Shipping Easy is a great shipping tool. Easy to install and set up. Easy to use and functionally rich. When I had a problem I could easily get a live, native English speaking guru on the phone and resolve issues easily. There was very little I did not like about shipping easy. And I got shipping discounts too as they pass on volume discounts. Highly recommend.

Inconvénients

I had issues from time to time with Connect Easy, their direct to printer label printing program. But I always got great support that fixed the issues promptly.

The ability to custom create labels and boxes is amazing. I also like the ability to cancel and refund the funds for editing or cancelling labels immediately. The full list of features is deep and can make my shipping tasks easier, once I am able to delve further into the list of features. Which leads me to the next topic:

Shipping Easy is burdensome and difficult to navigate. The features are extremely technical and require a crash course to navigate. I do realize the shipping world is chock filled with options from different carriers, but Shipping Easy does its customers no favors by also overwhelming the client with SO MANY OPTIONS. Luckily, I am very proficient in systems navigation, yet I felt myself becoming frustrated by the sheer complexity of Shipping Easy's software. My CSRs calm, collected, the gentle and soothing voice was essential in keeping me centered, focused and after an extensive amount of time on the phone, we were able to fix the issue! Thank you for your outstanding interpersonal customer service skills, your empathy, and steadfast and even keel temperament in dealing with frustrated clients and helping us cross the finish line. Shipping Easy has a gem in Emma!

The most cost-effective and useful shipping service I've ever used. Utilizing it is pretty simple. My favorite benefit: It has significantly decreased our shipping costs and increased our profitability.

Nothing is present. For the shipping process management, we received the outcome we anticipated. I firmly believe that it is a product that merits consideration.

Simple layout makes it easy to use. Flexible with useful options. Information can easily be edited and corrected between original input and final payment - this especially useful when formatting address details for international shipments. Always MUCH easier to input and operate than the websites at USPS and Canada Post

Inconvénients

Only slight nuisance factor is the layout when entering a name and then having to insert the email address before the mailing address- so two "copy & paste" motions are needed at input.
One efficiency suggestion would be for the zip code/postal code to be entered first and using software such as "address doctor" to confirm and verify the standard street address.

Avantages

Shipping Easy's best feature is the email marketing system. I am currently setting up numerous automated emails to cross sell products. I believe I will see a significant increase in business with just this one feature.

Inconvénients

I cannot delete email lists or automated emails if they have been previously used. However, this is truly so insignificant compared to what I love about this software.

It really is in the name - Shipping Easy. Because ultimately, that is what this system does. I've been using it just shy of 2 years and I am constantly recommending this software to friends and colleagues simply because it is easy. I like how it can integrate with different platforms to pull over the shipping information and have the capability of doing a Quick Ship in a matter of minutes. The reports are easy to navigate and the timely update of tracking information is a plus. I'm a big believer in this software.

Can I saying nothing? I can't say anything bad about it. I haven't run into any problems using it. No glitches or errors. Great product.

Accuracy, user interface, customer support, simplifies my shipping tasks, supports multiple ecommerce channels, has optional features for special requirements.

The delay syncing ShippingEasy and a ecommerce channel. Adding insurance and/or receipt signature is not a smooth option. Not being able to process Amazon SFP and Premium shipping services.

Avantages

I was able to link my commercial FedEx and UPS accounts with it, so I could easily access my discounted shipping rates within the program. Additionally, it also transferred my discounted USPS rates from eBay, so I had access to those as well. Was very user-friendly in terms of designing and editing shipping label format and layout, which allowed me to customize my shipping labels (and packing invoices) to my liking. Also, it automatically uploaded my tracking info to eBay, so I didn't have to do that manually.

Inconvénients

I don't have much in the way of cons, honestly. I wish it were cheaper (or free), of course. But, for what it offers, it's absolutely worth it. I have had one or two occasions where it showed a batch of shipping labels as printed, when they hadn't, but it's rare and hasn't caused any problems. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I would love to be able to track sales data for each product. That is the only feature missing that I used to have when I tracked my inventory through StitchLabs. Now the only way for me to see sales data for a product is to look it up on all 3 of my storefronts.

Integration with our platform was a snap. The whole program is easy to use. Our most tech-challenged employee was able to use the program after a few quick lessons. Bonus!

Had to upgrade to get the multiple package feature, but that's OK. It's not set up to ship Dangerous Goods or International, but most software isn't. We just happen to sell a lot of perfume!

I am not a techy person so sometimes I dont always know how to fix an issue, HOWEVER the chat feature is amazing for this!

I have 2 online store, ebay, Amazon US, and Canada, and Walmart. It's great having all the orders come in to the same dashboard. Since I do all my shipping through ShippingEasy, it's easy, to keep track and check all my shipments in the same place. So the name ShippingEasy really fits. I also like that I can look at different shipping options very quickly to see what is the most cost effective. Customer support has always been excellent, solving any issues, or answering any questions I have quickly.

Inconvénients

The only issue I have right now is with my WooCommerce stores. I understand it is really a WooCommerce issue, but it affects my ShippingEasy. WooCommerce can take hours to come through. You can contact support, and they can manually resync them though.

Value for the money, and a low priced tier at the beginning. Shipping Easy allowed us to grow from a few packages a month, to nearly 3,000 a month now very easily.

There have been outages at least a few times every year, for all 4 years we've been a customer. Most of the time, it was a third party (which I understand is outside of your control), but it's been really frustrating for us since as an e-commerce only business, it effectively shuts us down when we can't ship for the better part of a day.

I have a small but mighty online business, and I use Shipping Easy to sync with my PayPal store so I can track, and ship orders . It allows me to batch print labels, and print packing slips so I can pull the correct inventory when shipping.

The only issue I have is the occasional order not syncing over from PayPal. However Shipping Easy isn't at fault for that, since PayPal doesn't give any errors.

Shipping Easy makes shipping much simpler for us and helps us get our packages out in a timely manner. We ship a lot internationally and it helps us with paperwork and getting packages to customers on time.

Inconvénients

The menu structure is very dense - lots of choices - and so it's difficult to navigate. There are a lot of buttons to push before you can actually print a label but once you get the hang of it, it's a powerful tool. I suspect we are still newbie users, and could get a lot more out of the experience if we took an online seminar, so this is not a fault of the interface.

The whole thing is just a bit cumbersome as far as the interface goes. It is not very intuitive in terms of finding functions. Overall they just really need to upgrade the user interface.

A couple of months ago my website had crashed. I had close to 100 orders on deck that were still processing. I lost every thing on my website and backups would not work. I was sweating bullets tell I realized ShippingEasy was there. I printed all of my orders and packaging slips and got to work making my customers happy. I had to rebuild my site from ground up. But ShippingEasy was there to save my business in revenue which at the time would have put me out of business. So if you are hesitant don't be give your business a lifeline and use ShippingEasy. Thank you to every one at ShippingEasy for providing an awesome tool that all businesses can use.

Using ShippingEasy has been the most beneficial piece of software that I have ever used in my business. Only one thing I can think is maybe the font size could be a bit bigger. But other than that you guys and gals rock.

love how it works seamlessly with woo commerce and our website and how easy it is to print shipping labels, purchase postage, etc.

we've use a level that allows us great customer support through the chat feature. i love that i can immediately talk to someone to help me with any questions. needed to figure out how to ship one item from a different zip code (sending the label to someone there) and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was great. got the answer and made it happen using less than five minutes of our time!

we had some problems early on with the postage price not pulling correctly. luckily more of them charged a bit more rather than a less, so we were good. and we figured it out, so it gets the current USPS rates now.

The only con we experience right now is that some of our in person orders do not come over, but this is not a ShippingEasy issue, but an issue with the API from LuLaRoe. Other than that, cannot think of a downside.

I am now digging into Rules and Presets and using the Catalog for the first time, and had a few technical questions. I like having these rules to take away having to think too hard.

It would be cool if we could integrate better with overstock via API, because the manual way we grab orders does not grab order total, so the packing slips look like the order total was zero.

Software is easy to use and it has minimized shipping mistakes. A human always answers the phones quickly and issues are normally resolved within minutes. I researched many companies before I selected Shipping Easy. One of the most important aspects of my selection process was having a company that could help me get up and running with minimal effort. They held our hand through the process and basically set up everything for us and then went over everything to help us hit the ground running. I have never had this level of customer service from any other company.

The 35 character limit for international shipments has been a huge issue for us. I still use an alternative Endicia account to print international addresses with the 35 character limit issue experienced in Shipping Easy. I know Shipping Easy is actively working on correcting issue and feel certain they will resolve it in the near future. If not for this little challenge they would have received all 5 star reviews. Even though this issue has been a challenge for us I still love the software and will continue to use it.
