Le point fort de ce logiciel est qu'il est de Microsoft. Valeur sure et mises à jour régulières.

Le logiciel rempli son rôle mais ce n'est pas le meilleur de sa catégorie.

Je m’en sert énormément pour est afin de créer des organigrammes pour avoir une des choses avec des vues graphiques.

Je n’ai pas remarqué de nombreux point négatif mise à part le manque de certaine fonctionnalité comme la 3D ou encore être plus informée sur les formations

J'utilise Visio pour mon travail quotidien lorsque j'ai besoin de dessiner des organigrammes et des process. Au début, j'utilisais Microsoft Word et PPT mais les deux étaient incapables de fournir ce que je souhaitais.

Vous devez payer séparément les coûts de licence même si vous avez Office Pro ou Office 365.

J’adore la facilité à faire des supers diagrammes qui répondent à mes besoins. Il est très agréable aussi de pouvoir travailler en équipe et de collaborer sur un même diagramme.

Il m’est très difficile de trouver un point négatif. Le seul qui me vient en tête est que Visio n’est pas encore disponible sur Mac.

I love how easy to use this program is. I use it mainly to design a basic model of my project or assignment. I like how there are multiple types of shapes to use in the model. I don't like how the program has limited components, such as the ones needed for my more complex designs at work. However, I do not mind this since I am able to label the shapes with the text feature.

Being a product of the Microsoft suite, it was easy to learn to use Visio. It had a large library of diagrams and flowchart templates to choose from as a starting point. Making customizations was also straightforward. I could drag and drop different shapes and link them easily.

Some members of the team used Mac OS as an operating system. It was not as good as the Windows experience. Also, it depends a lot on other Microsoft solutions. It's not the software you use on its own.
Lastly, when I upload a large amount of data, it takes quite a while to process.

Visio is a great tool to generate block diagram, flow charts and schematics. I have also used Visio to design System Architectures. the three features of shapes, connectors and text makes this software quite important to design from basic to completed diagrams.

Inconvénients

There are little to no debugging and checking tools available which can debug or find errors in the connection being made. This is very Visio should have developed some additional tools which could identify any gaps or missing connections. Moreover in terms of designing architectures, Visio lacks some features which could help the user in system-level architectural modelling.

Avantages

For years, this has been my default tool for creating flowcharts, diagrams and organization charts. There have even been times I've created a process flow using this tool. In my mind, this is simply the standard. One thing I'd point out is the toolset which is default and has been for ages allows for the tool to be revisited at any time and quickly picked up again. Of course they add features & functionality, but I enjoy the consistent accessibility.

Inconvénients

Visio has , in my usage of it, very little downside. The reason I say this is because I approach it with a very specific purpose. Many other tools can have a depth of application, or possible application, which can muddy the waters on their overall value. Visio is extremely good at what it does.
