Génial

Avantages

Eversign est super simple d'utilisation. Même s'il n'y a pas de version française, on comprend VITE comment ça fonctionne. Mes clients ont trouvé ça super simple aussi. Je suis ravi.

Inconvénients

Comme je l'ai dit au dessus, le logiciel n'est pas encore en français. Je vous suggère de le dépoloyer dans cette langue, nous sommes un gros marché !

Xodo Makes Signing Documents Simple

Avantages

Quick, simple and easy to use. It allows you to send out documents to clients very quickly and includes a covering letter. You can track when a client has opened and signed the document. You can also schedule automated reminders to the clients if they have not signed the document. They offer a free trial of their platform.

Inconvénients

The free trial used to be 5 documents per month, and it now been reduced to 3 documents per month.

Great usability for marketing agencies

Has a lot of customization options for signing, delivery and reminders. Also looking forward to develop more the templates area.

New draw type signatures to ad by using the smartphones's screen.

Avantages

Easy to use and intuitive. Was able to dive right in and start creating documents without having to review instructions.

Amazing signing platform

The usability is excellent! In 5 minutes it’s possible to set up a document to be signed.

Love it!

Avantages

I've had issues with e-sign documents in the past and what I really liked is how easy it is to get multiple parties to sign off it!

Inconvénients

I think the integration of the signature field can be done better. I probably have to learn how to use it better.

Best signing platform outhere!

Avantages

It is very user-friendly. Love how we can customize it to match our brand colors and logo. Customer service top notch! I had an issue with my email and they were extremely responsive and very helpful! Issue solved in no time!

The Best eSign Platform There Is

Overall, I was very happy with Eversign. A better deal came along so I took it so I don't have to pay monthly but I don't like this new platform nearly as much as I liked using Eversign. I just don't use these platforms enough to make it worth the money for me. But I highly recommend Eversign if you need this type of platform.

Avantages

I used Eversign for years before making a switch and the only reason I switched was because I got a lifetime deal for 1 payment on another platform. However, I don't like the other platform as much as I liked Eversign. I really liked everything about Eversign except a couple small things which I will list in the cons section.

Eversign is easy to use, didn't have any glitches or weird things happen like bad formatting or text boxes on the contract being misplaced or something. Everything just worked the way you expect it to and is easy to use. It is also cheaper than Docusign and does everything Docusign does but much better in my opinion.

The only reason I'm not using Eversign is because I have a platform now that I don't pay monthly for. Otherwise I would 100% still be using Eversign.

Inconvénients

The biggest con for me was simply the limit of templates in the different price points and that I don't use a eSigning platform enough to make it worth spending the extra money to get more templates. However, having to prep a new document each time adding in the boxes for clients to fill out and everything was so time consuming and annoying.

Eversign is cheaper and does everything better in my opinion. I think the way Eversign has everything laid out and how you can prep a document is so much easier than Docusign and Ever sign is cheaper!

Easy way to sign legal docs electronically

We need a quick and reliable way for clients to sign our statement of work/agreement to kick start the project. Eversign delivers that for FREE!

Avantages

It's super user friendly. Simply upload your document, add placeholders for name, date signed, signature, etc. by dragging the relevant boxes into the correct places, and send to clients with a couple clicks. Great features and user limits even in the free plan!

Inconvénients

I honestly can't think of any negatives. Right now, we only use Eversign 1-2 times a months, but that will increase as we grow and sign more clients. It will be interesting to see how Eversign works with more team members.

great tool for electronic signatures

Avantages

This tool has been an ideal answer to electronic signatures, allowing us to sign and back up reports both on-site and remotely. We can likewise keep better track of the status of any file. It is not difficult to transfer files as it adds the different passages, for example, date stamp, marks, text boxes, and so on.
It additionally consistently saves each contact so you can without a doubt send each individual another report or audit existing ones, which is exceptionally valuable.

Brilliant Software For Our Startup

We have had a really positive experience with Eversign. It has really helped with our sales process and client onboarding times due to the ease of having our documents signed by the client.

Avantages

We started on the free service when we first started out. This was brilliant as we were able to send out agreements to clients quickly and easily. We knew when they had looked at the agreement and when they had signed it to issue an invoice. This has been critical to gaining new clients quickly.

Inconvénients

Since the beginning, we have had no issues with the software. It has performed very well for us.

Eversign is a great system for getting your contracts signed in the digital age.

This system is great for getting contracts signed. Sometimes is can be troublesome to continually check on the status of getting signed contracts back from other parties. Eversign makes this simple and easy to check and follow up.

Avantages

Eversign has a simple and easy to use design that makes sure you get your documents signed. You can customize what you need done to each document. You can have multiple people signing with additional notices sent to other relevant parties that are not signing themselves. Tracking, reminders, and follow up are all easily available, and you can customize what information you want the system to keep you updated on.

Inconvénients

When selecting what fields were signed and where, I found myself accidentally changing who signed in what field several times. If you go straight from setting up a new field the clicking on the interface of who is signing what, it changes the field you just set. Once I got used to it, it was easy to work around, but it slowed me down a little at first.

Simple & elegant... gets the jobs done!

It has been a great experience and I will continue to use them. They have helped solve many legal business objectives.

Avantages

I like the simplicity and elegance of the software. It is very easy to use, set up, and work with. It has great features and most are on the free version which is a huge value that many other companies don't currently offer. I switched from DocuSign to Eversign due to this. The only thing I wish they had was a pre-made templates library such as PandaDoc and I wish they had a Mobile App. Also I like the fact that they consistently stress that every document is legally binding.

Inconvénients

The fact that they do not have a pre-made template library and don't have a mobile app. But besides those two points they are spot on.

Affordable and Effective

My experience has been a pleasant experience .

Avantages

I reccomend using Eversign to everyone looking to complete documents, Shares features of products with more than 2 -3 the price. For less than 10$ per month you can't go wrong.

Inconvénients

There is no option to see when CC'd users have opened docs. Would be good to create docs in eversign itself.

Eversign Is Good

Avantages

I like how Eversign gives you the ability to sign documents and contracts quickly and easily. I also like that you can scribble in your own initials and signature. And that you can either send documents within Eversign, or download them and email them yourself. I've also tested how this all works for a client you're sending docs to, and it seems to work great for them. It's also handy that as the vendor you can have Eversign send your clients reminders to sign a contract. Of course, Eversign also works great for anything you have to sign electronically.

Inconvénients

Once (out of dozens of successful uses) I had trouble getting Eversign to send a contract to a client. I tweeted Eversign about the issue and didn't hear back. This was over a weekend, and on the following Monday everything sent seamlessly.

The most useful on the market

Avantages

When I started my business I did not had necessarily afford to pay for a service to have my quotes signed remotely in addition to the many software that I already had to pay for. short after using the free trial for a few days on several platforms, it was only when I found eversign that I was able to free myself from a burden and save time and money. It gives access to 5 free quotes every month and it makes so much more sense because businesses that don't invoice often don't need to pay. In short, thanks to them, I was able to have my quotes signed in complete safety and get my business off the ground. I recommend

It would be nice to be able to modify quotes in progress because it is enough for the client to want to modify a little thing and we have to start all over again

Very Good experience

It's a fantastic program. I don't print and wet sign documents, which saves my clients time and helps me stay on schedule even in international contracts.

Avantages

I appreciate how Eversign makes it quick and simple for me to sign, mail, and seal documents. It enables us to use less paper and encourages a safe environment for teamwork.User-friendly interface makes it possible for those with little technological expertise to sign contracts efficiently and economically. This platform has replaced my go-to option for electronic document signatures since it offers the assurance of an unprecedented level of security together with compliance criteria that are generally regarded by governments all over the world! I can't image using anything else because uploading files is so simple and gives you stress-free control over your documentation process with just a few clicks.

I haven't discovered any drawbacks to utilizing Eversign yet.

Best Useful New Technology

I literally am able to get things done more quickly and professionally using eversign and the cost is the best on the market.

Avantages

Kudos to the design team of Eversign for making the platform robust and easy to use. It's rare to use a new platform and navigate without watching a series of video and that was not the case with eversign. Excellent features with a streamline workflow.

Inconvénients

No cons at the moment. I also do not have an alternative software that I would consider for similar product features.
