I looked at this system a year ago and tested it and loved it - unfortunately we didn't proceed due to new owners. Now the new owners are looking at a new system. The service has been fantastic both times - with great support from the staff.

ProcurementExpress.com makes my finance life easier

I am not in finance but I have to order a lot for my staff. Our comptroller requires POs for all purchases and this system is super easy to use and manage to ensure that I remain compliant. I always know what's going on and can easily communicate with the comptroller when I need to. I would HIGHLY recommend this program if you have finance needs but don't have the time or inclination to manage paper. Makes life easier.

Very good tool

It is easy and very straight forward to use. I don't know ins and outs of programming it on accounting side but bearing in mind that we are in the first year of using the system, it has been really good.

New ordering system required for Quarry Operations where the management team were external

Edit Multiple is really good!

- Would be good to be able to search more. IE search the content of the PO (search data in ITEM for instance)
- Edit Multiple would be good if you could Edit a whole Budget - but I'm not sure how to do that.

2 Months in

Prior to rubber stamp we running a paper based PO system. Our old system for very labour intensive and provided limited forecast of expenditure. Now I easily understand all my outgoings.

I love the product. It is a much better alternative to using purchase order books and the mobile app is a godsend as a lot of times these orders are done on the road.

ProcurementExpress.com save me time

My school started using ProcurementExpress.com last Fall and it has streamlined and expedited the purchase order process here significantly. Completing the purchase requests from a selection of editable drop down menus gets rid of the paper chase and paper shuffle that used to delay processing of requests and reimbursements. Thanks for simplifying my life (well, at least as far as getting things ordered and paid for. ;-) )

We have found this software a valuable asset when organizing our purchase order system. The web-based system provides for easy access for users. The web-hosted infrastructure means that I don't have to support another application locally. The support for the product has been great, with quick answers and bug fixes.

Basic and intutive PO system

Very simple and easy to use. I did not require any training for our staff to go through the system, they got it from first use. Customer service is outstanding.. Highly recommended for PO activities. ProcurementExpress.com is new, they are adding feature now and then and they listen to our needs and in few weeks you see the new feature added. Great company to deal with.

Overall very good

Staff likes it because of the quick turn around, e-mail confirmation. Reviewer likes the e-mail notification. Accounting likes it for all those reasons...

Suggestion.. when archiving old PO's would like to be able to select multiple PO's and archive all at once.
Also would like to be able to generate/print PDF of PO after it is marked paid.

This is my first time using the software and I am extremely happy with the results. The ease of use and the layout if very easy to read and use.

SO so easy to use!!! James will work with you if you find something that you think it could use to make it's use easier. What I loved was how long a demo took when I was looking for a software for purchasing. The demo took 5 minutes! that's exactly how long it should take when it's made so easy to use. Love it!

We are a multisite church. We use this in purchases and accountability. It's very handy.

I really like having this tool to use in order to get approvals for purchases for our church campus needs being an hour away from our main campus and financial office.

Having multiple names for approval is nice, however, i think we found out if you click more than one name, that each of those have to approve your request. That was a little confusing at first until we figured it out.

Much simpler than alternate solutions out there

We manage a large number of video productions at any one time. Using ProcurementExpress.com I can instantly see what our costs were in real time rather than waiting for the bookkeepers report at the end of the following month. Because it is much simpler than alternate solutions out there, it means that my team actually use the app which in turn means the figures are accurate.

Great online PO system management

ProcurementExpress.com is an excellent solution for managing PO's coming from multiple accounts. We are using this for a large international school which manages lots of different accounts and it really helps each account holder and the accounting department see budgets in real time. It also helped us cut down on a huge waste of paper by switching to this online solution.
