Getting use to it!
It has been a huge help with the current structure of how we have to do our business considering our global limitations.
Avantages
With the sudden shift in how to communicate with colleagues and coworkers due to the limitations of the pandemic, Microsoft Teams has been extremely beneficial to still connect, meet and plan!
Inconvénients
With every product, it does take time to get set up and at this point I have only joined meetings as oppose to hosting them - but have been able to do so!

Microsoft Teams is efficient in bringing people together and allowing ideas and responses to flow in an online setting.
Inconvénients
When a team works remotely and isn't able to get together in person, software like this is vital- but it's not the same as being together in person or even a video.

Does what it should do, but I prefer Google Hangout
Avantages
It does what it should do, I guess. All the basic features/requirements of a video call product are available.
Inconvénients
Some of our clients use Teams. Therefore, I'm forced to also use it every now and then. The design and usability is for me not as good as Google Hangout. Also, I have the feeling the performance is slower.

Microsoft Teams is a very all-round professional cooperation environment.
Avantages
Microsoft Teams is a very good cooperation tool, to share documents, to make video calls, to chat... It is a professional cooperation environment with extensive options.
Inconvénients
I started using the web version of the software with very restricted features. However, afterwards I switched to the paid version with the full extensive list of features, so no comments on this version.

Avantages
The calling between meetings and sharing of content between meeting attendees is much more better than SFB with min loss to the connection.
Inconvénients
Don't see anything as showstopper but it will be good to have dial in conference numbers for the meetings along with meeting invite.

I used this software for conducting a job interview remotely. It was relatively straightforward as a video conferencing tool.
Inconvénients
One of the users struggled to get the video portion to work during the interview. There was not an obvious fix in the moment so it disadvantaged that individual during the interview.

My overall experience has ben excellent; so far, I am very happy with it; it's very user friendly!
Avantages
What I like most about Microsoft Teams is that the software is a Microsoft product, so it's easy to install, it's intuitive, and it's compatible to Microsoft operating systems. I have found it to be 100% reliable and very user friendly.
Inconvénients
There really isn't anything that I like least about the software. I just started using it in October.

It’s good for everything in one place
Overall, this is a good product and you would be hard pressed to find another that is easy to use and has multiple ways of communicating within one application.
Avantages
With Microsoft teams you can chat, video, and call all in one place. This is desirable for efficiency and simplicity. There is no need to use multiple applications.
Inconvénients
The video chat feature doesn’t look as good as other options. It is hard to see yourself and the display could be better.

Teams seems to be a good competitor for Slack, and the future development towards replacing Skype for Business grows its importance.

Teams mobile apps still need a bit more development cycles & Teams is still strongly under development. Really promising

Avantages
Very great when your not able to make your meeting on time or someone isn't able to make it. This is a great way to accommodate.
Inconvénients
For the most part Microsoft is a very great software company, but I just don't like that you have to pay for different apps to b able to switch between devices.

Useful in communication
Useful for communication, a bit limited regarding cooperation.
Avantages
It is easy to communicate with others and collaborate on Office files. Meetings are easily set up and conducted.
Inconvénients
Sometimes certain settings are difficult to find. Also, I find it a drawback that the focus is on office files. For example, Google Workspace can handle its own and MS Office files very well. Therefore, I prefer to work with Google Workspace

It was a nice concept to be able to be connected to everyone in the office, without having to get up and go find the person you needed to talk to.
Inconvénients
It wasn't terribly user friendly, kind of confusing to get started. We went back to office chat which was much easier for us to use

Microsoft Teams was a good quality connection, once I eventually connected, but I found the installation and navigation of the software very time consuming and not easy to navigate.
Avantages
The ability to connect with work colleagues when working remotely. The quality of the connection was good.
Inconvénients
I did not find Microsoft Teams easy to navigate. It took me much patience and time to figure out how to connect to my work colleagues team meeting.

I have used this software only a couple of dozen times, but it still feels a bit harder to use for private and small business use.
Avantages
It is a great software to create large group chats and group video conferences in larger companies. Great security for conversations.
Inconvénients
It required a download of the software and it wasn't as smooth to join the meeting just by clicking the link. Very sensitive to the internet connection.

Important Tool in Remote Arsenal
My takeaway is definitely positive. Insofar as smoothness and usability is concerned, it takes some beating.

As a result of quarantine, this tool became a fixture. Was particularly impressed with the smoothness of the screen sharing and the ease of use.
Inconvénients
During use particularly important call, the sound was a bit iffy – however, in fairness, it may have been to do with my interlocutor's email connection, too

Very happy with the overall experience. It works well for me and my needs in the dance class

The system is easy to use for dance classes & coaching and there seems to be less of a time lag with the music when watching the dancers perform
Inconvénients
sometimes there is a connection problem but that more because of the wifi connection rather than a Microsoft Teams problem. Its always worked well for me.

Several of my colleagues use Microsoft Teams extensively. I use it primarily for messaging. It seems like a good platform for online teaching.

All in all good.

I have been using teams for plus 6 months and been involved in meetings that have been hosted on teams. It's super easy to use and I have had no issues with it. As I have an Office 365 it's included in the package.
Inconvénients
I have had a few issues with the audio, but that's generally to do with the poor signal where I live.
