Fantastic product!
From the initial inquiry to the final deployment, our experience with ProcurementExpress has been nothing but positive.
Avantages
This software was very easy to deploy. The customization and overall work flow was quite streamlined.
Inconvénients
There are some hard coded areas that appear on Purchase Orders which cannot be removed, but we are working through them with customization.

Easy to Use
Avantages
I use this software to fill out purchase orders for my company for supplies brought in for the restaurant. It is very easy to use and learn.
Inconvénients
The one item that i used alot but cannot seem to find is the ability to copy a purchase order instead of filling one out each time. Many times my purchase orders reflect each other each week.

Great software
This software has helped up stay within our monthly budget.
Avantages
It's quick and easy enough to train others on how to use this software. We no longer have to deal lost receipts or PO numbers.
Inconvénients
The least thing I like about the software is that we are limited to the access of users. But I am aware we can add more users for an additional price.

Love ProcurementExpress.com
ProcurementExpress.com is so easy for our employees to use, even those that aren't very computer savy. It works very well on mobile devices as well. It's super easy to search and retrieve information and run reports from an administrator point of view. It's very simple, so our employees can navigate in it easily and don't have to bother with fields of information that are irrelevant. And we can do some basic customization to suit our needs. The price point is very reasonable! The customer service has always been outstanding! Richard and James have always responded to our e-mails quickly with an answer to our question or issue. I would highly recommend ProcurementExpress.com, it has saved us many hours of trying to find paper POs that either were never completed or were lost in the mail. I can't think of anything I would change about ProcurementExpress.com.

i do almost two P.O. in RUBBER and it's very esay and fast
better way to request an quotation with diferentes suppliers and better way to tracking them in less time

has a very good method for tracking the P.O. and has a good way to add more items and you do not need write again the all specs two times

i can not attached some type of files like a .dgw this type of files are very usefull for laser cuts that we used daily

The software needs to incorporate contracting management as well to provide end to end solution for Source to Pay activities.

I am extremely happy with Procurement Express. It did become a blessing to the company.

Getting approvals fast from top management since one can send a reminder to approve a document by re-sending the PO again to the approver.

It's fast in terms of approval at least one can resend the approval to be done as a reminder, it reduces a lot of paper work in terms of printing documents for approval manually, it's easy to learn and user friendly as well.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the system does not load at all hence delays on submitting documents for approval on time especially if the documents are urgent.

Very intuitive and easy to use. No more paper!
Avantages
You can have a number of projects listed and can easily click through different projects, as well as split an invoice on a PO between different jobs and budget categories.
Inconvénients
Archiving, as only the administrator can unarchive an old job if I need it for some reason.
I don't have any other "cons" to report.

I will need training on procurement express to be able to rate my experience

Since the upgrade on Procurement it is not as user friendly as before.
I enjoyed working on Procurement before the upgrade as it was easy to use.
Inconvénients
I am going to require assistance with the new upgrade to see what i least like about this software.

Makes sense
Avantages
Streamlines all of the purchases into one place, causing less confusion and paperwork. This makes it easy to see which purchases are where, especially since our offices are spread throughout the city.
Inconvénients
Wish I didn't have to copy and paste so much when I order materials from other internet sources. However, it makes sense why we have to copy and paste - not sure how to fix this nuisance.

Use of Procurement Express

Easy to use and response time is great. If you have question someone answers pretty quick
Inconvénients
There are two items I have a little issue, and maybe it is just me not knowing how to make it do what I want it to do.
1. The items as you add them need to have an automatic move up to get to the next one instead of having to scroll up after ever add.
2. If we go back in and edit a PO, to add or take away something on our end. There should be the same PO with those updates that comes from your end. Right now there isn't and we have to write it in or cross it out. This also changes the dollar amounts as well.

easy transition from a per system
Accessible purchase orders to all our remote sites and mobile employees
Avantages
Ease of use, able to make changes to best suit our organisation. We've rolled this out to our remote sites and mobile users and they have all taken to the system with ease.
Inconvénients
Some limiting issues with App, as it does not reflect the same process as the pc users. The single most annoying part missing is not being able to send a confirmation email direct to the supplier from the app

Approve purchase orders for the team while I am on the road
I needed software to help me manage our purchase orders.
My team need to be able to make purchase requests while I am on the road. With our paper based system, it would take several days for me to sign off on purchase orders as I wouldn't see purchase order requests until i got back to the office.
With ProcurementExpress.com, I am able to approve purchase orders for the team while I am on the road, plus our bookkeeper gets a full record of everything that we have purchased, and I get an instant view of how the budgets look.
Pros: Simple, we setup our entire team and were up and running in a few minutes. Fast, one click approval or rejections to any PO is just fantastic.
Cons: None yet!

Quite straightforward and does what I need

Avantages
Automation. Everything is clearly broken up and segmented, I know clearly which parts of the system apply to me which stops it being complicated. I like the email notifications too as it stops me forgetting to send the POs to suppliers.
Inconvénients
You can't search POs by who raised them, or sort them alphabetically (that I can see anyway). This would be a really helpful new feature.

We where paper only , now we're digital and it's great. We have chosen the correct application/program to do it with. Easy and Smooth transition to the future.

As an originator of PO's it has made this task much simpler/easier than any other system...
System not 100% perfect, but not far off. This understandable as no one system 100% for all users. However what does make this system excellent is the great customer support provided by James and the team. I have made several suggestions for improvements over the 10months I have been a user, and whilst not all have been included, all have been considered, and most have led to tweeks that have improved the usability of the system. If asked what PO system I use I would recommend ProcurementExpress.com, as the best that I have come across in +30years of working for 10 or so different organisations.

Avantages
The software is amazingly easy to use, and I can approve purchase orders that have been submitted without even opening the application on my computer - just by clicking a link in an email.
Inconvénients
Purchase orders that need to be cancelled can still be approved, and can't be deleted by team members.

Great Program
Having a team with users at different levels, this program is perfect!
Easy to use and understand, and the ability to access and use it from anywhere makes it very efficient. I like the recent change to include more fields for the supplier! This eliminates me having to maintain a contact list on the drive for everyone. A custom drop down item list would really be a dream.!! Plus you guys are great and are always there to answer questions and help.

I would prefer that only those PO's awaiting my approval were on my dashboard, it is too time-consuming to sort through what is awaiting my approval. Also always reverts to Page 1 so I have to click through to where I left off.

Changing over to a new system can be tricky for some. Remembering how to log in/access the site process is different to our previous system.

Lean and Mean
We are tracking and approving (or rejecting) expenses on a HIGHLY efficient basis using Procurement Express. Our C-Level and Managers have much more visibility on used and available budget.

Very simple to use and our operational staff are very impressed
The developers have been working well with our IT manager to improve ProcurementExpress.com for us.
Would really like the list of contracts we have set up to be Divisional specific.
Would like to be able to attach a document to the PO requisition. Eg - Pricing document, quote.

Easy for beginner to figure out
I have been using this program with my new company, and I have to say, it was super easy to figure out. There are no convoluted processes, layout is intuitive, and the user interface is clean and easy to use.

Its one of those services where you don't think about it. Just use it and it works.

A revolutionary change in the way we do business.
Avantages
Tracking spending across multiple budgets at a glance, as well as being able to add notes and documents onto each spend so there's an accurate reflection of changing business needs.
Inconvénients
It would be useful to be able to submit purchase orders proportionally under different budgets, as occasionally large invoices need to be split into multiple areas.

Fantastic product. Adaptable to each client's preferences and in terms of functionality it has increased the time efficiency of my workload, double fold.

adaptable to the client so for eg in terms of what is./isnt included on the PO's, drop down selections options etc

Overall very good
In comparison to the last system we used this is miles better. Email notifications of any changes are especially useful.
Avantages
email notification & ability to split invoices into different cost codes.
Inconvénients
could be a litter faster when going to and from entries.

Easy purchase order software
Avantages
I like that I can keep track of my items with explicit detail, which ensures that I request and receive exactly what I need.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I am unsure of what the product number may be or if the product I wish to order even has a product number.
