Avantages

When software changed from Yooz Only to Yooz Rising, I liked the added features of impersonating, and that the layout can be changed.

Inconvénients

There is a lot of room for improvement with the "rising" software. The documents are not read better by the OCR, sometimes the documents flip to the wrong angle for unknown reasons (we've had meetings that have not resolved this) duplicates are not always caught

Yooz is very user friendly and saves quite a bit of time processing invoices.

Being able to process invoices for payment on a daily basis so they can be paid in a timely manner and not get "lost in the shuffle" by waiting and processing them once a week.

Avantages

Being able to approve invoices for payment with the phone app has saved quite a bit of time and allows invoices to be paid in a timely manner.

This program will definitely make things easier in the future when paper bills are eliminated.

Avantages

Pros: I like that you can search for an invoice by vendor name or dollar amount. It is useful for reporting.

Inconvénients

I am frustrated when invoices are stamped to be separate and when scanned they are incorrectly combined.
It does not always recognize vendor names properly and invoices are not always separated properly.

This software makes my job more efficient

saves me time on my work load to be able to work on other things.

Avantages

I like that everything can be tracked from what time/date it enter the software to what time/date of when it got approved.

Inconvénients

The one thing I don't about this software is the reports. There is not a lot of choice on what to run as far as running multiple vendors.

For the most part I love using Yooz. They provide exactly customer service.

Avantages

I like the idea of less paperwork. It saves space in filing and searching for the document if need be, is very easy to too.

Inconvénients

It does take longer to post the invoices, but that out ways itself with the other functions that it provides like saving documents and searching for documents with very little information.

Great Up to Date/Moderm Software and Customer Support - Really puts AP Software into a new GEN

Overall the team has been great and really worked with us to make customization happen. A++

Avantages

Love the OCR/AI features of this software and the ease of import documents. When we enter invoices, about half of the items are already coded or recognized!

Inconvénients

AP reporting could use some improvements and OCR some fine tweaking but overall no major complaints. Yooz has been great!

My experience as buyer

I'm creating purchase , My manager validate it, after I follow the invoice . I use also yooz to prepare the annual budget, i.e. I created montly orders for serveral regular supplier (phone, internet, cloud provider, data center )

Avantages

search engine very useful to go back to quotation add to purchase request. Same thing with invoices, I can list easily one year billing for a supplier

Inconvénients

A had to download PO to go to the next step, but in many cases I don't use this Purchased Order

Yooz the most convient App I have ever used

I have found this app easy and convenient for me. I can recommend it to anyone at any given time. My purchase order requests and processing has never been this easy.

Avantages

I have found this app easy to use and straight to the point unlike other apps I have encountered.

Inconvénients

This app is not complicated, the fact that you can copy and paste information from the quote to the purchase lines makes things quick and easy

Simpler UI but complicated processing

It is simpler interface compared to Salesforce requisition

Avantages

Easy to use Interface. Everything is visible in one page (i.e the Request profile like name, entity, vendor, currency vs the Request cost line items)

Inconvénients

Too many Yooz numbers for a request. The number that is seen in the begnining cannot be tracked back once the PO is generated. For eg: a POR is requested (Yooz number 1). Then a PO is generated (Yooz number 2). Then an invoice is processed against this PO (Yooz number 3) etc..

Cannot Forsee the approval flow.

Makes invoices process very simple and transparent for all

I use it on a weekly basis to approve and manage incoming invoices. I like the fact we can forward and send back with comments. Also the fact we can automate approval flows

Avantages

The online support that provided immediate help when I requested it. Also the clarity it provides with a step by step process.

Inconvénients

The search functionality is not prominent enough, missing the value it has to check on all operations done in Yooz regarding invoices.

Yooz keeps all staff and management works efficiently.

Excellent Software that helps our practice to be more efficient.
Keeps all staff aware of how much we can work without delay and be more effective for the company. All staff can be on the software and not be restrained.

Must have tool for incoming purchasing invoices

Great tool and very easy to use, would be lost without it to be hones.

Good Overall Experience with Yooz, but Needs Simplification and Better Workflow Clarity

Good overall experience, but need further simplification and proper structuring

Avantages

Yooz has lesser fields to fill in compared to other apps i used in past

Inconvénients

No option to cancel my submission, it has to be rejected by the approver and thus cause delays. The application doesn't show the proper workflow. Also, difficult to track the Yooz request and the PO due to different naming

Easy to use

Very good no problems at all, use it daily to download all my invoices. Project managers find it easy to go in and approve invoices as well.

how easy it is to find a invoice and download.

Maybe using different sorts for the dates.

Super useful accounts payable tool

Avantages

Yooz is easy to use. The support staff is fantastic. I like that I can pull up any invoice we scanned, even by description if we can't remember the company name.

Inconvénients

I wish I could sort by vendor name in the My Task screen.

It's ok, needs some work.

Avantages

Quick and easy to use. Really like being able to follow the approval history to see where it stands.

Inconvénients

Should have an owner that gets notifications. The creator is not always the owner.
Remove the creator from having to approve in the process.

User friendly!

Avantages

I think what I like the most is the support team. They have been so helpful in setting me up, getting us running, and troubleshooting. It's been easy to learn and the accounting has been accurate.

Inconvénients

I can't think of anything I dislike. Everything has been going smoothly.

It has automated process which saves a lot of time of checking and inputting details which saves loads of time.

Lyers and Thieves

This is a very unprofessional and dishonest company. The sales staff cannot explain specifications in detail and sells functionalities they do not have. Then they offer you to try it for free, but when we wanted to discontinue after a negative experience during the trial period they suddenly claim it is a one year obligatory contract, started charging our bank account and do not answer mails anymore.

Avantages

We liked their promises, unfortunately none came true.

Inconvénients

This must be the most unfriendly and confusing platform we have seen in years. Not intuitive at all to work with and very laborious to configurate.

My experience with yooz

Avantages

This software is easy to use, I like its interface and customer support is excellent.

Inconvénients

Yooz Integration

"Change is inevitable"To be honest, it was a big challenged when we first introduce the system to the users because not everyone is open for change. Most of us are afraid to go out our comfort zone which I find normal for most people. As we go along and started using the system it was still a bit of challenged because we are all new on this but thankfully Yooz have very accomodating support team that are always available to help us to solve our issues. Eventually, with using the system for almost a year now it had benefited me and the organization a lot in different aspect like archiving documents, saving money for early payment discounts, saves more time for invoice turn around process and payment issuance.I am happy to using the system.

Avantages

I consider the "Invoice automatic email capture" as the most useful feature relating to my work.Since we have multiple brands, we have set up 4 Accounts Payable emails where vendors usually send monthly invoice and because of this amazing function I am able to save a lot of time to process each invoice that was being sent to us on a daily basis.It is so convenient to flip, track and communicate all the information needed related to the invoice because approvers are also able to write their notes, comments and instruction to each invoice through Yooz. That being said, it made it easy to process the payment for vendor's.

Inconvénients

I am looking for the function where I am able to combine a page or document at a certain order.I have encountered before, that after the system had automatic split it didn't allow me to combine the pages that I need in a specific order that I want.

Often rounds the GST/sales tax incorrectly - can't see where to change the rounding method. I suppose i could askSearch facilitiy doesn't always work as well as expected (reveals too much data).

Yooz capabilities.

I think the program has a lot more capability than our current use. We are looking to expand the capabilities to increase output and possible use in other areas of our company.

Avantages

This software helps my organize process payable invoices quicker than opening emails and in-house mail and allows me to monitor the flow and address backlog that may accumulate. When went through a few iterations of having mail flow to the platform but have settled on our current approach which allows process to direct incoming invoices to the appropriate divisions for approvals.

Inconvénients

Making vendors inactive that shouldn't be used is an issue. Also, Filtering how outputs look in Pdf and Excel can be challenging but looking up data is extremely easy.

Yooz is essential

Overall Yooz has been responsive and been good but could use some more resources in their support model.

Avantages

Being able to automate the retention of documents and details is a game changer. We used to manually scan invoices and this process never was consistent and had holes in the process. Now With Yooz we can be assured all backup is retained and this helps control and management of expense

Inconvénients

This biggest trouble was the in the begging the learning process for having invoices OCR and getting the correct info to come through to the system. Still has some room for improvement but AI always is getting better.

Yooz and Intacct

We have had several different people help us during implementation. The first person did not seem to have a grasp on our needs. But we were handed off to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who proved to be invaluable to us. She provided us with so much support that we are having trouble letting her go. Yooz should never let her go. She is spectacular. She was able to provide us solutions to 99% of our questions and issues.

Avantages

The best thing is the flexibility of the workflows. There are so many options it can almost be to much. Our users are raving at the ease of approving invoices for payment. This was one of very few options that would integrate with Intacct. We chose Yooz because it had the simplest integration and the most flexibility in integrating with our needs. We have been able to process invoices in less than 2 weeks, prior to Yooz it could have taken up to 6 weeks to gain approvals.

Inconvénients

We are still in the old user interface and it is a little clunky. The old interface lacks the ability to customize to a user with some setup items. We look forward to transferring to the new interface so we can gain more features.

We wish the OCR could learn on all fields but we like that Yooz is always striving to improve their product.

Not Bad

Yooz and OnlyYooz were very easy to use. Yooz Rising has been a disappointment.

Avantages

I love the ability to impersonate other people. The display is user-friendly.

Inconvénients

The export function is cumbersome. Support is not always helpful.

Lots of functions but hard for lower-level users.

Avantages

I like not having to make copies of invoices and sending them to finance by internal mail.

Inconvénients

The learning curve is steep without enough guidance from my organization. The training video I watched did not prepare me to effectively use the product.

A Great Automation Tool for the Progressive Accounting Team

Avantages

The ability to set up multiple user groups and automation workflows, this paired really well with the OCR capabilities so our departmental payment requests have improved in the accuracy of their coding. Additionally being able to take our entire Accounts Payable process from a physical to cloud based process has been very helpful.

Inconvénients

Currently there are some small quips in the software that cause some headaches, but we are grateful for the support at Yooz to help us get passed these.

Ease of use and implementation into existing programs.

Avantages

Memory features of the program allow ease of forwarding and coding of invoices. Reading incoming invoices is extremely easy.

Inconvénients

Invoices with poor fonts do not get captured well. Some Vendor code recognition features could use some program updating.

Easy to Use, If Properly Trained, Works great with CDK.

If properly trained, this program is a breeze. There are a few glitches that catch every now and then, but overall it is pretty easy to operate.

Avantages

I like that it does catch that the unit is in inventory or it has been sold. That is crucial for our accounting.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the process does not pick up the stock numbers and items will be billed to the invoice or something else. Our accounting system bills invoices to each truck stock number.

The OCR quality is great and good automation overall when you talk about the uploading files with lot of different options to upload. Great flexibility about customization and personal support.

Inconvénients

OCR issues picking wrong amounts, non availability of APIs with Dynamics, customer support can be improved. backward integration with ERPs to enter in just one and get information in the other.

Yooz!! Great software!

Slowly getting our inventory in order which is helpful. Leaving as we go!

I came from using MP2 and it was a total mess. This has made my job a lot easier and it was easy to learn.

Inconvénients

I don't think there's anything I dislike. It's probably just because I'm still learning.

Great product

Avantages

I like that I can get approvals from managers for invoices without having to do anything but upload them to yooz. All invoices can be correctly coded and signed off on before they even enter our accounting software program.

Inconvénients

Credits do not export as credits, it automatically makes them a debit amount, so i have to be careful and change them myself.

Wonderful to use!

Avantages

Allows for a 'paperless' AP workflow. Every step can be automated, from receiving invoices via e-mail to electronic approval processes.

Inconvénients

Flexibility of sending notices to approvers. Only allows for a 7:00 p.m. notice to be sent to approving managers, or every time you push an invoice (which then bombards my email).

Needs some work.

If we didn't have so many issues with implementation and after it would be a better system. Unfortunately, their tech support has not been able to solve many of our issues reported to them and some took almost six months before they confessed they couldn't fix it the problem.

Avantages

The OCR technology filling out the field data is excellent; however, it would be better if it worked more accurately.

Inconvénients

There are challenges with they way the software receives and sends data to and from desktop applications. The OCR technology is a great feature if it worked properly. If a vendor sends a scanned invoice it doesn't read the characters properly.

Easy to use

We saved hours per week hand keying invoices into our financial software. It helped manage the payables of 1 7 companies.

Avantages

We really liked being able to coralle all of our invoices into one place for easy processing. We especially like the email capture feature.

Inconvénients

I cannot think of much that I did not like about this software.
