Excellent...Always

We uses hotello since 2009 and, each year, we are happy to see that they continue to improve it, based on the user's comments.

Friendly user

Friendly user, simple, fast and efficient customer service. Improvement: to be able to make changes when the check out is done, for individual and for groups.

Good

Very usefull ! There is some issues sometimes like it laggs or if you copy an event, it doesn't copy all the détails. But, it's a very good program.
