Terrific Quality and Easy Access
Our webcasts are of much higher quality than with our previous vendor.
Avantages
ON24 has been a terrific webcast tool. The streaming audio is always of high quality. It's easy to access video clips during a presentation. And folks can access the webcasts from a smartphone, tablet, or computer terminal/laptop.
Inconvénients
Sending messages to attendees as a group is clunky, and Q&A too.

Our team has really liked ON24 and the interface and support they offer. Our team has attended Webinar World and has had a great experience with the team who support us. We really like creating webinars and understanding our analytics in a simple and straighforward way.
Avantages
ON24 has great features to customize the webinar console, use video, and create audience engagement. They provide good support and education and have continually enhanced their product to extend features and functionality that have helped us improve the webinars we offer.
Inconvénients
ON24 has out performed the other platforms we have used and we are happy with the product. There have been a few simple limitations with simulive features that we came across, but have not had it be a barrier for usage.

Great platform to manage our webinar content programs
Avantages
On24 has a vast number of customisable modules to make the user experience a lot more efficient and promote engagement.
It's easy to set up and schedule webinars, email reminders and post-event follow up.
We can easily integration with our marketing automation platform to manage the registration on our own site/landing pages
Inconvénients
There have been issues in the past with the quality and reliability of screenshare functionality which is a major area of functionality for us as a lot of our webinars are demo-led. However, On24 have taken various steps to improve this.
The options for editing webinar recordinds are somewhat limited and it can often take a long time to export these files.

ON24 suits my business needs. The webinars I have conducted have always run very smoothly and I have had great feedback from audience members on the viewer experience. As a company we have just signed up for our 2nd annual sponsorship given the success of last year. I would recommend ON24 to any company seeking a webinar platform provider.
Avantages
The software is efficient, reliable and relatively easy to use. It enables all speakers to dial in from different locations.
Inconvénients
Sometimes a select few audience members struggle to dial in. If they join the webinar a few minutes early, the waiting page doesn't refresh when the webinar actually starts so they miss the first few minutes and have to automatically refresh their browser to launch the live webinar.

I think it has been great and the team is very supportive and responsive!
Avantages
The ability to customize on the user end.
Inconvénients
The difficulty with creating simu-live webinars---time stamping to match the slide deck and video is very time consuming. The multi-registration page is on my least liked list as well.

Great System, Great Support
I have several business units within our organization that now come to me to set up and help with their webinars. They have been very pleased with the results of their webinars and appreciate the result reports that I pull from the system.
Avantages
I like that's easy to use and configure your webinars.
Inconvénients
The only thing that we have received complaints on is that there is no phone line so all questions must be submitted via the Q&A tab and there is no verbal communication. We have a couple leaders that really like the have that option.

Avantages
Relatively easy set-up and end user friendly.
Inconvénients
Data/reporting - easy of pulling data, tracking engagement, poor integration with Salesforce, certain items in set-up that could be made easier (i.e. pre-set drop down for DOB, copying a webinar doesn't save the time zone or other features)

Avantages
ON24 had unparalleled customer support along with great customization within the platform. This includes slideshare and screenshares for showing off demos as well as Powerpoints.

Make sure for screensharing, you test everything first and install the required extras

Avantages
The software interface is easy to use, which is especially important with speakers who have never used the software before. Also their support is great - quick to respond and helpful.
Inconvénients
Upgrades and changes are not adiquitly communicated with current customers.

Our company began a contract with ON24 after meeting with several competing vendors. Ultimately ON24s capabilities were our favorite - and we often have ~500 or more people viewing and calling in with live questions.
Avantages
Our team loves the Simulive feature - it is so great not being limited to strictly a live only recording. Being able to re-record as needed is great.
Inconvénients
We struggle trying to edit a past webinar, i.e., shorten it, delete slides, etc. Sometimes we want to cut half of a slide out, and struggle with this editing part.

Overall ON24 works with what we've been doing so far. I don't believe we work directly with ON24, we work with TSN who works with ON24 who in part works with us as our Vendor.
Avantages
The ability to have 2 platforms to host and support our Webinars/Webcasts as well as Library for our In person events we have stored
Inconvénients
Not being able to toggle between the two platforms. I feel like we are on one platform with 2 users IDs so that we can actually use the features of one and the other is just a storage base - they should be integrated

Best platform to use
We've seen an increase with attendees and on demand attendees since moving onto On24. We're able to provide our users with more insights than we have been able to do previously, and our community are now more engaged than ever before in our webcasts.
Avantages
Ease of use, always being updated with new features, listens to the community and introduces new features/products or services based on what we need.
Inconvénients
Costly compared to others platforms in this area, have had a few issues with on demand version not downloading, but has been quickly resolved so not a huge deal.

It's been great, I just wish I could double the size of my team becuase with a very small webinar team, I feel like we are only scratching the surface.
Avantages
ON24 has countless features, options for customization, branding, tracking, CRM integration, content gateway, great audience experience, etc. we could go on and on!
Inconvénients
the more robust the software, the more can go wrong. If the webinars are not set up perfectly, the webinar will not run smoothly. You can not make changes on the fly (if you set the webinar up with no screenshare, you cannot change your mind on the live webinar) if you need to change the console, you cannot do so when the webinar starts, etc.
No dial-in number as a standard offering for webinars
We also wish that ON24 could be used for demos and 1-on-1 calls but the audience lag doesn't allow for that.

Avantages
The ease of use to produce a webinar is incredible. I did not know much about webinars when I got started, and this platform made it easy for me to create and access what I needed to know quickly. It provides a good customer/attendee experience and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Inconvénients
Honestly, the one thing I get frustrated about is how long it can take to upload our slides or files.

It has been positive. We were offered some additional training on how to further customize the background but have not received that yet.
Avantages
This software makes creating an event so simple and there are many tools to help enhance the webinar experience.
Inconvénients
That there is not an audio function were participants can speak. We use this a lot as a virtual classroom but for some of our more advanced course we have to use Skype for business as students in multiple locations need to communicate. Our previous vendor "Go To Webinar Suite" had this technology.

We have speakers from all over the world and the biggest problem we've been able to solve is to host webinars with our speakers from everywhere --together! The flexibility allows us to record the webinar at different times and still give the audience a seamless experience!

ON24 provides a great user experience to webinar attendees by allowing them to "customize" their journey. They also have a fantastic user community with lots of great tips and best practices for improving webinar programs.

It has been good aside from a glitch where people have issue accessing our old Webinars.

Good but needs work
Fine. But there are issues. Can't "preview" without publishing. Shouldn't even be an option in the PXD.
Avantages
Fairly easy for the presenters to record.
Inconvénients
Very problematic. Can't stop recording, like a normal recording device, and restart at that location in a slide, or can't just re-record over a portion of the slide. You have to do the entire thing over again. Annoying. If a presenter hits the stop record button at the moment they quit talking, the system will very likely cut off the last word, or two, or a portion of them.

It's dependable - it always works, no more stressing if your webcast will function properly. It's very easy to use and their customer service is top notch. They are always someone available to help out with any quesitons.

Inconvénients
Because there are so many different aspects to the software, there is a bit of a learning curve.
