Justcall: A good way to reach your customers

Avantages

2. Loved the auto-dialling and predictive dialling feature

1. Sometimes the dashboard numbers malfunction.

JustCall Review

Working with the folks at JustCall has been really positive. Their customer care team are extremely responsive and you don't find yourself hanging around on chats - they get back to you really quickly. I also like how positive the experience has been working their product team. We had a integration we wanted to another sales tool we were using and their team went out of their way to see if there was a work around and built out a solution over the weekend.

Avantages

JustCall is easy to make calls with. You have the choice of the dialler on your browser, app or via a desk phone. It also works out from a number what the dialling code should be which when you have alot of calls to make is great for speed and ease of use. The voicemail drop is a nice feature - not the most intuitive feature to use and took a bit of reading to get set up but works nicely.

Inconvénients

Some of the layouts and functionality feel a bit clunky and hard to read. There have been some improvements recently but feels a bit old fashioned. I really struggle getting the data I need from the analytics page it would be better to have a stronger managed package to CRMS to be able to read that data straight in those systems

Its does the job

Avantages

I like the bulk texting, I wish it was a bit easier to schedule stuff out for bulk also but it does the job.

Inconvénients

It is slow, If I am sending text 20 at a time it can take 3 or 4 mins to do it and if one doesn't send it stops everything else after that

My Honest Experience With JC

Avantages

I love the ease of use, customer support and also templates. The system is easy to onboard and easier to develop with.

Inconvénients

Subcategorizing of templates would be preferred. Rarely there are issues which prevent us from calling but usually corrected within 30 minutes.

Good product

It was great but we had connectivity issues with our receptionist in the Phillipines. If it weren't for that, we would continue using this program.

Avantages

I liked how easy it was to set up. Everything was mostly self explanatory.

Inconvénients

That there were connectivity issues and a few problems when we first started.

Efficient and Reliable Communication Solution for Our Academy

Our overall experience with JustCall has been excellent. The platform is easy to use, highly effective, and reliable. It has streamlined our communication efforts, making it easier to keep parents and students informed and engaged. The customer support team has been fantastic, always available to assist with any questions or issues.

Avantages

JustCall has significantly improved our communication processes. The SMS and mass texting features are particularly beneficial, allowing us to efficiently reach out to parents and students with important updates. The platform's user-friendly interface and excellent customer support are also standout features.

Inconvénients

There is little to dislike about JustCall. However, it would be great to see more advanced message personalization features in future updates.

JustCall overall good product

Avantages

I like justcall because anyone on our team can login to the browser and see which team member is on the line and see who they are on the line with. We also utilize the fax feature which is convenient to have all on one login. We also use the texting feature a lot with our clients which makes it easier to communicate with certain clients and it is through the business number and anyone on our team can reply/ see the messages which is helpful. It also records the calls that way you or a coworker can go back and listen to conversation. It also links to HubSpot and tracks any communications which we also utilize and is convenient to have all communications in one spot. There are a few things I have asked on customer support normally answers fast if you have any issues and follow up always. We use this app Everday as our main source of communication besides emails. We also are able to schedule the lines to be ring only during our office hours which is also very convenient.

Inconvénients

A few downsides to just call I think we have is not being able to transfer a call directly to a voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when someone is on the line already or just can't take the call at that moment instead of it ringing to their line. Another thing I think with the faxes is that it doesn't send you a confirmation of the fax once sent.

JustCall May be Just What you Need

Avantages

Plenty of features, all combined into a single platform.
Customer service is typically quick to respond, although can take a few hours in some days.
Features provided are usually not available in many other similar products and competitors, such as live monitoring for example, or bulk SMS.

Inconvénients

High cost. Every call, text, whether incoming or outgoing, costs money and is counted towards your monthly bill with JustCall.
Use of features is not as easily accessible or understandable, mainly because of less demand in some features, but also because of the technology used to implement those features with your CRM. Such as individual CRM integrations rather than full and general integrations that cover everything through a single account.

It is a company that listens to the needs of its users

It is a good telephony solution, it comes with integration to different CRMs, making it easier to record information and maintain control over the number of contacts. You have the ability to listen to your calls and view data such as the number of calls per day

Avantages

Whenever I need assistance with an error or bug within the platform, they try to resolve it in the best way possible.

It is easy to use, practical, and very intuitive

I have used their AI integration a few times since it is part of a more expensive plan, but it offers several advantages and conveniences for call summaries and note-taking, as well as various interesting data points.

Inconvénients

The support team is from another country, and it is only possible to communicate with them in English. Despite this, communication is often complicated because none of them are native English speakers, so I sometimes feel that they don't understand what I mean or that they respond with things unrelated to my request

THOUGHTS ON JUSTCALL

I worked as the front desk receptionist for an oncologist. I spent a lot of time scheduling and rescheduling our patients, which was crucial for treatment appointments and tests. The appointment management aspect of the program was highly successful!

Avantages

Simple setup and an easy-to-use UI are two things that users like about JustCall. It's a pretty basic program.

Inconvénients

Occasionally dropped calls or poor quality. It's not frequent, but sometimes happens

JustCall helps scale your business

IT's decent, we can stand the hiccups for the advantages the overall system brings. JustCall Customer Service and support is exceptional. Live chat, follow ups and sometimes even phone call to discuss in detail has been a factor for us to remain with JC. Other companies didn't provide live support across 3 continents and JC assist us 24/7.

Avantages

JustCall allowed us to grow into other countries while maintaining a centralised control of the numbers, billing, recordings, training while syncing all our contacts from our CRM across 3 countries into our call centers for our customer success team. If we didn't have this tool, it would be a massive headache to have local numbers, coordinate people with onboarding/offboarding who join or left the company, etc.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the quality of the calls drops and there's a lag. 2 out of 10 calls we have an issue with.

Pricing structures no longer align with my business use, customer support has gone downhill

I have been using them since December 2017, then suddenly changed their pricing plan structures. They automatically placed me on a plan that is 271% higher cost than I had been on and think that that is acceptable and aligned to "market standards" to do this without my consent when they have a plan more closely matching the previous price I was paying. Thats a goodbye from me for 6 years as a loyal customer

Avantages

I was never a high user of the platform but it worked as required including features such as hours of operation and ease to add additional numbers

Inconvénients

Pricing structures don't work for my business use anymore and the customer support has significantly gotten worse to a point it is not viable to rely on them for my business anymore

Errors/glitches make JustCall difficult to use

Frustrating. If a couple things were fixed it would be easy to use and really helpful in my day to day work. But right now, I have to use work arounds that take time. I asked JustCall support about the audio problems and the Hubspot intregration/Chrome Extension and they told me that it was my computer. I literally got a new computer and am still experiencing these issues.

Avantages

The ability to call and text my students directly from a JustCall number means I am not using my personal phone number. Calls and texts usually go through fine and the call quality is fine.

Inconvénients

The integration with Hubspot does not work. Instead of being able to open the dialer directly with my students number already pre-populated. I have to open the Justcall dashboard, then open the dialer, then find my students number, and copy paste it into the dialer.

Also if I have the dialer open, it will mess up the audio or a Zoom call or other video I am playing (Youtube for example.)

It helps me improve dinamic and make my tasks at work easier.

It has been fantastic to simplifiy my work and bring more dynamism and speed to important tasks I do everyday.

Avantages

As I work at the commercial sector of the company, my work consists of making a lot of calls while analizing information and viewing other materials, so JustCall facilitates by having everything integrated and easier to use simultaneously. Along with that, as I work mostly with international clients, I dont found any problems with international calls as it might would have normally.

Inconvénients

I believe that sometimes it could be more practical when you finish a call, it appear automatically to call again, and not have to close by clicking in the dismiss button, because I call currently and many times as I dont get any answer I have to call again and again and this little thing slow downs the process.

JustCall - Fantastic Organizational Communication Tool

Avantages

Our organization captures all phone communication through JustCall's integration with our CRM. The integration allows me to call or text contacts directly from the CRM without typing in a number. This is a true timesaver!

Additionally, JustCall's reliability is impressive. Calls are clear and never dropped.

Inconvénients

If JustCall could create, save, and share texting templates to send to contacts quickly, it would be near perfect!

User-Friendly JustCall

I like how easy it is to use and never had problem with it so far.

Avantages

It's really easy to use for a new user like me. The navigations are smooth and settings are easy to understand.

Inconvénients

It's only when it sometimes lags, but it could be because of my internet connection, too.

Nickles and Dimes

Meh. Switched to SMRTPhone which, for my purposes, is much more integrated and user friendly. It is far more cost effective that Just Call. Sadly, the product was OK, but they really need to come up with other options for Solopreneurs. Say, a charge for ala cart integrations.

Avantages

The system and phone app work well. Call quality was good.

Inconvénients

Advertises that it integrates with various CRMs. That is only true at the second level of service which requires two users. As an individual user that was a waste of money, but I tried it until I found that to get FULL integration with my CRM (Podio), I had to upgrade once more to the third level and pay for multiple users. I cancelled. Service was OK, though not sure they really kept close track or understood all my questions. The las person I spoke to before cancelling, tried to argue with me about what I experienced. That was pretty pathetic.

It’s good but could be better

When there is a concern it takes a long while to get help and they don’t get back to you with updates. New features are nice but there should be more

Just Call: A Review for Businesses

I believe that my experience with Just Call is a roller coaster ride. There were times that my usage was at the lowest because of the conflicts and confusion I have encountered but there were times as well when it is easy to use.

Avantages

One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation). Also, we suggested a feature last time that can mute the call while we get the credit card information of clients and it worked.

Inconvénients

What I like least about Just Call is the unclear and misguiding instructions coming from their team members. The suggestions and instructions of the first member is different from the second one which makes the client confused. Also, there were times when I went back and forth many times with them about our business registrations but we still ended up being rejected despite following their instructions.

A good product, might not be perfect for everyone

Was looking for a solution to allow us to reach towards customers from all over Europe. JustCall is a good solution but was missing on some functionalities that we were looking for.
Appreciated their attempts at supporting us and how helpful and nice the team was. Good company, can see them helping other succeed!

Avantages

I liked how straighforward and easy to set JustCall is.

Inconvénients

I think that depending on company needs, their offering might be lacking and some more flexibility would make their product better.

Great tech, great service

So far its great. It is a hige step up from Vonage and other services we have used.

Avantages

We love the seamless integration with Pipedrive drive. Plus the AI generated call summaries are a game changer for my team.

Inconvénients

overall ok, but should be better

well its going ok, but sholud be better, for example our phone calls doesnt have the recording option and we are trying to contact them a week for that and no response, also the app in the phone the time and dates are wrong , and never update to the right time or right date, i think for the price i am paying should be worth work everyhting and the should contact us fast for the solution

Great Solution

Best tool for doing cold calling around world

It is very good till now and we are planning to stay with them for a long time

Avantages

Easy to use UI, We can get data on the number of calls made, the quality of the conversation, we had increased quality of our calls and increased getting more leads.

Inconvénients

Calling is like how you make a call on WhatsApp, there is a little 1-2 second delay in the response. Apart from that, i don't think we have an issue with Justcall

Feature Rich - Questionable Support & Interface

Decent platform, feature rich. Again, they need to work on offer better support and refine their interface.

Avantages

The platform is incredibly feature rich. It has all of the functionality we need to run successful lead management.

Inconvénients

The time it takes for their support structure to get back regarding open issues is unacceptable. Often I find myself having to repeat details previously provided. Also the interface is not very intuitive.

Avantages

The ease in using JustCall for my team is great.

Inconvénients

I do not like that I do not know how to complete full integrations with my CRM. I do not like that I am not provided with a user guide and can not have my questions answered quickly.

The team immediately noticed the high call quality, we didn't have any more dropped calls or weird connections with people, which is a big win when dealing with possible clients.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it freezes or asks me to stop calling so fast in a row, let it breathe. I think that could be fixed.

Excellent solution and excellent customer support

I had numerous interactions with their customer support and I find it simply excellent. I had cases of them working with their developers to fix an issue we were experiencing with an integration. I also had them actually release an integration few weeks after I asked (our ATS). Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.

Avantages

Justcall integrates incredibly well with a large amount of other Saas. Their ability to thread Callcs, voicemail, SMS in a single conversation within several different CRMs is something that (incredibly?) remains something very unique. Most other solutions do voice but not texts and if they do texts it is only through their own dialer but info doesn't flow to the core Saas that originate the communication. With Justcall we have the ability to see all conversation regaridng of medium in a single place, be it a candidate conversation in our ATS or a support interaction in our CRM/ticketing system. It works and it work well.

Inconvénients

They seem to be moving to new plans that include unlimited calls but for our user case that is not the best. I have relatively many users for a relatively low traffic so I prefer to keep paying phone traffic separately. Not an issue for us as we remain in the old plan, but something to assess. Most other solutions in the market beside Twilio will likely also have an unlimited calls options by the way.

The Best Dialer

Avantages

The sales dialer is extremely useful, we are able to dial about 40-50% more numbers and can effectively manage the leads we are calling as well.

Inconvénients

A bit expensive but it makes up for how much we make using it. Its also kinda confusing when you first start using it.

La capacidad de revisar llamadas y ver las llamadas y su actividad de SMS facilita la capacitación de los empleados y garantiza que se completen las tareas . También significa que puedes revisar tus conversaciones para realizar tu próxima llamada. más productivo.

Inconvénients

Lo único que sé es que el plan premium para equipos es más económico y tiene la función Plantillas de SMS.

Avantages

My company likes that you can record calls and listen to the playbacks for training purposes.

Inconvénients

3 way calling takes a little more work to set-up unlike 3 way calling from your cell phone so this was my companies least favorite feature but you can make 3 way calls by creating a conference for all attendees who need to be on the call together.

Oveall I am getting good results from the Text blast. Everything else I really dont use much due to the expense but The bulk sms is the best option on this platform for me.

Avantages

The Mass texting and the auto dialer. IT gets expensive but you just have to limit yourself to afford the fetures.

Inconvénients

The cost is alot. I try my best to stay away from intergrating too muchand for using too man of the options that are available. The one thing I dont like is the cost per seat., I can only affrod one extra seat because it's 460 per seat. that is really way too expensive. I can't even hire a full 5 man staff.

A lot of countries are blocked, I understand it's to prevent spam but it can cause a lot of friction sometimes. Also, the call quality through the hubspot integration can be bad sometimes and hard for people to understand us

Wonderful! I will be using JustCall over the next year with a smile!

It's fast and easy to use! I make all the calls that I want without an issue.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it crashes, especially when I dial a bad number or the like, but it's so fast it fires back up in a fraction of a second.

Unauthorised charging and short refunds. Locked out of account with credits bought and paid...

A nightmare! I lost weeks of time and thousands in generally predictable income. I wish I would have got hands on earlier. The thousands spent without first hand dealing with them. I wish I did it years ago. I am excited to cut costs and work with a company that does not allow there staff to act like this.

Avantages

for the 4 times I got to use it the mass text. And even though I never got a chance to use it the AI bot sounds interesting but. Other then that I liked looking for a new company that will respect all levels of business not just what it looks like at face value.

Inconvénients

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude and condescending. repackaged standard offers as ways of trying to fit a categoric failure. I felt like I was being pitched by cons. and the con was horrible at cons.

Terrible experience

The app is really good. The features of the system are amazing.

transferring our existing numbers to just call was a pain staking process. We are two months in and they have only ported 1 out of our 8 phone numbers. Customer service has been terrible.
