YOOZ dévalorisé par son SAV et sa fonction SUPPORT
La commerciale m'a vendu un produit avec une API à mon logiciel de production comptable.
Je signe le contrat, je reçois mes accès et commence à traiter des factures numérisées.
Mais je n'avais pas noté que l'API n'était pas active (et pourtant c'est ce produit que l'on ma montré et vendu). Donc je contacte YOOZ pour que l'on m'active te paramètre cette API.
Je n'ai rien et à ce jour je n'ai pas encore pu basculer ni les factures ni les écritures dans mon logiciel de production comptable.
Avantages
la démo est excellente
la commerciale profesionnelle
Inconvénients
le support et nul
c'est ma 2ème tentative d'utiliser YOOZ
et à chaque fois, cela "plante" au niveau du service après vente
je ne conseille pas cet outil non pas par ses fonctionnalités mais par la fonction support et SAV : pas efficace et pas réactif. Tout se passe par messagerie (mail ou chat).
Si on vous met une réunion TEAMS, on ne vous appelle même pas si l'on voit que vous n'êtes pas connecté car la mise en place de l'API devait se faire via une réunion TEAMS

Très bon logiciel, aucuns regrets de l’utiliser. Facile d’utilisation.
Avantages
Logiciel facile d’utilisation, prends en compte toutes les données sur nos factures afin de facilité pour les prochaines.
Inconvénients
Parfois il prends en compte les mauavaises informations ce qui peut entraîner des erreurs de saisies de factures.

Je ferais un autre choix post 18 mois d'usage
Le commercial nous a vendu en juin 2019, un outils intégrant flash player (qui disparaissait fin 2020) sans nous en informer. Nous devons bien sur 6 mois après supporter le cout d'une migration (aucun geste de la part de Yooz)
Avantages
Logiciel assez simple d'utilisation
La connection à travers un raccourci web est très perfectible
Inconvénients
Il manque un peu de personnalisation et pas d'option pour d'autres activités. Avec ma connaissance d'aujourd'hui je m'orienterai vers d'autres acteurs type Spendesk qui offre d'autres services (gestion note de frais, carte virtuelle, etc.) et permettent de consolider différents providers (et potentiellement les coûts liés) .

We are happy to say that we have been able to address your concerns with the recent launch of our new and improved features and user experience Yooz Rising! The new user experience hosts a number of ways to customize both the look and feel of your platform as well as the workflows. Yooz Rising is not Flash-based so that is no longer an issue but we also have a browser solution called OnlyYooz that our clients can use to run their current version of Yooz until they are migrated over to Rising.
We have been communicating these changes and the new UX launch to our clients since the end of last year via emails and in the monthly Yooz Insider (client-only) webinars. We will double check you have been receiving all of these communications.

La mise en place a été rapide.
L'accès en mode SAAS permet une connexion de n'importe quel lieu et à tout moment !
Tous les interlocuteurs de la chaine d'achat peuvent s'approprier ce logiciel. L'historique ne se perd pas.
Le service comptable a gagné 5 jours de travaux "à faible valeur ajoutée" et économisé 40 Kg de papier dès la première année.
Inconvénients
Les extractions ne sont plus aussi simples avec la nouvelle version.
L'ergonomie n'est plus aussi intuitive.
YOOZ est victime de son succès, l'assistance n'est plus aussi disponible.

True OCR technology. Ease of use and good customer support.
Elimination of the paper invoices. Quicker processing time of invoices. Less manual effort. Ability to approve invoices anywhere internet is accessible. True OCR technology reading the bills. Saves my Accounts Payable staff time allowing for redeployment of internal resources.
Avantages
Ease of use. Ease of implementation. Training excellent. Good customer support. Mobile app. Ease of delegations for employees on vacation.
Inconvénients
Dashboard cannot be customized. Limited metric data. No data on comparable companies in size, industry, or spend.

Yooz for Education
Good product, approval rules work for us. Support team are great, quick responses and helpful! good experience so far.
Avantages
The ease of processing the purchase invoices at the end. the fact that it caters for both PO and non PO invoices (as not all invoices need POs) the reporting functions (using search bar too to look up documents) The ease of seeing your tasks in your section. Yooz breaks down invoice processing and Purchasing processing.
Inconvénients
Some of our functions still don't work - we implemented a 'Split' functionality but when we made some changes it stopped working. Its still not working however the support team are looking into it with the development team.

Good, but not perfect
Overall Yooz is quite good to use, but there are certain features like I mentioned above that led to the experience being a little frustrating at times

Easy to use and to upload documents. Good view of what is outstanding and at what payment stage they're at
Inconvénients
Cannot see a history of what has been paid and when. You can see what documents have been uploaded, but cannot access old requests to check what has been paid

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 User
A big shoutout to [sensitive content hidden] for their constant communication and teamwork with us. We truly appreciate the amazing work they've done, and we hope to support Yooz in becoming a more Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365-friendly software in the future.
Avantages
I like Yooz because they matched the pricing of our old AP software while offering additional features that integrate with our new Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365. This accounting software is not easy to use or integrate with, but [sensitive content hidden] were incredible in tailoring our Yooz account to seamlessly sync with Business Central so that everything flows beautifully.
Inconvénients
As new upgrades are released, they sometimes disrupt our integrations with Microsoft accounting software. Each time errors arise, I have to reach out to the team, and while they resolve the issues promptly, I wish these errors didn't occur in the first place.

An intuitive product
My overall experience of Yooz has been good. It is reasonably intuitive and easy to follow with little training.
Avantages
Yooz allows you to include several dimensions when raising a purchase request which means it easily maps to the existing dimensions within our finance system.
Inconvénients
I feel the reporting functionality within Yooz is limited and could be enhanced. A detailed dashboard style report would be useful.

Once you Yooz, you won't go back
Having previously processed invoices manually Yooz is just next level in invoice processing and AP functions.
Avantages
Yooz has reduced the time in processing invoices which is always beneficial. I like that it also files the invoices again cutting down the time. there workflow parameters are also very useful as you can set vendors to automatically go to one user. second validations are also a great feature.
Inconvénients
Sometime Yooz will read the wrong information and even thought you change the info it is reading, it will still read the same incorrect info on the next invoice

Amazing!!!
Yooz is a brilliant tool for processing invoices to the correct company and department the goods are related to. It seamlessly integrates with Sage and the only time there are errors are on our part, not the software.

The simplicity and ease of use. Such a slick experience for the Yoozer!

Interesting and fast
Avantages
I like that it is automated so that makes processing invoices way faster than normal. And it is one of the safest clouds to use.
Inconvénients
The AI technology is new and I'm not familiar with but I'm sure it'll improve with time.

My experience on the site was very wonderful and very useful as I did not have to go out and pay bills with YOOZ I was paying from home and also my personal information is always safe

A/P Yooz Review
We enjoy using Yooz it has automated our A/P invoice process and we no longer have to file invoices
Avantages
Automation and the AI functionality. How we are able to export files and upload them into our Accounting system. It took away all the manual input and paper invoices.

YOOZ AP Automation
It has helped tremendously with our AP processing. I have been able to increase productivity and accuracy and save money by not having to hire additional personnel. The company is very customer oriented and helpful.
Avantages
Customer support is great. The implementation process was easy and the staff was very accomodating. We had many issues during our implementation and they were patient and quick with changes. They offered options for ways to organize and set things up. It is most likely not the best AP automation software but the price point was great and did the trick for us. We have a very difficult ERP system to work with and they managed to integrate it very well. They also brought in a customer that used our same accounting software to explain to us how they integrated the program and went out of their way to make sure that we knew what we were getting. Whenever there was any issue, they called in someone to help right away.
Inconvénients
Not always user intuitive but once you get the hang of the program, it is easy. In the beginning of the implementation, we were moved from person to person but once we settled in, it worked well.

Paper to computer
It's been a good change. It's been NEW and a lot on my shoulders.
Avantages
It's user friendly for entry and approvers. For someone who isn't very IT smart, having to do the background things is difficult. We were a 'paper only' company moving towards electronic...it's been a hard process.
Inconvénients
Easier workflow - I find that is the hardest to work on.
