Easy to use once you have been taught how but limited ways to learn the software
Avantages
Admin staff can learn the basics within a day, any thing more than the basics is hard to learn, easy to chen information on the property for example (how many beds and baths)
Inconvénients
limited ways to learn the software, we had our knowledge passed down form staff member to staff member, with knowledge being lost as staff left.

It's convenient
The benefits from this software are great, easy to use and paperless.
Avantages
What like most about this software is the paperless work orders and I can just check them from my phone.

It had good things but it's too expensive
Avantages
It helped us keep all our customers information very organized and simple which makes it easier since we find things faster
Inconvénients
The software is way too expensive for what we really need it for, we found got things to use but other softwares offering the same are cheaper and good too

Extremely useful software with a great team behind it whom are willing to help in anyway...
Avantages
Very simple / easy to use and helps to simplify the property management role. It is a great platform to store all relevant documentation and help to organise documents and allow the property management to be forward thinking in renewing important licenses / carry out key maintenance work that may need doing
Inconvénients
Price - it is slightly more that it's direct competitors.
API with XERO is not quite faultless (yet!)

Simple to use and review.
Avantages
its a very clean UI and is easy to navigate. Reports are good also to get the information that is required.
Inconvénients
The system could be improved by having the ability to store documents. Eg a gas certificate or even the references pass confirmation and associate it to a unit or tenancy respectively.

facilitates the use of storing essential documents
Avantages
I like that our properties are pinned on the map, making them more visible, which aids me with arranging viewings.
Inconvénients
Not being able to upload emails. The previous software to which used allowed us to upload incoming and outgoing emails.

We really appreciate your comments. In regards to the email issue, you can download an email as a pdf and then upload them to Re-Leased.

eh, not bad, not great either
Avantages
It was pretty easy to use, pro-active and pretty user friendly. I thought it was nice, but not great.
Inconvénients
It'd be nice if it worked with my other accounts and applications to make it even more streamlined. Thank you!

The Software is very user friendly, it help us to keep all the deals information up to date
easy access to the information, up to date information, reports
Avantages
That is so easy to use it, we can have all the information related to the tenants in one place and with easy access to reports, it is linked to Xero
Inconvénients
In some specific cases I feel is kind of rigid the way we have to input the information, the doc we upload have to be downloaded to see them, would be better if can just open them

Great Customer Support!
Avantages
The integration with Xero!
Instant reminders, being able to access information through the cloud are all very important features for our clients. Great customer support, good follow up as well
