Both my employees and I enjoy using it and it's very easy to use.
Avantages
The software allows me to text and email my employees schedule plus Any updates it sends it to my employees.
Inconvénients
Can't put multiple people on a project on the same day.

i wish it stop telling me to buy the software as the essential plan was so limited what you can do anyway. It will still let employee to clock in and out even when they are not scheduled.

I use the free version. I only need to kssp track of my drivers hours. For that it is a great product

The only problem I have is once my drivers download the app it can be difficult logging on the first time.

Homebase has made managing my staff so much easier!!
Homebase was offered on my POS system so I tried it and its great for managing my staff, preparing timesheets for payroll and checking on time and attendance.
Avantages
Ease of use. It was very easy to train my staff to clock in and out. I also can build a schedule in a flash.
Inconvénients
I would like to add in breaks on the time clock when my team forgets to punch out for lunch. This might already be possible I just don't know how to do it.

Best App on the Clover ecosystem
Hands down the best part about Clover is Homebase. It saves you time, it saves you money, employees love it. Literally everything about it is Superb.

Makes things easy!
Great service! We are also switching over to HB for our scheduling platform as well for all three of our locations.
Avantages
I am currently switching from one clock in/out service to Homebase. We are saving money now and it's easier to use! Staff love it! I love it!
Inconvénients
The only con I have run into thus far is customer service not always being available. This has been a MINIMAL issue so far. But, something to note.

I wish I could go back in time and start using this years ago.
I used Google Calendar to build employee schedules for almost four years, always knowing it was not ideal. I don't know what finally pushed me over the edge to search for something far more functional, intuitive and easier on me as an owner and administrator, but I'm so happy I got pushed. Homebase has saved me crazy amounts of time and frustration, makes payroll reporting a jillion times easier, is better for my employees, and is actually a pleasure to use. I'm not kidding.

Great App for scheduling your business
I like HOMEBASE a lot! I have seen other scheduling and payment softwares and they are just horrible and complicated compared to HOMEBASE. HOMEBASE is so easy, for example it does all the math in the background and gives you the information you need, especially for me as a young startup with 9 employees I couldn't think of any better.

Better than most
It works for what it is. Would love to see an easier way to do multiple days for shifts other than only one week at a time.

It is pretty intuitive to use. I didn't really have any issues setting it up. It was fast, easy and made sense.
Inconvénients
There were a few things I didn't like. I have no idea how to check in for shifts. And it sends you an abundance of warning texts and emails about people being late and not checking in for shifts but it doesn't really explain how to check in . This part was not very easy and was really annoying.

Great time saving App!
I can't believe I used to manually write out and add up schedules and hours. Homebase saves me so much time. I have around 15-20 people on staff and this saves me time and helps me balance everyone's time off requests. And timesheets! I do my own payroll and this ads up hours automatically! Easy to use and great customer support! Thanks for giving me extra time with my family Homebase!

Homebase is a wonderful tool. The functionality and ease of the tool is amazing. I can make a schedule and copy as needed. I have the ability to do payroll on the go based on the time sheet reports available on the web/app!!! Employees are able to request time off or trade shifts. I absolutely love being able to send group messages to the team through the program. You need this in your small business.

I scheduled a training call at a time listed and they never called. I emailed and when they called I was very busy. Asked for her to call back in an hour she never did!

Convenient way to keep track

Best Product on the Market!
After using multiple software solutions for my employee time tracking, Homebase has proven to be the best on the market. This is a very inexpensive way to give me and my employees the comfort of knowing their time is accurate. I use with my Clover system and it has truly been flawless.

We have over 100 employees across 5 states, so this helps us to consolidate employee schedules and time-sheets. This was an absolute must for us and without a doubt this was a process improvement for us. We have saved time and money using this software.

Not much. We don't like the hiring software but have only just started to test it out. Would prefer to use it instead of other more costly alternatives.

I like the scheduling & timekeeping Needs some slight improvement on sales input. Manual input for departments would be great. Also slight glitches on the app. (Messages sometimes freezes).
