Great and inexpensive light-weight software for property managers

Great experience, especially with onboarding team and customer service

Avantages

Easy to setup and use, well adapted for mobile devices, loads fast.

Inconvénients

Very limited visual analytics, not very customizable. For example, I cannot see the value of upcoming bookings in a chart for the next 6 or 12 months.

Experience with RentalReady

I’ve been using RentalReady for more than 5 years, and it has been an excellent tool for managing my properties. It simplifies operations, increases efficiency, and ensures a great guest experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution for short-term rental management.

Avantages

What I liked most about RentalReady is its intuitive interface and comprehensive features that make short-term rental management seamless. The automation tools for messaging, pricing, and calendar synchronization saved me a lot of time. Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful, which is a big plus.

Inconvénients

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that some advanced features could be more customizable to fit specific business needs. However, the platform constantly evolves with new updates, which is great.

Quality PMS with a responsive team.

Avantages

The PMS itself provides industry beating features which are always being developed further to make the life of PM simpler and more efficient. The team is responsive to requests and further development and support you with any questions promptly.

Inconvénients

Initially disliked the lack of integrations but this is improving and with the pMS handling majority of the jobs not much other software is needed anyway.

user friendly

It's user friendly, the support team is very helpful, it's easy to find the information we need

Avantages

Automated payments have made our work much easier

Inconvénients

We still don't have access to the automated invoicing
