They have been giving us nothing but problems, weather that's flagging our drivers for "speeding (incorrect speed data on their software), or missing dash cam footage of multiple accidents. Its really unacceptable. I am so annoyed i went with this company and implemented them for our whole fleet. They are a true start up and all their "customer support" seems like AI responses. They dont fix anything we ask them to fix. We are considering breaking our contract and changing vendors because it is so bad. One of the first to offer a free to use/ try before you buy kind of deal. It was a great way to let people experience what would soon be coming down the road in the near future for HOS compliance... Literally\! It was good back then and has only gotten better\! Fast forward to 2026, the same awesome service plus some added features that stand at the top of the leader board with the best ELD products on the market.
