Fantastic System at a Great Value
Very happy with this product. It's integration with Mail Chimp, Stripe, and Quickbooks make it easy to use across all areas.
Avantages
Very intuitive and easy to use, customer service is extremely helpful and responsive.
Inconvénients
Since the software was developed for use by churches, there are a couple things that aren't pointed quite as directly at nonprofit use, but for donor and donation management, as well as registration, it works great!

The Best ChMS on the market.
Great customer service, including new updates for Service Planning, Online Giving, intergration with Tithely, etc.
Avantages
Ease of use and full range of functionality. Does everything needed for church adminstration and ministry.
Inconvénients
Hard pressed to find anything I do not like.

Awful customer service
Avantages
Nothing is positive when the negative is terrible customer support.
Inconvénients
The main determining factor in this one-star review is to criticize the terrible customer support service associated with this platform. They do not have any way to telephone in to speak with customer support. No phone number at all. And they refuse to provide a phone number to call even after numerous requests, or for that matter to reach out and call their beleaguered customer. This puts their business model at a zero in terms of responsiveness to the needs of their customers for a fully functioning system, in this reviewer's opinion.

Hey Ray,
Kris here with the Support team. I wanted to take a minute and respond to the review left here about our Support team. I know it is your preference to have an inbound phone number to call (to the point of threatening legal action against our company if we didn’t have a number), but we simply do not currently have a number setup to take those calls.
However, I am happy to say though that when reviewing tickets for your organization I can see numerous emails and phone calls with the Admins on your Breeze account and they are being served really well by our team.
Our team handles thousands of customer contacts every month and many of those are ones where we give the customer a call because it’s the best way to help solve their need. We will be continuing to evaluate the best ways to serve all our customers and ensure that we are able to keep meeting their needs. Please let me know if there’s anymore specific I can assist you and your church with Ray, we’re happy to help!

User-friendly
I have enjoyed using Breeze and it has made it easier for me to keep in contact with people.
Avantages
I find Breeze to be very user-friendly. It helps us to better minister to our church as well as those who have visited our services and those who have attended one of our outreach events.
Inconvénients
The only draw back I have found with Breeze is that the online giving does not allow for gifts to be given to different funds or accounts the church has. All giving goes into one account and then we have to transfer from that account to other accounts.

Breeze is a Breeze.
It’s honestly been great. I turned down a major company recently because of the ease and breeze of using this platform.
Avantages
We love the mass communication and ability to create forms for various thing. Also that multiple ppl can utilize it for different things and people info remains confidential.
Inconvénients
Just need to integrate with Tithely sooner than later.

Church organization, there is your one stop shop!
Fantastic, wonderful, and worth every cent we pay.
Avantages
Breeze has been a fantastic company to work with over the last few years. Any time we have had an issue, they have bent over backwards to see a resolution, even having the coding team go back and fix an issue with an android phone I had. I cannot recommend this company enough!
Inconvénients
If they somehow managed to secure a worship based planning ability, I think we would ditch everyone else.

Easy to Use and Seamless Data Management
Love it, but would like to see some improvements.
Avantages
The best thing about Breeze ChMS is giving staff access to all members and visitors. Beyond that, the management of donations is critical and data entry is very clear. The support is unmatched anywhere. Support personnel even make quick individualized help videos for your particular issue.
Inconvénients
The email template interface is a little clunky. Using HTML is necessary, but previewing it and sending it can get tricky.

Everything right, nothing wrong
I am very happy with the experience. Our office is staffed by volunteers only and Breeze CHMS has been so easy for them to pick up.
Avantages
They transferred all our data over. It is much cheaper than our old software and online giving platform. It is so easy to use compared to our old system. There technical support has helped me whenever I couldn't figure things out on my own.
Inconvénients
There is so little wrong with it that all I can think of is that the pictures from our directory didn't come over with the data.

Breeze is good value for your money!
My experience has been great. I have confidence in the product as well as the "help"
Avantages
Ease of use, fast friendly personal help, the automated help is very good, It helps me do my job well, automation (tags, emails, reminders)
Inconvénients
Do not love that I can text out but not receive a response back. It is how people communicate these days, much more than emails, so I think this is a miss for Breeze. the new filters have some glitches but I trust things will be worked out.

I highly recommend Breeze to anyone! I'm a fan!
Avantages
They have the BEST customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. They are patient and very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you receive the help you need.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I think they are working on the site and things don't come up as they should and then later they do and it can be confusing.

Breeze is a good data base program
I have found Breeze and easy program to learn and train others on. I know we are not using it to the best of it's potential but it works for what our needs are for now.
Avantages
I like the ease of recording donations and the reports that can be accessed. I also find it easy to change fund names and add new funds.
Inconvénients
I do not care for the People search program. I have worked with another program (different work place) that shows a list of the people and than you can click on the name and also the phone number and address are visible in the list so that you don't have to click on the persons file to see this. I do not know if this makes sense but I like the immediate list.

Breeze is great for small & medium sized churches
Breeze has been a great administration tool for us here at New Hope Bible Church, from finances to event management we love the ease of use that Breeze provides to us.
Avantages
It is a BREEZE to use! Administration is easy and event management is easy with online forms...etc.
Inconvénients
Customer Service can sometimes be quite slow.

Overall really good, but make sure you have a "tech guy" in charge of it
We use it a lot, and overall, we really like it. It has helped us to stay organized and consistent.
Avantages
Communication and stats tracking are fantastic.
Inconvénients
My mass emails--for the great majority of my congregation--go straight to their spam/junk folder. Breeze has a way for fixing this, but it's quite complicated.

Great product that has it all
Communication both for internal processes and external information dissemination and inflow.
Avantages
We use Breeze for nearly everything. It's great to have one robust system to help manage our operations, income, communications, and member management.
Inconvénients
More options to control online giving -Wish we turn off credit cards and use ACH only and/or enable donor covered fees for text-to-give just as we can on online giving.

Convenient way of monitoring online attendance, event organizing and gift giving. Very smooth transactional tool.
Avantages
It helps me track and organize all data needed like event organizing, monitoring of giving online and productivity attendance.

Great Product, Great Service
This has helped use streamline access to the people we interact with by providing a database that can be accessed by all of our office at varying levels of user restrictions.
Avantages
The ease of use and mobile accessibility are the most loved featured in our office.
Inconvénients
This is designed for churches and does a great job with that, we are a religious organization but we're not a church so we're having to be a little more creative in how to make it work fully for us.

Incredible program for Church or non-profit database overall management
From the customer service to the ease of the program, this has been the best change we could make to help us manage and communicate more effectively.

The ease of setting it up and using it to set reminders, reports as well as track and communicate with our Church Family.Additionally whenever we have a question, the customer service for Breeze is prompt and incredibly helpful!

Easy and Inexpensive Management System
My experience with Breeze has been a breeze! I am not a techie, so I have been dependent on the tech team at Breeze, and they have been excellent. I can't find a single thing to criticize. The product is excellent. The price is excellent. The customer service is excellent.
Avantages
The features that are most helpful for us in providing religious travel are the easy to use data management system and the low cost online payment portal.
Inconvénients
I am unaware of any deficiencies. The Breeze ChMS has more tools than we need/use.

Love Breeze!
All positive. I will stay as long as possible with Breeze. Especially now that they have merged with tithe.ly, nothing can beat this package.
Avantages
Above all -- their help videos, FAQs, and customer service is top notch! If it can be fixed or added, they will do their best and keep you updated. The platform is easy to learn, has a lot of capabilities, and still they add new features. We've been very happy with this product!
Inconvénients
I am not a big fan with the mobile app. It's not too bad though and for an average user would need it for, it's great. I'm more of a super user and the app isn't really streamlined for me and my needs. I usually end up using my computer.

Very good software
I have used Breeze for over 7 years and I have seen improvements continually. They are very QUICK to answer your questions and have a system where they can actually make a video for your personal question so that you can see how to proceed. What other software offers this kind of training?
Avantages
Keeping up with members contributions is critical to my position. I am very pleased with the system and although another staff person is beginning to make use of this software a little more extensively that what I use it for they are happy with they have seen to date and hope to use it to full capacity in keeping up with membership activities and roles. Fortunately, in the near future they will make it easier for people to access their own name, giving, etc which I am sure will be appreciated by the membership once they gain understanding.
Inconvénients
They had some humps recently concerning on line giving but I am happy to say they have resolved. I do like the on-line giving but found it a little hard to handle at onset. I guess I was unhappy and now I am quite pleased. They keep making improvements and a lot of time what they improve on is because we ask questions and they resolve by changing or updating things. Great customer service.

So glad we found this software
Breeze has helped us to serve our church family so much more efficiently. We take attendance using breeze, and are able to know and follow up on those who have been away for whatever filter we set up. We are able to have reports on birthdays and anniversaries and remember those special days. The big help it has been is with recording contributions. The ease of printing receipts is amazing.
Avantages
Being able to keep all the information on our members and attendees has been so helpful. And having this integrated with keeping track of offerings for tax receipting purposes has been awesome. Previously we would have the member information, and the offering record keeper would have theirs - so much duplication.
Inconvénients
With changing ownership, I think, we lost the ability to send out broadcast texts in Canada. That has really been hard. Some people prefer to receive texts instead of emails. Hope this will resolve soon.
