Convene has easy setup process and well developed features for organizing online meeting. It give me an opportunity to engage with our customers through the online portal. The pricing is good and secure online networking system that cannot be compromised by cyber attacks.

Inconvénients

It has great and powerful features that have enhanced successful implementation of most meetings.

I liked it exclusively of the quality that the application provided me with my flames.

There was nothing I didn't like, I replaced because the performance was better than which we used

Everything for our Board of Trustees is kept in one place for all to access. Board meetings with papers helps elimnate printing - which is great!

There is absolutely nothing I can fault this software with. Its a great software product!

I loved using Convene! One of the best things about it was its ease of use. I was able to quickly and easily plan and manage meetings and events, which saved me so much time and hassle. The platform was user-friendly and intuitive, which was a major plus.

One of the things I liked least was the limited customization options. While there were some customization options available, I would have liked more control over the look and feel of the platform.

Avantages

I like the Agenda building as it is really simple but effective, the ability to write notes which you can then transport into Minutes, the review rooms for minute review, and the surveys function.

Inconvénients

The layout of the Minutes template is a bit clunky to adjust. We have had this discussion with our account manager so they are aware. I think the underlying logic makes it difficult to change but if this could be improved it would be really useful.

Avantages

Convene is intuitive and easy to navigate, the tools available make setting up meetings, storing documents and communicating with board members an easier task.

Inconvénients

Ability to view all notes left by board members in the app is sometimes difficult on the desktop version, but this is a minor issue.

It provides us with high quality physical and virtual locations, helps us with planning through an easy-to-understand interface, and has all the tools we need to manage events. We are able to analyze, improve and make better decisions because all members can examine, score and interact. Their event performance and monitoring tools also help.

Inconvénients

By requesting budgets for their meetings and events, small and medium-sized organizations can find what certain are prohibitively expensive.

Avantages

Convene is simple to use. I like that it's a secure way to send papers and access can be restricted for individuals. Everything is well-organised and thought of.

Inconvénients

Convene would be better if the action log was better integrated into the meeting pack - i.e. if the the action log could be generated as a paper which could be automatically included in the pack - and if the action details weren't lost when you bring them forward into the next meeting (currently I do not use the action log for these reasons).
If the agenda times could be broken by sub-item that would be a helpful improvement. And a few things in the admin section can be difficult to find.

It is very easy to organise meeting with the help of Convene. We are able to collaborate with each other by using Convene. Also it has secured network.

As of now I didn't find anything that I feel this is the issue or something like that.

The end user interface is intuitive and makes it so quick and easy for our directors to access the meeting papers that they need. The functionality of the admin portal is great and really saves time.

Convene is a really user-friendly system that is easy to use and navigate through. There are features that we haven't yet started to use, but which are there for when we need them (such as the ability to annotate documents).

We use Convene to manage our Board meetings and we haven't yet found any downside to the product.

The document management and collaboration tools have been extremely helpful to our leadership team in promoting informed discussions and accelerating decision-making. The first and most crucial function is offering great security so that papers can be shared and stored. It also offers distant attendees in management meetings a better connected experience with the option to follow along with presentations in real-time. Additionally, setting up a resource folder for adding pertinent papers is really simple. Instead than scouring hard drives for documents when the board needs to consult them, they can just access the resource folder.

As of right now, I haven't noticed any negative aspects; it's been working perfectly for me.

Ease of purchasing as well as usability. I had a problem in making purchases previously but with Convene am able to do it smoothly.

Price, it is very expensive to use Convene especially while used to other mediums.

Great functionality, simple and intuitive to use. Convene has simplified my Board meeting preparation enormously. The ability to build an agenda, move items around (including attachments) is extremely easy and time saving. Convene's ability to export a pack of papers in a matter of minutes has saved me almost a full working day of preparation. With the onset of the pandemic, Convene was used for lots of different meetings, purely because of its functionality and speed of use.

Inconvénients

I have encountered a couple of issues regarding the uploading of Excel spreadsheets and password protected documents. The former has mainly been resolved by ensuring a pdf of the document is prepared and uploaded. I have not found a resolution to uploading password protected documents, so simply print a hard copy and scan in.

I like how easy it is to use. It makes life a lot easier, provides audit trails and assists me in my role.

To be honest, there is nothing I don't like.

Easy to use, costs are great in comparison to other software we were looking at, made a big difference in how we work especially during the covid-19 crisis where sending paper out would have been difficult via post.

Inconvénients

Not many areas would be good to be able to annotate onto the agenda items.

Very easy to use as an administrator and user. The software is very intuitive and, despite some initial resistance to moving to paperless meetings (myself included!) I've not had any negative comments from users and some are keen to extend use within their own departments. I'm told by those who use other packages that it compares very well with other more expensive software and is very good value for money. Support from Convene has been excellent with a friendly, supportive account manager who is quick to respond to any queries and who is very good at explaining things.

Inconvénients

There isn't anything I don't like about this software. There are one or two small things which could be improved but I understand the software is constantly being refined and Convene are keen to explore suggestions.

This software is web based, so it allows to continue working through any crisis.
It has a library for one stop shop information
It is easy for administrator to use and you can ensure that those who should not see private documents in a board pack can easily be switched off from accessing them by the click of a button.
It is very user friendly and self explanatory.
Training was provided by friendly staff to the administrator and user making it easy to integrate into the College

Inconvénients

The one feature that could be improved is the minute taking facility. It should have an option to be drafted in an accessible format to meet with the Accessibility Regulations, which the College must comply with when uploading documents to our website.

I haven't found any complaints in the product. Azeus Convene is a secured product and security is one of the main thing that every organization needs.

The Board of our organization was very skeptical towards any online tool that would help facilitate the online meetings, especially having in mind the usual prices. Already after the second board meeting, when all of them got used to basic functionalities, Convene is now irreplaceable.
Document management is the most beneficial for our Board, as we upload documents prior to the meetings, go through them during the meeting, comment, change content on the go, and the voting function is very efficient.

Inconvénients

To extract the maximum from a Convene meeting, you need to have either two monitors, or to use two devices - one for Convene and the other for MS Teams/Zoom or other video conferencing tool.

The least we like on this Software is the pricing cost on premise.

That it is very easy to use, quick and convenient and engages Board and SMT with their papers and actions

Would be nice to be able to change and some options for actions rather than the fixed outstanding, cancelled and completed

Easy integration as all we need were just having a tablet with the software installed and creating the accounts for users. After which, the users can access their meeting material their own convenient.

Inconvénients

The alignment of the meeting title can improve further where by it allows us to input more sub title as at times we need to add in sub title when creating the meeting agenda.
