My opinion about ProcessMaker

I made some workflows by it and it was good. Everything was ok to produce a good activity. I have used Bonitasoft before, and I found it easier than Bonita.

Comfortable software

I 've just use workflow 1st time, and I choose ProcessMaker because it easy to setup, UI friendly and the Customer Support is excellent. I sent my question and received the answer quickly. Thanks Processmaker team.

Incredibly powerful

There is a bit of a learning curve to making process, forms, etc., but once that's down, this software is quite powerful, dynamic, adaptable, etc.

Quite pleased with how well it fits in our organisation.

very easy to design workflows and use

It is very easy to design quick process flows across the organisation.

Also very flexibility of triggers and actions make it very easy to manipulate one process to accomodate different scenarios.

Pros :
Everythings runs smotthly and the workflow generator is TOP.

Cons :
Would be helpful if there was any jpeg export (for presentation purposes)
Objects Copy-Cut-Paste would be also great

Very good ...the platform is very inruitive very helpful for design new applcations and also in organizations deliver strategies.

I found what i needed.

I tried processmaker for our HR flows and undoubtedly it is the one we needed. A simple wiki is there to help you out.

Documenting existing procedures

I found this application pretty easy to use and has helped me to document existing business processes whilst keeping in mind the need for expansion.

We have only tested ProcessMaker Community Edition on our environments and requested a demo. Support at this point was excelent, also the product.

The tool is very easy to use and there is plenty of material online to master it's use further! During the pilot phase we really liked this tool!

Great tool

I have used ProocessMaker for a university project and it was really easy and intuitive to work with.

Pros: very much user friendly and cost effective.
cons: not able to run properly, workflow design is not working on community edition.

Great way to deploy automated processes quickly

Really Easy to use. We were able to get our first process into production in less than 2 weeks including some Web Services connections.

User Friendly Software

We have just start to use it but is easy to create workflows and has very huge wiki behind it. You can find everything there.

Overall a good Product

I used this product for couple of PoC and found it to be helpful, but couldn't implement as the requirement was over.
