Easy to Configure and Great Support!
Avantages
Really easy to build and configure - even for someone with no coding experience. Great customer service.
Inconvénients
Missing certain features. Difficult to build PDF outputs for retention in our systems. Support from our sales engineer has been top notch

Just Love using Process Maker
WAs able to learn how to use it and export models within a day. Work mates found it useful and are considering using it as well. The built in Dashboards made me look like a star

Feedback on purchase and installatio of ProcessMaker BPM Software
Experience is good so far but requires training of users which could have come helpful with license purchase - additional approval to fund training of users is being sought to bridge this gap.

Powerful functions! And offer community edition for startup companies. It is really useful and powerful. I am planning to put all my process on it.
Inconvénients
I would suggest the development team could provide more tutorial or other video training course. I did have difficulties in learning the operation of the software.

It was different than Visio, which I am used to
Avantages
It was easy to create dynaforms and templates. I also found the ability to save dynaforms and import them very handy. I liked the overall look of the dynaform created
Inconvénients
I found it extremely difficult to extract processes, then import them again. I had to redraw my processes. I also wish there was a way to align arrows horizontally and vertically, and equally space them.

Really easy to use
Avantages
Easy to use and gives my business more value. I installed really fast and start using with small capacitation.
Inconvénients
I would like to have more youtube videos about the use and some small customizations. At this moment I don't have any problem that is why I don't have any concern or problem.

HR Department Workflow
The software has been tested on the issuance / management of holiday requests, compensations, allowances, bonuses and attendance in both English and Arabic.
We also worked with Stock management processes such as stock-in, stock-out, and purchase requests , also in both languages at different clients.
There were no problems experienced after the final Implementation and Go-live stage up to this day.
Note: in low-IT awareness organizations, It is much better to Implement the software with the presence of an IT department and a dedicated IT manager who understands business process well for the better administration of processmaker.
We highly recommend this software application.

I'm satisfied, but migrating from version 2.x to version 3 is not so simple.
Avantages
It allows me to perform countless validations of activities and flows in an integrated way with numerous market or independent solutions, generating even more value for my clients.
Inconvénients
They could support more the software factories that like us are spreading the software and also generate a base of solutions and examples already developed so that we can use as cases.
Missing a versioning of the flows for it would be very useful.

I am using the ProcessMaker in my organization, and I can say it is very well designed. Easy to use interface email alike, and with set of really powerful process design and use tools

It is difficult, it is very well designed. Perhaps that you could have more predefined processess or a market to download them

Solid OpenSource Business Process Management from day 1
Since the very beginning around 7 years ago, we use the Community Edition of ProcessMaker and are very pleased about its functionality, design, develpment and scalability. Unfortunately, since the enterprise version is for large corporations, none of our projects have benefited from it yet.
Thanks for all the good code the developers of ProcessMaker wrote and made our projects successful. We will be using PM 3.0 now with REST functionality and are thrilled to integrate this software easily into 3rd party software solutions now.

A fiendly and powerfull tool for workflow
Avantages
This was an incredible opportunity for me to learn about workflow, since is my first time working with this, ProcessMaker helped me to understand the basics so intuitive an easily.
Inconvénients
Is a personal theme, but other language rather than PHP would be better to become this software a more efficient and friendly tool, but this is a technical topic, so is irrelevant for the features that this language provides.

Excellent Value from money
We have been able to implement multiple business processes in Process Maker, simply by watching a few examples on Youtube. The software (Particularly in the latest v3) is extremely simple to use once the basics are understood. The platform is stable and provides multiple methods for integrated with other business systems such as CRM, ERP or Reporting tools. In addition, it provides authentication integration (LDAP and Active Directory) meaning we don't have yet another user list to manage.

easy for users
In summer 2018, I participated in the 10-day training but did not take the certification because I was not involved in architect tasks. To date, my institution has not asked me to use this software. Our trainer was excellent!
Avantages
Forms are easy to design and there doesn't seem to be any options missing to meet all user's needs from check boxes to upload functions.
Inconvénients
the flow charts for taskflow was a little cumbersome.

Seems to have all aspects of an enterprise workflow. Easy to install. Has a lot of options. Good wiki and forum to provide details of options. Need knowledge of PHP and Javascript to utilize all features.

10 on 10 - Process Maker is a must to have Workflow Engine
I've been into the BPM space and Digital Transformation for the past decade. Process Maker makes one of the wisest choices when looking for a capable and comprehensive Workflow and BPM softwares.
Avantages
Web based Process designer makes it really easier to access, create and amend your workflows on the fly.
Inconvénients
At times the system seems to lag when designing complex workflows.

Review of Processmaker
Easy to use and very empowering for the business to create tactical workflows which do not require much of systems integration
Needs improvement on the BPMN Process flow notation and be more model driven. Process configuration would be faster if based on the process objects rather than accessing the widget panel

ProcessMaker Workflow ease our business process
I'm using the community edition and currently on the process of buying the license. I had to start with Standard package as the license for package that I really need is expensive.
On using it, it seem that ProcessMaker is easy to use to IT but still quite difficult to business user especially to beginners. However, with support and guidance from ProcessMaker local supplier, this 'problem' is eliminated.

Very easy to get started with and a fast evolving BPMN compliant BPM solution.
ProcessMaker is Open source which allows you to test the software at no initial costs and make changes to the source code. It is fully web based and now has a new mobile app for iOS and Android.
Quite a number of the cool features are however limited to the enterprise version. the organisation is still growing and support for customers in non-US regions is not as optimal as can be.

Broad solution but also very customizable
I've just had problems installing the Linux version on my server but I had the support from process maker and made it. The community also helps you a lot regarding customizing the software to your own need. With some programming expertise it's possible even to the final user to configure it very well.
I'm really satisfied with all the capabilities.
Avantages
Easy to configure the basics but also easy to customize. Uses common language like PHP, Java and SQL.
Inconvénients
Installing in Linux could be a very stressful time consuming task.

Dynaform feature is the best easy to use and build form tool I have ever used in my career.

Since our first experience on 2.5 GPL version we had very good results and pilot tests for internal use and interaction with suppliers.

Review of first trial for the ProcessMaker
In general the product is align with our requirements.
We had a test run by defining processes around product definition (Product Lifecycle Management)
We are looking for an end to end workflow for defining complex products on Telecom Operators.
Also we would like to know on the SI partners in the South East Asia in order to engage with them.

Great Stable Product
The product is easy to install and easy to initially use. This does not mean that the software is not robust. After you get past the initial layer of the easy to use interface, there is a lot of things you can do on the advanced level that takes some time to get used to the terminology and programming the features.

Neither of the solutions are a BPM, I understand ProcessMaker's BPMN 2.0 could be useful for creating diagrams, yet that is only the biginning of the process, once you create the diagram you can proceed to AUTOMATE the process by creating forms for each task and assign these tasks to users.

ProcessMaker has been a great tool for managing workflow in my company. We use it to manage virtually all our work flows (leave request, attendance , customer relationships and more)

very good, more it's dificult the instalation in server and no exist information about...
Part of dynaforms is difficult to understand with the new inclusion of variables, and is not like making to link a Dynaform with a task or a specific user.
Part of dynaforms in the version 3 don't have traslation to spanish and is dificult the process of learning

We having being using the platform over 4years and stability is a great value. With user communities of over 9000 and very dynamic environment. Meeting business demands at reasonable turn around time is a great value.
