O que eu mais gostei foi a possibilidade de ter um software preparado para atender as minhas demandas online tornando assim a minha agenda mais prática e mais flexível, afinal posso evitar tempo de deslocamento utilizando meu laptop onde estiver e ainda garantir um serviço de qualidade.

Inconvénients

Como todo o serviço de plataforma digital sempre ocorre alguns delays de navegação, muita das vezes pode ser atribuído a uma internet que oscila, outras vezes o dispositivo não suporta a plataforma, mas são coisas corrigíveis.

Achei super prático e de facil entendimento, me auclia bastante em reuniões de trabalho, nao tive dificuldades, pois tive suporte e um atendimento super rápido

Poderia ter mais divulgação da empresa pois assim teria mais chances de chegar a mais pessoas que talvez nao conheçam o mecanismo e para o que utilizar

Por ser uma empresa seria, que zela por seus colaboradores e clientes.

Na verdade a empresa Convene não há o que eu não goste, não tive esse momento ou ocasião de algo que eu não gostasse.

Gosto do Convene porque me permite uma qualidade de chamada muito boa, onde posso acessar tanto pelo smartphone ou pelo notebook, e também porque me permite transmitir minhas planinhas nas reuniões sem que tire minha imagem da chamada.

Inconvénients

O que menos gosto é que não tem filtro especificos para as chamadas, por exemplo, gostaria que tivesse filtros que simulasse um escritorio caso eu não esteja em um ambiente adequado na hora da reunião, isso ajuda muito porque pode evitar distrações.

Eu hostei do software, pois ele me permite saber o que esta acontecendo como posso realizar melhores reuniões e como atingir melhores resultados, direções e metas

The administration of this is straight forward and keeps our systems uncompromised.

Generally speaking the product is very good although the fact that you have to pay an extra fee for industry standard 2FA/MFA functionality is disconcerting.

I really like this because it's easy to use and manage, and you can easily get reminders for all of your upcoming events. Convene is a great tool for organizing meetings, appointments, and teamwork both inside and outside of the team.

It is a good software to meet digitally with work members or clients, it is easy to create meeting invitations, the notifications are good, I like the digital whiteboard because we can write anything during the meetings, the audio quality is good, the system of surveys is excellent, shares the necessary documents digitally and ensures that our information is protected.

Without a drawback, it is a software that due to its ease of use allows rapid deployment between departments, there are few problems and the scheduled meetings have been positive.

It was easy to implement and simple to learn how to use. We introduced Convene initially to improve the efficiency of non-executive Board & Committee meetings. Very soon after implementation the Governance team identified more areas for using the software and it is now used for multiple internal management & working group meetings / information sharing.

Nothing really. If we have had any problems, the service team have been very helpful.

Avantages

There are some really good features such as review room which we now use instead of Sharepoint which was more difficult to use. Convene is intuitive and meeting packs can be created quickly without having to convert papers to pdfs as the system does it easily. We also have single sign-on so its easy to access.

The only downside is it probably dosen't look as polished as some of the more expensive competition but it does the job and is much easier to use than some of the better known competition and there ares ome really good features and tools included
