Betrügerische Abo Abzug Falle. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dass einmal abgeschlossene Abonnement zu kündigen. Faxnummer ist nicht angegeben. Meine E-Mails wurden zwar bestätigt, trotzdem wird weiter abgebucht.

What I liked most about this software that I use to manage my office is its ability to save time. The time tracking and billing tools are incredibly intuitive, allowing me to focus more on my cases and less on administration. Plus, the fact that it's cloud-based means I can access my files and data from anywhere, which is extremely convenient.

What I liked least is that, initially, it can be a little overwhelming to learn how to use all its functions. At first, it took me a little while to adapt to the interface and understand how to get the most out of all the tools available.

Clio is a very practical app because it helps you acces your clients files, and your calendar information wherever you go, at the same time you are able to communicate with your clients, and get your tasks done.

There is nothing I dislike about Clio I think it is a very complete app that helps you save time and monet, and it is user friendly for all people using it.

- No email syncing to a matter. If want to link an email to a matter, need to send the email, then go into Sent folder and connect the Sent email to a matter.
- No auto future billing. So if you're a Cim Defense firm and your client needs to be on a payment plan and you want to be able for invoices to be automatically be sent to your client, Clio can't do this, MyCase is the only platform that can do this.
- There's no automatic time-tracking, say, when you start creating an email to send to a client.
- Pricing - Clio has 3 different levels of pricing where you don't get certain features unless you upgrade ($39, $59, or $99/mo). Other platforms like MyCase, PracticePanther or Smokeball, you get all the features without having to upgrade.

It's a pretty robust practice management software with a lot of different bells and whistles. I like the dashboard that provided a great snapshot of tasks and events. The features make it simple to use for several users.

I did not like the document editing feature. While they offer a client portal feature, I find that most clients don't want another login so it's really not a great selling point.
