Need more flexibility on PO Creation and Process
It works well to us especially some employees are work from home or even can access it on business trip however, when we have issue with the system, it takes long to resolve and support person does not contact us timely
Avantages
Easy to access from any place but still need some implement for Yooz Agent
Inconvénients
Yooz does not block duplicate bill to another system once it's approved in Yooz

Perfect application to manage all the accounts payable at one spot.
Avantages
Ease of Use, the website is easy to log in and very friendly user interface. Always sends a reminder in the email if anything is left pending.
Inconvénients
Nothing really I would say. Its really very user friendly. we have been using it daily as part of the management and it really makes our life easy in tracking all the invoices.

Avantages
It very easy to use and approve invoices. I am able to forward the accounts to the appropriate approver.
Inconvénients
I have to make it a habit to check for invoices daily because I do not receive notifications until the invoice is late.

Easy to use and implement
Excellent with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] as out implementation specialist. Overall we see lots of advantages but we still need to see the overall time savings and paperless.
Avantages
So far it has been a relatively smooth roll out. Our support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) is knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful.
Inconvénients
Overall not much at this point, still in the implementation stage. Most items that posed issues were resolved.

Pretty User Friendly
Pretty darn happy with it. Easier than we used to do but i really don't use a ton of the functionality as only an Approver.
Avantages
So much easier than the way we used to process PO approvals.
Inconvénients
Sometimes i have problems remembering the coding and it always pops up on an old PO screen which is odd.

It feels clumsy to me. I know that I have only been using it a short time, but in our previous system, it took me less time to do the same amount of work.

Need easier access to historical data
My experience with Yooz overall has been great. It automates a lot of redundancy between myself and accounting and leads to faster vendor payment.
Avantages
It is super efficient for me to receive notifications and approve my employees expenses.
Inconvénients
After approving invoices and I often get asked for spending habits on specific vendors and I wish I could easily pull historical costing data from invoices I have already approved.

Good and Easy
This is a quick turnaround time for our company in my opinion!
Avantages
I was thrown in to using the application quite quickly when help was needed in that department. I now log in two times and day and love the auto fill options within it. Quick and easy to use!
Inconvénients
None that I have found. It isn’t super pretty to look at but is functional which is what matters!

Easy to navigate
It's an easy program to navigate and if support is needed, Yooz is quick to respond.

Dependable Software
Good product, keep it simple for most users.
Avantages
When generating POs for different departments and categories we are able to get that done very quickly.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the wrong category is chosen for the invoice. Installing an additional “Are you sure” or another safe guard. If you are ordering Lumber and accidentally put it under Food service, it can create another step to correct it later.

Does the job, feels like 15 years ago...
It serves its purpose
Avantages
We don't have to fill out paper forms...some places still do that, believe it or not...
Inconvénients
This software is clunky and feels outdated. Everything about it feels archaic and inflexible. It's not easy to look up previous orders, or pull needed information.

Great Platform
Avantages
I love the duplication feature. It allows bills to only get paid once even if you submit the same invoice twice.
Inconvénients
Nothing at the moment. I am pretty pleased with the software capabilities.

The Best AP Software Available
Avantages
I like how smooth the software goes from one screen to the next. It is always an easy transition to find the accounts that need to be approved based on the links provided in emails.

Honestly, I have yet to run into a feature that slows me down from completing processes.

The way it automatically captures the specific fields and how you can forward an email which has a PDF file attached to Yooz, makes it efficient.

The incorrect captures then having it state its a duplicate which it's really not.

Yooz can save you time and hassle with doing away with Checks
Avantages
The integrations with Checkbook.io is a very useful tool that can streamline the A/P process with ACH payments.
Inconvénients
The export to QB is a manual Process, so you need to click a button to get the web interface to sync with your QB file.

Great implementation Team
Overall it has been a good experience. We've updated our processes and are dealing with orders of magnitude less paper. And the electronic storing of invoices for retrieval has been great.
Avantages
The implementation team was great to work with, really listened to our needs and wants and worked with our ERP provider to get the data out of and back into our system
Inconvénients
After coding an invoice it still takes a good number of clicks to get it approved and exported back to our ERP system

Yooz
We were trying to solve the issue of lost invoices and time it takes for invoices to be processed. Yes, Yooz has solved our issue.
Avantages
I like that the invoices are tracked in the process so I know where they are at all times. I also use the search function a lot in looking up invoices and when they were processed.
Inconvénients
The user interface is very dated and hard to move through. You need to upgrade the look and feel of the programs. Also, you need to update the app, that is too clunky.

User friendly but a but cumbersome in anaccessable
It took me a bit to learn. The app looks complicated but it is actually easier to maneuver than it looks.

It provides an immediate PO number so that I can make online orders when I want and need them
Inconvénients
I do not have mobile access to Yooz so I am unable to make a purchase if an unexpected expense comes up when I am out and about.

We are staying more focus driven and the timeline for completing by deadlines or before are spot on!
Avantages
Easy as Pie, enter, submit, approve and pay, all in one day. Got to love it!

Well at first I thought it was hard, but the prep works makes the process streamline and makes every day an easy day!

This software makes adding comments to invoices deliberately hard to do. It should be easy to add comments to an invoice getting approved for payment, the options to add comments should not be hidden

Fair - becomes easier as we continue to use it.

Easily submits payment requests via a workflow route for approval.
Inconvénients
The search and filters are a little cumbersome and sometimes hard to find. I also wish I could make edits to the submitted PDF (even just a notation) once submitted. Not an admin to this program.
