Avantages
I like that it is folder based and you can make it very visual. I is a great price compared to others I have seen.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a drag and drop feature. And it would be helpful to have a reset point.

Excellent inventory management system for those that don't need the "standard" type of system.
Very easy to use and train others how to use.

Love the degree that the inventory information can be customized - personalized fields, creation of folders to categorize and move items into and out of, ability to NOT use certain standard fields such as SKU and $ value.
Inconvénients
Reports are not great. Would like a way to create a custom report that can be run, rather than selecting the fields you want each time. Also wish that there was a better to show movement on inventory from one folder to another. Number of users is also too small; price point to increase to more than 3 users is too high.

It's been a really helpful product.
Avantages
It's easy to use and customize. A great way to keep track of products. We have a lot of skus and it handles it well.

Images uploading could be a little easier since we have so many skus.

I love being able to track multiple items with multiple users. Shortly allows us to maintain our items for check out and easily see where anything is at any time.

It's easy to manage us stock, ad, move and remove products in big quantities. It's good thing to have the values of the stocks.

Sortly as a stock control system
As a relatively small business, we didn't want to pay thousands for a stock control system. Sortly has definitely plugged the gap that we had.
Avantages
The product is very easy to use. It is a simple and effective way for our team to manage our stock. I like that we can generate reports and have a live indication of our stock levels.

Sometimes the product can be a little slow/laggy.

It is amazing to have all of your products controlled!
Inconvénients
There is no undo bottom option. Specially with so many products and infomation to add into the software, if you get confuse a erase the wrong one, there is no going back. That is a mayor problem, hopefully that can be fixed soon

Does just about exactly what we needed, and the team was super helpful in figuring out if it would work for us.

I use Sortly for inventory because it is so easy to use. The photo section is an added bonus. It's so nice to snap a picture of what I've purchased for instant recall when designing for a client.

I am glad that there are very many categories and options to catalog detail about each product. I keep inventory of my studio and it is nice to group things like microphones and instruments, but even better to be able to break into down into different types of each.

A few minor bugs but nothing has stood out to me.

Unique usage
I needed a product that I could use as the power of attorney for a client to inventory all the items in her home, and I would have to put in storage and be able to verify years later were still stored. She was declining in health and heading into dementia.

We really enjoy the ability to track stock levels of items we keep in our warehouse, this allows us to easily increase and decrease supply levels.
Inconvénients
I would love if Sortly allowed us to easily merge case and individual stock levels under the same item code. Example: we've opened a case and used some of it so we have 3 cases under 1 line item and misc numbers under a line item for individual counts once a case is broken open.

First Time User
I dont love it and I dont hate it. For the amount of effort I had to put in to create the inventory system, Its not worth switching. Additionally, we use this tool for a small in house inventory product display.
Avantages
Sortly has great customer support, and is priced extremely fair.
Inconvénients
I found it a bit difficult to use the software interchangeably on a desktop verse a laptop. Some of their features are not user friendly and its more work than needed (ie. if you have a single product in black but it comes in 5 sizes, you have to download the image to each size item individually rather than being able to "apply to all size variants". Little things like that made it difficult as a user. Additionally, I wish they had a video tutorial on how to use their services and walk you through each step.

I really want to use sortly but I can't justify the price when I can do most of what I need with a spreadsheet

It was a simple set up for an account and the cost was reasonable.

The actual process of inventory with folders and things didn't make a lot of sense to me. Made it hard to actually manage and move inventory. Overly complicated.

Handles what we need
We needed to inventory our valuable items at our schools and this program/service did the job.
Avantages
Easy recording. User-friendly system. Applicable with multiple users.
Inconvénients
Nope! The customer service handled the unknowns for us and we were good to go.

Great for Cafe Inventory Management
Great experience so far.
Avantages
Easy to use, and does exactly what we need it to do for inventory management at our cafe. We set the minimums, an employee takes count and enters it into the app, then we get an alert to order.
Inconvénients
We had to figure out the best way to do our inventory, and a customer service rep was able to help with that. More of an issue on our end.
