Avantages

I liked its ease of use once logged in. It stayed logged in on my phone so I didn’t have to log in every time I opened it up to clock in/out.

Inconvénients

I didn’t like that I had to ask my boss to change my time card if I forgot to check in/out at any point. It made for a hassle for those few times it did occur. And if I didn’t notice before the end of the pay period, it could be a bigger issue.

Easy to manage time clock in and out for multiple employees without having to buy expensive hardware.

One of the features I like most about Homebase is the ease of scheduling feature. I can pick up shifts, swapping shifts, and track myhours. As a part time worker who also works full time at another company, seamless scheduling is a critical feature.

Because my part time company requires sign in and sign out sheets, the time clock feature isn't a feature I use but it pops up everytime. It is likely a feature I do not know how to change settings for.

We were looking for an app to run on an iPad, but this doesn't exist. The "app" is basically just a mobile version of the website. A functioning app would take this software to the next level.

The only issue I have is repeated to being a free user with paid access I would have zero complaints. Staff do say there are times when clocking in gets a little difficult. Creates some clean up at payroll time

Homebase was a great tool, straight-forward, and simple to use. The user interface was super easy to navigate, really no learning curve to use the tool. Everything was a simple click away to get what I really needed out of the tool.

It has also been incredibly beneficial to be able to use our choice of platform (PC, tablet, etc.) for clocking in/out and also using the software on the administrative side.

The price point was a huge influence. Aside from that, after watching the walkthrough video on how the program works and how flexible the options were, we decided to give the free trial a shot and plan to continue to use their services even after the trial period ends.

One feature of Homebase that I often appreciate is its user-friendly employee scheduling and time tracking. The platform allows employers to easily create schedules, track hours worked, and manage human resources tasks with a few clicks.

The corrections are a bit difficult, and I have sometime issue with receiving notifications

We use Homebase specifically for our shift work employees who don't work the same hours all the time. Having the calendar open is great for allowing our shift work employees to swap shifts amongst themselves or take additional shifts that become available. The clock-in/clock-out feature is also great for time and attendance tracking.
