We have been waiting for someone to come along to develop this software.
It's easy to setup, simple to use and allows companies to keep track of their expenditure.
James is very responsive and even gave us a call to tailor pricing for our usage. (ask them to give you a call). We've been very happy and just want people to know about this great software.

Works great, helps us streamline our requests from anywhere

We do all our PO requests through ProcurementExpress.com, and as a green company it's important to save on paper- with ProcurementExpress.com we are able to track everything to the day, store our PO's electronically, access them from anywhere, and save time and money

Emails letting you know it's approved is perfect.

You need a why to hide notes. When I send out the PO it shows all the notes attached to the supplier or trade. Awkward.

Wont stop people placing verbal orders but removes one of the barriers to helping them do it correctly.

Ease

I have been using rubber-stamp for the last two months. I was surprised with the ease. I have actually been assigned to helping others with using the rubber stamp for the first time. It takes me no more than 2 minutes to put a new purchase in with the invoice attached. I love it

Perfect product fit for our needs and very responsive vendor

I received a call from the company within minutes of signing up for the trial a record in my 20+ year career. The software does what it says on the box and is very user friendly, couldn't recommend highly enough if you are looking for a simple PO solution to replace paper based POs.

Rubber Stamp so simple

I have been using Rubber Stamp for sometime now and find it so simple and easy to use it is practical, quick, effective, and you can keep an eye on all your information at the touch of your key board, I pad what ever your using. Its clear and precise. I enjoy the experience of using Rubber Stamp for my work.

Excellent PO software

This PO software is much more user friendly than prior PO management options I have used in the past. There was little to no "learning curve" to understanding how to use it effectively and it is great to be able to go back and easily see historical PO's. Efficient and reliable software.

The easy way to track your expenses

We use it at our company around a year and it is a very helpful tool. We can post requirements that the financial team can review and approve it. Do you need to add more info? No problem, just edit the order item or add a document uploading an invoice to justify your expense.

It has been a very useful tool for us. The only complaint would be to speed up responsiveness a bit. When I am entering multiple PO's every second counts. It would also be helpful to have a better educational discount.

Great product that's easy to use

Main pro is that it's really easy to generate a quick PO.

Requested features:
- Ability to attach files for future reference
- Ability to cancel / edit a PO (maybe it's there and I just can't find it)

I use ProcurementExpress.com for inputting purchase orders (PO) for my manager to approve.

Pros - it is quick and efficient
-Managers can write comments on PO if need be.
-Great if a Manager is travelling they can still approve PO.
-Can download spreadsheet of all POs for own reference.

Cons - I haven't found any to date.

Purchase ordering for SPUD

Using ProcurementExpress.com as a purchase ordering tool has been very easy from the get go. It is simple and uncomplicated and user friendly. It doesn't take very long to create a purchase order so it saves me time. Overall a good experience.

The customer service is also really great, they are willing to work with your business to create a system that works best for you.

The app is extremely easy to use. Now I can track staff spending from anywhere, using my phone. One of my biggest problems has become my biggest joy.

Just Follow your Nose

So easy to use. All of the staff can use the system just by falling their nose. System for fill most of our requirements and we are working with the team to build on this platform to for fill our needs.

Easy to use

I needed a simple purchase order system for my company and Rubber-stamp did just the trick. Its simple but not basic, easy to use but powerful (reporting, exports, etc.)

Our first experience with procurement software. The interface is easy to understand and navigation is simple. DOES THE JOB !!!!

We've only had it for a short time, but it appears to work well.

I didn't realize when sending a copy to another person, of an approved PO, would put it back into the approval process. I'd like to have the ability as the user to undo this if I'm not the administrator (which I'm not).
