M3 est une plateforme de comptabilité et d'analytique conçue spécifiquement pour le secteur hôtelier. Cette solution fournit une analyse comptable et financière robuste dans un module de comptabilité de base, des tableaux de bord personnalisables et des données centralisées dans un module d'informations, ainsi qu'une gestion des absences dans un module de gestion du temps. Pour la gestion hôtelière de bout en bout, M3 travaille en partenariat avec des fournisseurs d'outils et de systèmes de RH, de paie et de gestion immobilière.
Avec le module de comptabilité de base de M3, les utilisateurs sont en mesure de rationaliser les fonctionnalités de comptabilité avec plus de 16 composants faciles à utiliser et de stimuler les performances financières sur l'ensemble d'un portefeuille d'entreprise. La fonctionnalité de comptabilité comprend la gestion des comptes clients et des comptes fournisseurs, la gestion centralisée des données financières pour toutes les transactions financières, le rapprochement bancaire et la gestion de trésorerie. Pour l'analyse et la gestion financières, la fonction comptable de base fournit des rapports quotidiens avec cartographie des systèmes de gestion des propriétés, budget financier et prévisions, ainsi que des fonctionnalités d'importation et d'exportation des données financières.
Dans le module d'informations (Insight) de M3, les utilisateurs peuvent visualiser et utiliser les données financières et client, à l'aide de tableaux de bord et de rapports personnalisables, provenant de différents systèmes. Insight permet aux utilisateurs d'explorer les points de données clés et de découvrir les tendances critiques, optimisant ainsi la business intelligence. Grâce à la collecte, à la normalisation et au reporting automatisés des données, Insight offre une expérience en libre-service transparente pour la gestion et le reporting des données financières et client.

Great for accounts payable/receivable
I think overall it is easy to use, logically organized and the customer support is great too whenever I needed help. The check runs and reports can be custom made/labelled and each user login can make their own reports as favorites which is handy.
Avantages
I like that this software has all the functionalities required for reporting, accounts payable, receivable, and reporting and that they are logically grouped in each of the menu options. The reports are very easy to use and I love the existing templates. I like that the system makes invoices paperless by scanning all receipts/paperwork into the PDF file image storing system.
Inconvénients
I have to change out the paper in the printer every time I want to print checks manually. I wish there was an automatic way to do this or multiple trays. The system is also a little slow in loading images.

Hotel accounting made easy
This is great for P&L statements and for generating reports that can be utilized in revenue management and managing budgets
Avantages
It is a easy to use accounting program. Easy to reconcile check registers, manage A/P vendors and GL entries are easy to do.
Inconvénients
The integration with our PMS is not available and there is no Accounts receivable functions.

M3 System
Overall, the system is great! It is very outdated compared to the other systems out there, but it does the job. As long as you have a process down, there should be no problems!
Avantages
-The ability to maintain a lot of financial information and translate this into readable and detailed reports in either Excel or PDF format is excellent!
-The ease of uploading budgets with a single spreadsheet.
-The training videos were helpful for me as a first time user of the system.
Inconvénients
-The GUI is outdated.
-Occasional system crashes.
-Running reports is easy - but it takes a lot of clicks/questions to get the report. Once you click "Finish" and you realize you selected the wrong property or period, you would have to re-do the steps. Also, it takes a long time to pull the report, approximately 15-20 minutes per property.
-Uploading budgets are easy - however, when there is an error, the message it displays is not very helpful. You would have to try and determine what caused the upload to error out.

Basic and user friendly!
Easy to learn and use. Needs to be sleeker.
Avantages
Easy to learn and navigate and use for new users.
Inconvénients
It has a dated look and seems old. Not meant for big groups.

We are constantly upgrading the accounting product and while the "look" may not change that often, the features and functionality have been enhanced and upgraded hundreds of times - all at no charge to our customers. We are proud that we have never charged an upgrade fee, that we work without formal agreements and that these values have helped us grow to almost 5,700 individual properties that use M3 on a daily basis. These customers include some of the largest companies and most complicated portfolios in the industry. I am not sure what this reviewer deems a "big group"; however, M3 serves hundreds of customers with more than 10 properties in their portfolio with many of those in the 100 property range. Great accounting program.
I have been using M3 for 5+ years now and I love how easy it is to use.
Avantages
I love the many reports that you can pull to help you stay on track with your budget and invoices.
Inconvénients
Honestly, there isn't anything that I don't like about M3 accounting software. It's easy to use....

Best Accounting Software for Hospitality Industry
M3 is the best top of the line accounting software for the hospitality industry. I have used several different softwares and this is compatible with almost all PMS systems and can automatically generate a daily revenue report from the PMS automatically with most franchised properties.
Avantages
What I like most about this software is the ease of use. It is very easy to use, as well as train employees to use. Customer support is excellent and always available.
Inconvénients
There is nothing that I dislike about this software.

Always Enjoy This Prodruct
I have always enjoyed my experience with M3. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to try them!
Avantages
We have been using M3 for over 5 years for night audit at our hotel. It is very easy to use for all of our reporting and their customer service is very receptive.
Inconvénients
There is nothing I dislike about this. Anything that we've ever had a problem with, they've updated through the years to make better.

Avantages
I like that the program is very easy to use. I like the data sheets and the correspond nicely with the paperwork i use. No glitches and works seamless.
