Avantages
This software allows the staff at our restaurant to do soo many things. We can receive paychecks, see our schedule, send a message to other staff members, request days off, and so much more.
Inconvénients
This software is so great that there is not much that you can complain about. One thing would be that it drains the battery life out of my phone even after one use.

Great app for my small business
I do all our scheduling and timesheets through Homebase. I love that my staff can see their schedule online and through an app as well as get reminders for their shift. The ability to copy schedules from one week to the next is very powerful. If I need to put someone on another shift it's very simple to do from the app while I'm on the go. There are many features available in the basic version that are just right for my small business and if I wanted to do more I have several options to get more features.

Convenient and easy!
I use Homebase for scheduling and as a clock in/out station. It's very easy to use and it keeps my company organized with employees time sheets. the scheduling is even color coded and I really like that.

Homebase makes communicating schedules and changes from management to employees easy and straightforward.
Avantages
easy to use, quick access to weekly schedule, notifications to employees if they forget to clock in or out at the correct time
Inconvénients
When clocking in, the software can be very sensitive. If you clock in even several seconds into the minute, the app will mark you as "late".

Love Homebase!
Love home base! Super easy to use and works wonderfully connecting with all employees. I use this system for two different locations, love how it lets me easily move in and out of the locations for scheduling!

Homebase Makes Managing Easier
As the manager of a small business, I have become very dependent on Homebase. It has allowed me to spend much less time on scheduling as my employees post their availability and time off requests directly on the app. Having the ability to use Homebase on my computer or my smartphone permits me to access the program at any time. The Homebase program has everything needed for managing a business... time clock, sales reports, scheduling, and messaging. It has truly been a lifesaver!

Love the timesheet feature
Avantages
I've been calculating our employee's timesheets by hand for years. As our company grows, it's been an increasingly more daunting task. I absolutely love the timesheet feature. It does all the work for you!
Inconvénients
So far I have no complaints. Customer service is awesome. They respond quickly and make sure your questions have been answered.

I love this program!
I love this system. It is so easy to use and my employees love it too. They love the fact it tells them 30 minutes before their shift starts. No more almost late employees.

Awesome Time Keeping!!
I've been using Homebase for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love it! It's easy to use, and the upgrades are worth it!! Especially the remote clock-in. My employees love the interface and the price is reasonable.

Easy way to keep employee time tracked

I like the Timetracking feature to keep total hours worked for each employee.
Inconvénients
scheduling is not easy to use. once schedule is published, its hard to change or remove it and it conflicts with the timesheet.

I use this software to review schedules for me and other staff, as well as to arrange time off.
Able to view updates to staff schedules, to easily track changes and know who to expect to be at work each day.
Avantages
Puts the schedule for the entire staff in one, easy to view place. Software provides reminders of work that is especially helpful for varying schedules. Ability to message coworkers to arrange work coverage. Has a mobile app to enable viewing while on the go.
Inconvénients
The message part of the software, especially on the mobile app, has been difficult to use well. Unable to clear messages once started, even if by accident.

Overall if the glitches are fixed this would be a preferred app as I like its features and support for open communication within teams.

Overall, it was positive. However, we decided to hold off on implementation because of internal reasons.

Easy to use anywhere
This is a great tool for managing my coffee shop! I can edit scedules or incorrect clock in times from my phone and I can also keep tabs on the revenue made via the homebase app. I also really love the labor percentage feature that allows me to see the cost of labor versus money made for the day.
I only had a few issues with clock-in times bugging out but everything else is great!

Easy to use and our team loves it!
Before I was using an app that was not linked to any system. Sometimes my employees would see it and sometimes they wouldn't. I have nothing but gratitude for this easy to use software and my team loves it. Managers have been easy to train on the software and I love being able to see the schedule immediately after they publish it. Great product and very valuable.

Great for scheduling today's smartphone oriented staff
We like it for managing staff at several locations. Easier for each team member to keep up with their own dates rather than emailing back and forth.
If we could add one thing it would be to somehow set up a reminder to those users that requests / updates are due for the next scheduling period at a certain time on a regular basis.

For a start-up, helps predicts wages and schedules with actual schedule model that can later be used as a template when the shop opens.
Avantages
Helped with schedule predictions for start-up coffee shop planning. Was referred to this program by another coffee shop owner. Loaded job titles, proposed hourly pay, and began to schedule people/positions to confirm manpower needs based on shop hours, helped predict weekly pay costs for start up budgeting. I like the daily email updates for me as administrator (and GM) and reminder of my scheduled shift coming up Will upgrade from the basic level once the shop opens.
Inconvénients
Took a little time to learn navigation for entering personnel information and loading schedule. Able to grasp quickly and works good now for me.

Great scheduling app!
Love Homebase and its features. It fits our needs perfectly without much hassle and cost! The free version helps us keep a schedule, it allows employees to trade shifts or inform us of their availability, and the messaging allows us and the employees to keep the communication flowing. Thanks!

Homebase Easy Like Sunday Morning
I am a retired teacher who is now working as an artist/instructor at a paint and sip studio. I absolutely love the functions of Homebase. Great to be able to access my work schedule, projected pay, and other wonderful features. I can do it from my phone or laptop. Love this!!

My best friend.
Home base has become my best friend. My employees love it and I don't know how I would manage without it. It is easy to use and gives me great reports that save me so many hours trying to find that information elsewhere. I love Home Base.

Really easy to use anywhere! I love this app.
The best part of this app is I can create and adjust employee schedules from anywhere. With my phone, tablet or computer I can even send a "Thank You" or "Great Job" message or a note to my employees. It makes my payroll way easier too. Great App!

Easy to Use and Gets the Job Booked
Avantages
As a user, I love how easy this platform is to use. It's easy for me to see what shifts are available, and to know what nights I have booked up to work. I also liked getting notifications for my shift as well as when I'm confirmed or not confirmed for a shift, and it was a fun feature that it even congratulated me on my "work anniversary" with Homebase!
Inconvénients
I wish there was a way to back out of a shift if you accidentally confirmed it.
