumbersome and comes much less naturally to novice or new users than other programs would. This can work in a pinch, but other options are much better.
Avantages
It has a nice layout/look to it. It seems a little bit more "advanced" or "techy" than some of its competitors.
Inconvénients
Can be very confusing, especially for new users. It lacks the ease and clarity of some other programs. The account creation and planning a meeting is not smooth or intuitive.

This app helps organize team meetings and projects between departments which is great!
Inconvénients
Not being able to delete the app once done and app constantly launching at the opening of Outlook is quiet frustrating. Aside from that, it looks great!

Avantages
Microsoft Teams was very easy to set up on my computer. Within 5 minutes I was already on a call. I did not experience any lag or difficulties during my calls.
Inconvénients
It is not straight forward how I can share files within chats while on a call. I had some difficulties finding the right button immediately.

Good conferencing software
I have really enjoyed using Microsoft teams. In my line of work I use a lot of conferencing programmes, and this might not be my favorite, but it is still great!
Avantages
Microsoft teams is easy to use and great for hosting conferences and webinars. You can have large group of attendees and there are great features on asking questions to help make the conference run smoother
Inconvénients
I think there are some slightly more easy to navigate conference software out there. If people do not use Microsoft teams often, it can slow things down trying to explain it to them.

Teams allows you to chat, make video calls, schedule meetings and so much more, all in one place. It is free for Office 365 users. The best part is you can create Bots that will help make you more efficient and you can create your own or use existing ones.
Inconvénients
Several times a day, I will get a pop up on my screen from Teams and when I click on it, I'm not really sure why I got it in the first place. I thought it was because people were commenting, but once in Teams, I don't see any new comments or content.

Avantages
The simplicity and connectivity to potential members to explain the steps needed to become a member of my gym. The chat feature is what I utilized most with this application because it is pain free communication.
Inconvénients
The only thing that I could complain about with this software is the occasional lagging of connectivity but that could be from poor or weak internet connection on my end of the other clients internet connectivity.
